本发明公开一种家具制备工艺,包括以下步骤,制坯件:a、将木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为5‑8:1‑4均匀混合成混合料;b、将混合料置于模具中,热压成型100‑300s,脱模后形成坯件;c、对坯件表面和四周进行去除毛刺处理;木皮预处理:d、取两块木皮进行抛光处理;e、将处理后木皮侵入三聚氰胺胶水中浸泡2‑8s;压木皮:f、取步骤d制得的胶水木皮粘贴在坯件的表面,热压成型;g、对成型的坯件进行冷却、晾干;h、晾干后将成型坯件四周的毛刺去除,并在周边进行压膜。本发明以木屑为原料,节约木材资源,降低了原料成本,同时能进行批量生产,生产效率高,加工方便,大大降低了生产的成本。

本发明属于家具生产技术领域,具体涉及一种家具制备工艺。
背景技术
家具是每个家庭必备的日常用品。但是传统工艺需要较多的大块的木料资源,产生较多的木屑,这些木屑大多只用作附加值低的燃料使用,在目前木料资源紧缺,造成生产成本较高,并且传统工艺加工时间长,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种家具制备工艺,它加工简单、成本低,并且加工效率高。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种家具制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
制坯件:
(1)将木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为5-8:1-4均匀混合成混合料;
(2)将混合料置于模具中,在温度为150-200摄氏度,压力为150-230磅下,热压成型100-300s,脱模后形成坯件;
木皮预处理:
(3)取两块木皮进行抛光处理;
(4)将处理后木皮侵入三聚氰胺胶水中浸泡2-8s;
压木皮:
(5)取步骤d制得的胶水木皮粘贴在坯件的表面,再在胶水木皮上粘接一块平整光滑的木皮,在温度150-200摄氏度,压力150-200磅下,热压成型。
作为优选,所述木皮厚度为2-5mm,其表面积大于坯件表面积。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明以木屑为原料,节约木材资源,降低了原料成本,同时能进行批量生产,生产效率高,加工方便,大大降低了生产的成本。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:一种家具制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
制坯件:
(1)将木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为5-8:1-4均匀混合成混合料;
(2)将混合料置于模具中,在温度为150-200摄氏度,压力为150-230磅下,热压成型100-300s,脱模后形成坯件;
木皮预处理:
(3)取两块木皮进行抛光处理;
(4)将处理后木皮侵入三聚氰胺胶水中浸泡2-8s;
压木皮:
(5)取步骤d制得的胶水木皮粘贴在坯件的表面,再在胶水木皮上粘接一块平整光滑的木皮,在温度150-200摄氏度,压力150-200磅下,热压成型。

1.一种家具制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
制坯件:
(1)将木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为5-8:1-4均匀混合成混合料;
(2)将混合料置于模具中,在温度为150-200摄氏度,压力为150-230磅下,热压成型100-300s,脱模后形成坯件;
木皮预处理:
(3)取两块木皮进行抛光处理;
(4)将处理后木皮侵入三聚氰胺胶水中浸泡2-8s;
压木皮:
(5)取步骤d制得的胶水木皮粘贴在坯件的表面,再在胶水木皮上粘接一块平整光滑的木皮,在温度150-200摄氏度,压力150-200磅下,热压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家具制备工艺,其特征在于:所述木皮厚度为2-5mm,其表面积大于坯件表面积。
