背景技术
娃娃鱼肉质洁白鲜嫩、营养,娃娃鱼还具有良好的药用价值,因此考虑到娃娃鱼的食用和药用价值,娃娃鱼人工养殖行业逐渐发展起来。目前,饲养娃娃鱼的饲料有多种,但是饲料的营养并不均衡,娃娃鱼进食后不易吸收,影响娃娃鱼的生长。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种娃娃鱼饲料,本发明营养丰富,能促进娃娃鱼吸收养分,促进生长。
本发明提出的一种娃娃鱼饲料,其原料按重量份包括:鱼骨粉15-20份,鸡内脏10-12份,泥鳅粉15-20份,黄粉虫5-7份,马铃薯淀粉10-15份,豆饼10-15份,米糠油2-4份,棕榈油4-6份,复合维生素粉1-2份,复合矿物质粉1-2份,木质素8-10份,瓜尔胶4-6份,氯化钙2-3份,益生菌3-5份,海藻酸钠8-10份,添加剂10-15份,复合酶1-2份,乳酸0.5-1份;

本发明选用鱼骨粉、鸡内脏、泥鳅粉、黄粉虫、马铃薯淀粉、豆饼、米糠油、棕榈油、复合维生素粉、复合矿物质粉相互配合,为娃娃鱼的生长提供丰富的营养;选用葡萄籽油、茶多酚、谷维素、青蒿水提物、栀子水提物、甘草水提物、扁豆水提物作为添加剂,葡萄籽油、茶多酚、谷维素相互配合,增加本发明的抗氧化性能,增加本发明的稳定性,并与青蒿水提物、栀子水提物相互配合抑制有害细菌的繁殖,保持本发明的新鲜度,避免引入有害物质和有害细菌;葡萄籽油、茶多酚、谷维素、青蒿水提物、栀子水提物与甘草水提物、扁豆水提物、植酸酶、蛋白酶相互配合,改善娃娃鱼肠道菌群,抑制杀灭有害细菌,缓解肝脏的负荷,促进对各营养成分的消化吸收;选用海藻酸钠对EM菌粉进行包覆,在添加剂对有害细菌作用后,有益细菌缓慢渗透至肠道,调节肠道菌群,避免添加剂对有益菌群的伤害,改善肠道的吸收性能;乳酸能调节肠道pH值,使其适于有益菌群的繁殖,从而进一步促进吸收,促进生长;并且葡萄籽油、茶多酚、谷维素相互配合还可改善娃娃鱼的肉质,减少脂肪堆积;青蒿水提物、栀子水提物、甘草水提物与EM菌粉相互配合,可以增加娃娃鱼的抵抗力,进一步促进生长。

选取体重相近,年龄相同的健康娃娃鱼幼苗60尾,分为2组,每组30尾,其中1组依次使用实施例5进行喂养,记为试验组,另外1组使用市售普通娃娃鱼饲料喂养,记为对照组;均喂养100天,2组的饲养管理方法相同,每天的饲料用量相同,结果如下:

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述娃娃鱼饲料,其特征在于,复合酶为植酸酶和蛋白酶,其中,植酸酶和蛋白酶的重量比为1:2-3。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述娃娃鱼饲料,其特征在于,在娃娃鱼饲料的制备过程中,将益生菌加入海藻酸钠水溶液中混匀得到混合溶液;将混合溶液滴加到氯化钙水溶液中,搅拌1-2h,过滤得到球状颗粒;将鱼骨粉、鸡内脏、泥鳅粉、黄粉虫、马铃薯淀粉、豆饼、米糠油、棕榈油、复合维生素粉、复合矿物质粉、木质素、瓜尔胶、添加剂、复合酶、乳酸混匀,加入调质器中,通入蒸汽,调节温度为80-90℃,保温3-4h,降温至室温,挤压制粒,过60-80目筛,再与球状颗粒混匀,干燥得到娃娃鱼饲料。
6.根据权利要求5所述娃娃鱼饲料,其特征在于,在娃娃鱼饲料的制备过程中,海藻酸钠水溶液的质量分数为10-15wt%。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述娃娃鱼饲料,其特征在于,在娃娃鱼饲料的制备过程中,氯化钙水溶液的质量分数为0.5-1wt%。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述娃娃鱼饲料,其特征在于,娃娃鱼饲料的含水量<3wt%。
