背景技术
速凝剂,使用前应针对工程所用水泥品种进行试配试验,选好掺量,方可大量使用。存放过期水泥不能用,不符合国家标准的水泥不能用。对速凝剂要求妥善保管,防止受潮结块失效。加强早期喷水养护,确保后期强度。

所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种耐久性稳定的混凝土速凝剂。
本发明所采用的技术解决方案是一种耐久性稳定的混凝土速凝剂,主要成分为铝矾土、纯碱、生石灰混合后烧制成的熟料,还加入了纤维素50-80份、氯磺化聚乙烯5-15份,丁苯橡胶15-20份、聚乙烯亚胺5-10份。
所述的纤维素优选60份。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明通过加入羟丙基甲基纤维素、氯磺化聚乙烯,丁苯橡胶、聚乙烯亚胺,使得该速凝剂具有很好的效果。
