One end of the second connecting piece 7 is fixed on one of the second bases 6, the other end forms a hooking part 70 (see fig. 8), and when the protective pressing plate is put in, the hooking part 70 is hooked on the connecting post 60 on the other second base 6, so that the second connecting piece 7 is overlapped between the two second bases 6, and a fourth two-dimensional code identification area 82 positioned between the two second bases 5 is shielded. When the protective platen is withdrawn, the hooking portion 70 is withdrawn from the base 6 and rotated to a predetermined angle, and the first two-dimensional code identification areas 81 located near the two bases 6 are shielded.
Corresponding to the first and second embodiments of the present invention, a third embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-misoperation method for a protection platen, as shown in fig. 10, including:
a first two-dimensional code identification area and a second two-dimensional code identification area are arranged on the protective pressing plate, two-dimensional codes in the first two-dimensional code identification area are used for identifying the identity identification information and the input state information of the protective pressing plate, and two-dimensional codes in the second two-dimensional code identification area are used for identifying the identity identification information and the exit state information of the protective pressing plate;
according to an operation command issued by a control host, scanning a two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area or the second two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal, obtaining the identity identification information of the protection pressing plate and performing identity verification;
after the identity verification is passed, performing input or exit operation on the protection pressing plate according to an operation command issued by a control host, and scanning the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area or the second two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal to obtain the current input state or exit state information of the protection pressing plate;
and the mobile terminal checks the acquired input state information or the acquired exit state information of the protective pressing plate.
Specifically, when the control host is internally provided with a logic library and the primary equipment needs to act (for example, switching operation is performed), the primary equipment can act only under the specific combination of the switching of the protective pressing plates, so that the safety of the power system is ensured. And the operator inputs or withdraws the corresponding protective pressing plate according to the input or withdrawal state requirement of the protective pressing plate calculated by the logic library, such as the protective pressing plate array in the dotted line frame shown in fig. 11. The mobile terminal is preset with the requirement of the throwing and retreating state of the protection pressing plate calculated by a logic library built in the control host. After the operation is finished or in the operation process, the mobile terminal in communication connection with the control host scans the first two-dimensional code identification area or the second two-dimensional code identification area on the protection pressing plate, and the acquired identity identification information, input state information or exit state information of the protection pressing plate are checked by the mobile terminal so as to confirm whether the input state and the exit state of the protection pressing plate are correct in real time. The mobile terminal judges whether the acquired identity identification information, input state information or exit state information of the protective pressing plate meets the input and exit state requirements of the protective pressing plate calculated by a preset logic library. If the operation is not found to be in place during verification, the mobile terminal returns error reminding information to the control host, and informs an operator of searching errors for correction. If the switching state of the protective pressing plate is incorrect, the control host controls the primary equipment associated with the protective pressing plate to be locked and cannot be operated; only when the protective platen is in a correct state, the primary device associated with the protective platen can be operated. The mobile terminal sends the verification result to a control host in communication connection with the mobile terminal, and the control host updates the switching state of the protection pressing plate according to the verification result sent by the mobile terminal to serve as a basis of the next operation.
If receiving an input operation command issued by a control host, scanning a two-dimensional code in the second two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal, obtaining the identity identification information of the protective pressing plate and performing identity verification;
after the identity verification is passed, performing input operation on the protection pressing plate according to an input operation command issued by a control host, and scanning the two-dimensional code of the first two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal to obtain current input state information of the protection pressing plate;
and the mobile terminal verifies the acquired input state information of the protective pressing plate.
If an exit operation command issued by the control host is received, the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area to obtain the identity identification information of the protection pressing plate and perform identity verification;
after the identity verification is passed, performing input operation on the protection pressing plate according to an exit operation command issued by the control host, and scanning the two-dimensional code of the second two-dimensional code identification area through the mobile terminal to obtain the current exit state information of the protection pressing plate;
and the mobile terminal verifies the acquired exit state information of the protective pressing plate.
Before the operation is performed according to the operation command issued by the control host, the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area or the second two-dimensional code identification area to obtain the identity identification information of the protection pressing plate and perform identity verification, so that the accuracy of input or exit operation can be ensured, and misoperation is avoided; after the operation is finished, the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area or the second two-dimensional code identification area again, current exit state information of the protective pressing plate is obtained, then verification is carried out, whether the operation is correct or not can be confirmed again, and safety is improved.
Referring to fig. 11 again, a fourth embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-misoperation system for protecting a platen, including:
a protective platen, the protective platen further comprising: a substrate; a susceptor disposed on the substrate; a connector rotatably coupled to the base; the two-dimensional code identification area is used for identifying the identity identification information and the input state information of the protection pressing plate, when the protection pressing plate is in the withdrawal state, the first two-dimensional code identification area is blocked by the connecting piece, the two-dimensional code in the second two-dimensional code identification area is used for identifying the identity identification information and the withdrawal state information of the protection pressing plate, and when the protection pressing plate is in the input state, the second two-dimensional code identification area is blocked by the connecting piece;
the control host is used for issuing an operation command to execute input operation or exit operation on the protection pressing plate;
the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the control host and is used for scanning the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area to obtain the identity identification information and the input state information of the protective pressing plate; the two-dimensional code identification device is also used for scanning the two-dimensional code in the second two-dimensional code identification area to obtain the identity identification information and the exit state information of the protective pressing plate; and the device is also used for verifying the acquired identity identification information, input state information or exit state information of the protective pressing plate.
When the protective pressing plate is in a throwing state, the connecting piece is overlapped with the base, and when the protective pressing plate is in a withdrawing state, the connecting piece rotates to a preset angle from the base.
The first two-dimensional code identification area is located on the substrate near the base, and the second two-dimensional code identification area is located on the base.
The two bases are oppositely arranged on the base plate, the connecting piece is lapped between the two bases when the protective pressing plate is in the input state, and one end of the connecting piece rotates to a preset angle from one of the bases when the protective pressing plate is in the exit state.
The first two-dimensional code identification area is located on the substrate near the two bases, and the second two-dimensional code identification area is located between the two bases.
The control host also comprises a logic library for calculating the requirement of the protection pressing plate on the on-off state, and the mobile terminal also comprises a preset module for presetting the calculated requirement of the protection pressing plate on the on-off state.
The mobile terminal is specifically configured to determine whether the acquired input state information or the acquired exit state information of the protection pressing plate meets a preset input and exit state requirement of the protection pressing plate calculated by the logic library.
The mobile terminal is further used for sending the verification result to the control host, and the control host is further used for updating the switching state of the protection pressing plate according to the verification result sent by the mobile terminal.
As can be seen from the above description, the embodiment of the present invention has the following beneficial effects: by arranging two-dimension code identification areas on the protection pressing plate, the identity identification information and the switching state information of the protection pressing plate can be returned in real time by scanning the two-dimension codes in the two-dimension code identification areas, the correctness of the switching state of the protection pressing plate is checked, and the safety of primary equipment of an electric power system is ensured.

Claims (14)

1. A protective platen, comprising:
a substrate;
a susceptor disposed on the substrate;
a connector rotatably coupled to the base;
the two-dimensional code identification area is used for identifying the identity identification information and the input state information of the protection pressing plate, when the protection pressing plate is in the withdrawal state, the first two-dimensional code identification area is blocked by the connecting piece, the two-dimensional code in the second two-dimensional code identification area is used for identifying the identity identification information and the withdrawal state information of the protection pressing plate, and when the protection pressing plate is in the input state, the second two-dimensional code identification area is blocked by the connecting piece;
when the protective pressing plate is in a throwing state, the connecting piece is overlapped with the base, and when the protective pressing plate is in a withdrawing state, the connecting piece rotates to a preset angle from the base;
the first two-dimensional code identification area is located on the substrate near the base, and the second two-dimensional code identification area is located on the base.
2. The protective platen according to claim 1, wherein the two bases are disposed opposite to each other on the substrate, the connector is overlapped between the two bases when the protective platen is in the input state, and one end of the connector is rotated from one of the bases to a predetermined angle when the protective platen is in the exit state.
3. The protective platen of claim 2, wherein the first two-dimensional code identification area is located on the substrate adjacent to the two bases and the second two-dimensional code identification area is located between the two bases.
4. An anti-misoperation method for protecting a pressing plate, comprising the following steps:
a first two-dimensional code identification area and a second two-dimensional code identification area are arranged on the protective pressing plate, two-dimensional codes in the first two-dimensional code identification area are used for identifying the identity identification information and the input state information of the protective pressing plate, and two-dimensional codes in the second two-dimensional code identification area are used for identifying the identity identification information and the exit state information of the protective pressing plate;
according to an operation command issued by a control host, scanning a two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area or the second two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal, obtaining the identity identification information of the protection pressing plate and performing identity verification;
after the identity verification is passed, performing input or exit operation on the protection pressing plate according to an operation command issued by a control host, and scanning the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area or the second two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal to obtain the current input state or exit state information of the protection pressing plate;
the mobile terminal checks the acquired input state information or the acquired exit state information of the protective pressing plate;
when receiving an input operation command issued by a control host, scanning a two-dimensional code in the second two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal, obtaining the identity identification information of the protection pressing plate and performing identity verification;
after the identity verification is passed, performing input operation on the protection pressing plate according to an input operation command issued by a control host, and scanning the two-dimensional code of the first two-dimensional code identification area through a mobile terminal to obtain current input state information of the protection pressing plate;
and the mobile terminal verifies the acquired input state information of the protective pressing plate.

The method for preventing misoperation according to claim 4 wherein when receiving an exit operation command issued by a control host, the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area to obtain the identity identification information of the protective pressing plate and perform identity verification;
after the identity verification is passed, performing input operation on the protection pressing plate according to an exit operation command issued by the control host, and scanning the two-dimensional code of the second two-dimensional code identification area through the mobile terminal to obtain the current exit state information of the protection pressing plate;
and the mobile terminal verifies the acquired exit state information of the protective pressing plate.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising, before the control host issues the operation command:
and presetting a switching state requirement of the protection pressing plate calculated by a logic library built in a control host in the mobile terminal.
7. The method for preventing misoperation according to claim 6, wherein the mobile terminal checks the acquired input state information or the acquired exit state information of the protection pressing plate, and specifically includes:
and the mobile terminal judges whether the acquired input state information or the acquired exit state information of the protective pressing plate meets the preset input and exit state requirement of the protective pressing plate calculated by the logic library.

The method according to claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal transmits the verification result to the control host in communication with the mobile terminal, and the control host updates the switching state of the protective platen according to the verification result transmitted from the mobile terminal.
9. An anti-mishandling system for protecting a platen, comprising:
a protective platen, the protective platen further comprising: a substrate; a susceptor disposed on the substrate; a connector rotatably coupled to the base; the two-dimensional code identification area is used for identifying the identity identification information and the input state information of the protection pressing plate, when the protection pressing plate is in the withdrawal state, the first two-dimensional code identification area is blocked by the connecting piece, the two-dimensional code in the second two-dimensional code identification area is used for identifying the identity identification information and the withdrawal state information of the protection pressing plate, and when the protection pressing plate is in the input state, the second two-dimensional code identification area is blocked by the connecting piece;
the control host is used for issuing an operation command to execute input operation or exit operation on the protection pressing plate;
the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the control host and is used for scanning the two-dimensional code in the first two-dimensional code identification area to obtain the identity identification information and the input state information of the protective pressing plate; the two-dimensional code identification device is also used for scanning the two-dimensional code in the second two-dimensional code identification area to obtain the identity identification information and the exit state information of the protective pressing plate; the device is also used for verifying the acquired identity identification information, input state information or exit state information of the protective pressing plate;
when the protective pressing plate is in a throwing state, the connecting piece is overlapped with the base, and when the protective pressing plate is in a withdrawing state, the connecting piece rotates to a preset angle from the base;

11. The anti-misoperation system according to claim 9, wherein the first two-dimensional code identification region is located on the substrate near the two bases, and the second two-dimensional code identification region is located between the two bases.

The anti-misoperation system according to claim 9, wherein the control host further comprises a logic library for calculating the requirement of the protection pressing plate on/off state, and the mobile terminal further comprises a preset module for presetting the calculated requirement of the protection pressing plate on/off state.

The misoperation prevention system according to claim 12, wherein the mobile terminal is specifically configured to determine whether the acquired input state information or the acquired exit state information of the protection platen meets the preset input/exit state requirement of the protection platen calculated by the logic library.

The anti-misoperation system according to claim 13 wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to send a verification result to the control host, and the control host is further configured to update the switching state of the protection platen according to the verification result sent by the mobile terminal.
