the plant raw material is one or more of dark plum, lotus leaf, liquorice, tobacco stem, orange peel, agilawood and kudzu root.

① microwave treating, namely balancing the plant raw material to water content of 14% -16%, putting the plant raw material into a microwave expander, setting the working frequency to 2450MHz, setting the power to 900W, and expanding for 30s to ensure that the average expansion rate of the plant raw material reaches more than 200% and no obvious carbonization phenomenon exists, wherein the plant raw material is one or more of dark plum, lotus leaf, liquorice, tobacco stem, orange peel, agilawood and kudzu root;
② pulverizing, crushing the plant material with a crusher;
③, sieving, namely sieving the crushed plant raw materials by using a ternary rotary vibration sieve to obtain 100-150-mesh functional plant particles;
④, preparing slurry, namely mixing 4-15 parts by weight of 100-150-mesh functional plant particles, 1-3 parts by weight of adhesive, 1-2 parts by weight of humectant and 80-94 parts by weight of water to prepare the slurry, wherein the solid content of the slurry is 4-15%;
step (2), coating and drying:

wherein the pressure of a compression roller is 0.16MPa, the tension of an oven is 0.12MPa, the unreeling tension is 135N, and the drying temperature is 75 ℃; the winding linear speed is 16 m/min.
