本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种像素补偿电路、扫描驱动电路及显示面板。
背景技术
在面板生产过程中会存在很多不稳定因素,造成面板内每个像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的阈值电压会有所差别,另外由于薄膜晶体管的工作时间的加长会造成薄膜晶体管材料老化,使得驱动薄膜晶体管的阈值电压产生漂移,而且面板内薄膜晶体管材料的老化程度不同,使得面板内各驱动薄膜晶体管的阈值电压漂移量不同,从而造成面板在同样像素电压下显示颜色不均匀,而且开启电压也会有所上升,这将造成面板亮度降低、发光效率下降。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种像素补偿电路、扫描驱动电路及显示面板,以消除阈值电压的影响,进而提高面板显示均匀性、面板亮度及发光效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种像素补偿电路,包括:
第一可控开关,所述的第一可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第一可控开关的控制端连接第一扫描线以从所述第一扫描线接收第一扫描信号,所述第一可控开关的第一端连接参考电压端以从所述参考电压端接收参考电压;
存储电容,所述存储电容包括第一端及第二端,所述存储电容的第一端连接所述第一可控开关的第二端;

本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明所述像素补偿电路、所述扫描驱动电路及所述显示面板通过所述第一至第三可控开关、所述驱动开关、存储电容及寄生电容来消除阈值电压对有机发光二极管的影响,进而提高面板显示均匀性、亮度及发光效率。

有机发光二极管D1,所述有机发光二极管D1包括阳极及阴极,所述有机发光二极管D1的阳极连接所述存储电容C1的第二端,所述有机发光二极管D1的阴极接地;
第二可控开关T2,所述第二可控开关T2包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第二可控开关T2的控制端连接第二扫描线以从所述第二扫描线接收第二扫描信号S2,所述第二可控开关T2的第一端连接数据电压端以从所述数据电压端接收数据电压Vdata,所述第二可控开关T2的第二端连接所述存储电容C1的第一端;
驱动开关T0,所述驱动开关T0包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述驱动开关T0的控制端连接所述存储电容C1的第一端,所述驱动开关T0的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管D1的阳极;及
第三可控开关T3,所述第三可控开关T3包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第三可控开关T3的控制端连接所述第二扫描线,所述第三可控开关T3的第一端连接电压端VDD,所述第三可控开关T3的第二端连接所述驱动开关T0的第一端;及
寄生电容C2,所述寄生电容C2包括第一端及第二端,所述寄生电容C2的第一端连接所述有机发光二极管D1的阳极,所述寄生电容C2的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管D1的阴极。
在本实施例中,所述寄生电容C2为所述有机发光二极管D1的寄生电容,所述寄生电容C2与所述有机发光二极管D1封装在一起,用于对所述有机发光二极管D1上的电压进行分压,以防止电压过大造成所述有机发光二极管D1损坏。
在本实施例中,所述驱动开关T0、所述第一可控开关T1及所述第二可控开关T2均为NMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述驱动开关T0、所述第一可控开关T1及所述第二可控开关T2的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述NMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极;所述第三可控开关T3为PMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述第三可控开关T3的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述PMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。在其他实施例中,所述驱动开关T0、所述第一至第三可控开关T1-T3也可为其他类型的开关,只要能实现本发明的目的即可。
请参阅图1及图2,所述像素补偿电路的工作原理描述如下:
预充电阶段:所述第一扫描信号S1及所述第二扫描信号S2均为高电位,此时所述第一可控开关T1导通,所述参考电压端输出参考电压Vref对N点充电至Vn=Vref,因为G点电位与N点电位相同,即Vg=Vn,所以所述驱动开关T0的控制端电压也达到参考电压Vref,此时所述驱动开关T0导通,因为所述第二扫描信号S2也为高电位,则所述第三可控开关T3截止,所述数据电压端没有输出数据电压Vdata,因此所述有机发光二极管D1不发光。
阈值电压补偿阶段:所述第一扫描信号S1为高电位,且所述第二扫描信号S2为低电位,此时所述第二可控开关T2截止,所述第一可控开关T1及所述第三可控开关T3均导通,由于N点电位等于G点电位且等于参考电压Vref,即Vn=Vg=Vref,使得所述驱动开关T0导通,则S点的电压被所述电压端VDD的电压拉高,直到所述驱动开关T0的控制端(即栅极)与第二端(即源极)之间的电压差小于Vth时,即Vg-Vs<Vth,所述驱动开关T0截止,此时所述存储电容C1中存储了所述驱动开关T0的阈值电压Vth。
数据电压写入阶段:所述第二扫描信号S2为高电位,且所述第一扫描信号S1为低电位,此时所述数据电压端输出数据电压Vdata,所述第二可控开关T2及所述驱动开关T0均导通,所述第一可控开关T1及所述第三可控开关T3均截止,所述驱动开关T0的控制端(即栅极)的电压Vg等于所述数据电压Vdata,即Vg=Vdata,电位差△V1等于数据电压Vdata与参考电压Vref之差,即△V1=Vdata-Vref,由电荷分享原理得到S点的电位差△V2=(Vdata-Vref)*(C1/(C1+C2)),此时S点的电压Vs=(Vref-Vth)+△V2=(Vref-Vth)+(Vdata-Vref)*(C1/(C1+C2))。
有机发光二极管发光阶段:所述第一扫描信号S1及所述第二扫描信号S2均为低电位,此时所述第一可控开关T1及所述第二可控开关T2均截止,所述驱动开关T0及所述第三可控开关T3均导通,由于N点电位Vn等于Vdata,即Vn=Vdata,根据晶体管I-V曲线方程I=1/2K(Vgs-Vth)2,其中,K为常数,Vgs为晶体管的栅极与源极之间的电压,得到所述有机发光二极管D1的电流Ids满足Ids=1/2K(Vgs-Vth)2=1/2K[(1+a)(Vdata-Vref)]2,a=C1/(C1+C2),可以看出通过所述有机发光二极管D1的电流与所述驱动开关T0的阈值电压Vth无关,消除了阈值电压Vth对所述有机发光二极管D1的影响,进而提高了显示均匀性、亮度及发光效率。
请参阅图3,是本发明扫描驱动电路的结构示意图。所述扫描驱动电路包括上述像素补偿电路,所述扫描驱动电路的其他元件及功能与现有扫描驱动电路的元件及功能相同,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图4,是本发明显示面板的结构示意图。所述显示面板包括上述所述的像素补偿电路,所述显示面板为OLED或LCD,所述显示面板内的其他器件及功能与现有的显示面板的器件及功能相同,在此不再赘述。
所述像素补偿电路、所述扫描驱动电路及所述显示面板通过所述第一至第三可控开关、所述驱动开关、存储电容及寄生电容来消除阈值电压对有机发光二极管的影响,进而提高面板显示均匀性、亮度及发光效率。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种像素补偿电路,其特征在于,所述像素补偿电路包括:
第一可控开关,所述的第一可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第一可控开关的控制端连接第一扫描线以从所述第一扫描线接收第一扫描信号,所述第一可控开关的第一端连接参考电压端以从所述参考电压端接收参考电压;
存储电容,所述存储电容包括第一端及第二端,所述存储电容的第一端连接所述第一可控开关的第二端;
有机发光二极管,所述有机发光二极管包括阳极及阴极,所述有机发光二极管的阳极连接所述存储电容的第二端,所述有机发光二极管的阴极接地;
第二可控开关,所述第二可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第二可控开关的控制端连接第二扫描线以从所述第二扫描线接收第二扫描信号,所述第二可控开关的第一端连接数据电压端以从所述数据电压端接收数据电压,所述第二可控开关的第二端连接所述存储电容的第一端;
驱动开关,所述驱动开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述驱动开关的控制端连接所述存储电容的第一端,所述驱动开关的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极;
第三可控开关,所述第三可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第三可控开关的控制端连接所述第二扫描线,所述第三可控开关的第一端连接电压端,所述第三可控开关的第二端连接所述驱动开关的第一端;及
寄生电容,所述寄生电容包括第一端及第二端,所述寄生电容的第一端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极,所述寄生电容的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阴极。
2.根据权利要求1所述的像素补偿电路,其特征在于,所述驱动开关、所述第一可控开关及所述第二可控开关均为NMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述驱动开关、所述第一可控开关及所述第二可控开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述NMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极;所述第三可控开关为PMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述第三可控开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述PMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。
3.一种扫描驱动电路,其特征在于,所述扫描驱动电路包括像素补偿电路,所述像素补偿电路包括:
第一可控开关,所述的第一可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第一可控开关的控制端连接第一扫描线以从所述第一扫描线接收第一扫描信号,所述第一可控开关的第一端连接参考电压端以从所述参考电压端接收参考电压;
存储电容,所述存储电容包括第一端及第二端,所述存储电容的第一端连接所述第一可控开关的第二端;
有机发光二极管,所述有机发光二极管包括阳极及阴极,所述有机发光二极管的阳极连接所述存储电容的第二端,所述有机发光二极管的阴极接地;
第二可控开关,所述第二可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第二可控开关的控制端连接第二扫描线以从所述第二扫描线接收第二扫描信号,所述第二可控开关的第一端连接数据电压端以从所述数据电压端接收数据电压,所述第二可控开关的第二端连接所述存储电容的第一端;
驱动开关,所述驱动开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述驱动开关的控制端连接所述存储电容的第一端,所述驱动开关的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极;
第三可控开关,所述第三可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第三可控开关的控制端连接所述第二扫描线,所述第三可控开关的第一端连接电压端,所述第三可控开关的第二端连接所述驱动开关的第一端;及
寄生电容,所述寄生电容包括第一端及第二端,所述寄生电容的第一端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极,所述寄生电容的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阴极。
4.根据权利要求3所述的扫描驱动电路,其特征在于,所述驱动开关、所述第一可控开关及所述第二可控开关均为NMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述驱动开关、所述第一可控开关及所述第二可控开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述NMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极;所述第三可控开关为PMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述第三可控开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述PMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。
5.一种显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括像素补偿电路,所述像素补偿电路包括:
第一可控开关,所述的第一可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第一可控开关的控制端连接第一扫描线以从所述第一扫描线接收第一扫描信号,所述第一可控开关的第一端连接参考电压端以从所述参考电压端接收参考电压;
存储电容,所述存储电容包括第一端及第二端,所述存储电容的第一端连接所述第一可控开关的第二端;
有机发光二极管,所述有机发光二极管包括阳极及阴极,所述有机发光二极管的阳极连接所述存储电容的第二端,所述有机发光二极管的阴极接地;
第二可控开关,所述第二可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第二可控开关的控制端连接第二扫描线以从所述第二扫描线接收第二扫描信号,所述第二可控开关的第一端连接数据电压端以从所述数据电压端接收数据电压,所述第二可控开关的第二端连接所述存储电容的第一端;
驱动开关,所述驱动开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述驱动开关的控制端连接所述存储电容的第一端,所述驱动开关的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极;
第三可控开关,所述第三可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第三可控开关的控制端连接所述第二扫描线,所述第三可控开关的第一端连接电压端,所述第三可控开关的第二端连接所述驱动开关的第一端;及
寄生电容,所述寄生电容包括第一端及第二端,所述寄生电容的第一端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极,所述寄生电容的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阴极。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述驱动开关、所述第一可控开关及所述第二可控开关均为NMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述驱动开关、所述第一可控开关及所述第二可控开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述NMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极;所述第三可控开关为PMOS型薄膜晶体管,所述第三可控开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述PMOS型薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。
7.根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示装置为OLED或LCD。
