本发明公开了一种高强聚乙烯黏胶仿色织格子面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:整经→穿综→织造→精炼→预定型→染色→定型→成品。本发明中面料是交织面料,经纱是超高分子量聚乙烯,活性染料不上色,纬纱是黏胶长丝,用活性染料染色,织物是纬面缎纹组织,经浮长多的一面,即织物的反面,主要显示的是经纱颜色,由于经密很大,少量的纬组织点基本上被经组织点所覆盖,纬纱的颜色在这一面不能出现,因而显示出条型花纹;在织物的另一面,显示的是格形织物,由于纬浮长比较长,显示的主要是纬纱的颜色,但由于纬密远小于经密,经组织点不能被纬组织点所覆盖,因此经、纬纱的颜色都能显示,在织物的表面形成格形。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业面料领域,具体涉及一种高强聚乙烯黏胶仿色织格子面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维是20世纪80年代实现工业化生产的高性能纤维,又称高强高模量聚乙烯(PE)纤维。UHMWPE纤维的高相对分子质量、高度取向、分子链的高度缠结以及高结晶度等性能特点赋于材料极好的综合性能,具有密度低、模量高、耐紫外线、耐磨、抗冲击、强度高等性能,在现有的三大纤维材料中具有最好的性价比。超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维,UHMWPE纤维结晶度极高、缺乏染色基团,很难染色,目前主要研究机构,采用原液着色法、常规染料染色法、特定染料结构开发、特殊染色工艺等方法,但是色牢度不达标,色谱不全,均不能满足大生产要求。而超高分子量聚乙烯纤维向纺织下游领域渗透,染色是绕不开的课题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高强聚乙烯黏胶仿色织格子面料的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种高强聚乙烯黏胶仿色织格子面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:整经→穿综→织造→精炼→预定型→染色→定型→成品;
(1)整经
整经工艺参数设定如下:牵经速度为200-210m/min,倒轴速度为65-70m/min,定幅筘筘号为100齿/10cm,穿法为8根/齿;
(2)穿综
黏胶丝与超高分子量聚乙烯长丝粗细均相同,分条整经时,用绞线将两种经丝分开,上层为黏胶丝,下层为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,穿综时,根据经丝排列根数及排列顺序,黏胶丝从上层取纱,超高分子量聚乙烯长丝从下层取纱;
(3)织造
选用JE230喷水织机,织造的工艺参数设定如下:纬齿为17T/75T,车速为537-540r/min;
(4)精炼
采用ECO-38型常温常压溢流染色机,精炼工艺如下:
精练剂4-6g/L;
30%烧碱16-18g/L;
保险粉2-3g/L;
温度80-90℃;
精练时间15-20min;
温水洗时间8-10min;
水洗温度55-60℃;
冷水洗时间15-20min;
浴比1:12;
(5)预定型
采用MONTEX-6000拉幅定形机,确定工艺为:温度为100-105℃,车速为28-30m/min;
(6)染色
浸轧染液→打卷后转动堆置→后处理(水洗、皂煮、水洗);
a染色工艺:
染料:L-B活性黑、不上染超高分子量聚乙烯;
上染纤维:黏胶丝;
尿素:40-50g/L;
纯碱:20-25g/L;
轧余率:50-60%;
浸轧、堆置温度:室温;
堆置时间:12-16h;
b皂洗:
皂洗剂为2-3g/L;
温度为90-95℃,时间为15-20min的皂洗;
c水洗:
温度为60-70℃,时间为10-15分钟的热水洗;
冷水洗为20min;
酸中和为pH=7-8。
进一步的,所述定型:织物定型为MONTEX-6000拉幅定形机,工艺参数设定:温度100-105℃,车速20-30m/min,柔软剂6-8g/L。
进一步的,织物的成品幅宽为149cm,成品经密:913根/10cm,成品纬密540根/10cm,织造长缩率3%,织造幅缩率4%,下机长缩率2%,染整长缩率6%,染整幅缩率9%。
有益效果:本发明的具体优势如下:
1、本发明中面料是交织面料,经纱是超高分子量聚乙烯,活性染料不上色,纬纱是黏胶长丝,用活性染料染色,织物是纬面缎纹组织,经浮长多的一面,即织物的反面,主要显示的是经纱颜色,由于经密很大,少量的纬组织点基本上被经组织点所覆盖,纬纱的颜色在这一面不能出现,因而显示出条型花纹;在织物的另一面,显示的是格形织物,由于纬浮长比较长,显示的主要是纬纱的颜色,但由于纬密远小于经密,经组织点不能被纬组织点所覆盖,因此经、纬纱的颜色都能显示,在织物的表面形成格形。
2、本发明充分发挥了超高分子量聚乙烯与粘胶纤维各自性能优势及功能互补,选用50D超高分子量聚乙烯和50D粘胶长丝经、纬纱交织,选择合理的织物规格与工艺设计,使产品布面平整、吸湿透气、质地柔韧、凉爽舒适及易于清洁,成为一种高档服装及家纺面料。
3、本发明染色只上染黏胶纤维,正面形成色织格子效果,避免了超高分子量聚乙烯无法染色的问题。
4、本发明采用冷染工艺,染色不需要加热,节约能源,降低成本,生产过程清洁环保。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以使本领域的技术人员能够更好的理解本发明的优点和特征,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚的界定。本发明所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
本发明的工艺流程如下:整经→穿综→织造→精炼→预定型→染色→定型→成品。
(1)整经
整经工艺参数设定如下:牵经速度为200-210m/min,倒轴速度为65-70m/min,定幅筘筘号为100齿/10cm,穿法为8根/齿。
(2)穿综
黏胶丝与超高分子量聚乙烯长丝粗细均相同,分条整经时,用绞线将两种经丝分开,上层为黏胶丝,下层为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,工人穿综时,根据经丝排列根数及排列顺序,黏胶丝从上层取纱,超高分子量聚乙烯长丝从下层取纱。
(3)织造
选用JE230喷水织机。织造的工艺参数设定如下:纬齿为17T/75T,车速为537-540r/min。
(4)精炼
精炼的目的是除去油剂、油污及其他在纺丝加工添加的杂质,采用ECO-38型常温常压溢流染色机,精炼工艺:
精练剂 4-6g.L-1
30%烧碱 16-18g.L-1
保险粉 2-3g.L-1
温度 80-90℃
精练时间 15-20min
温水洗时间 8-10min
水洗温度 55-60℃
冷水洗时间 15-20min
浴比 1:12
(5)预定型
采用MONTEX-6000拉幅定形机。预定型有以下几个方面的作用:通过预定型,有利于染色均匀;能提高织物的抗皱能力;提高织物的尺寸稳定性。确定工艺为:温度100-105℃,车速28-30m/min。
(6)染色
浸轧染液→打卷后转动堆置→后处理(水洗、皂煮、水洗)
染色工艺
皂洗:
皂洗剂为2-3g/L;
温度为90-95℃,时间为15-20min的皂洗;
水洗:
温度为60-70℃,时间为10-15分钟的热水洗;
冷水洗为20min;
酸中和为pH=7-8;
(7)定型
定型消除了织物内积存的应力应变,提高了织物的尺寸稳定性及抗皱免烫性能,织物定型MONTEX-6000拉幅定形机,工艺参数设定:温度100-105℃,车速20-30m/min,柔软剂6-8g/L。
3.织物的效果
本发明的织物的成品幅宽为149cm,成品经密:913根/10cm,成品纬密540根/10cm,织造长缩率3%,织造幅缩率4%,下机长缩率2%,染整长缩率6%,染整幅缩率9%。

Claims (3)

1.一种高强聚乙烯黏胶仿色织格子面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:整经→穿综→织造→精炼→预定型→染色→定型→成品;
(1)整经
整经工艺参数设定如下:牵经速度为200-210m/min,倒轴速度为65-70m/min,定幅筘筘号为100齿/10cm,穿法为8根/齿;
(2)穿综
黏胶丝与超高分子量聚乙烯长丝粗细均相同,分条整经时,用绞线将两种经丝分开,上层为黏胶丝,下层为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,穿综时,根据经丝排列根数及排列顺序,黏胶丝从上层取纱,超高分子量聚乙烯长丝从下层取纱;
