一种等速万向节驱动轴
技术领域
本发明涉及一种等速万向节驱动轴。
背景技术
等速万向节是把两个轴线不重合的轴连接起来,并使两轴以相同的角速度传递运动的机构。是轿车传动***中的重要部件,其作用是将发动机的动力从变速器(差速器)传递到汽车的驱动轮,满足轿车传动轴外端转角的要求;将发动机的动力平稳、可靠的传递给车轮;补偿轿车内端悬架的跳动,驱动轿车高速行驶;等速万向节是主动轴与从动轴的转速(角速度)相等的万向节;在前轮驱动的汽车上,其前桥都装有等速万向节传动轴(驱动兼转向);前轮驱动汽车的动力,要从由发动机、变速器和主减速器组成的动力总成直接传送到前轮。而前轮既是驱动轮,又是转向轮,转向时偏转的角度很大,最大可达40°以上;这时,就不能采用传统的、偏转角很小的普通万向传动轴了;因为,普通万向节在偏转角大时,会产生转速和扭矩的较大波动;所以,必须应用偏转角大、角速度均匀的等速万向节传动轴才行;等速万向节的原理和圆锥齿轮啮合的道理相似,由于传力点的位置总是处于两轴夹角的平分面上,因而保证了等速运动;等速万向节的缺点是结构比较复杂,制造工艺精密,成本较高,因此还不能完全代替普通万向节。等速万向节的出现,大大推动了前轮驱动汽车和全轮驱动汽车的发展。但是等速万向节承载扭矩负荷时,各部件会发生撞击,此时如果各部件之间间隙越大,撞击越重,会影响使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种定位精度高、使用寿命长、性能好的等速万向节驱动轴。
技术方案:一种等速万向节驱动轴,包括中心轴和钟形壳,所述钟形壳内设有星形套,该星形套外壁与钟形壳内壁之间设有固定架;所述固定架上设有钢球,该钢球移动的球道位于钟形壳内壁上,该球道为圆弧形;所述中心轴贯穿钟形壳内部与星形套连接;所述中心轴与星形套连接处设有卡簧槽,该卡簧槽上设有卡扣装置;所述中心轴位于钟形壳外侧设有垫片。
具体地,所述钢球有多个。
具体地,所述固定架为弧形。
具体地,所述垫片的长度大于中心轴直径的长度。
具体地,所述星形套外壁与钟形壳内壁之间的距离为一个钢球直径的长度。
具体地,所述中心轴上垫片厚度为1-2cm。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:此卡簧槽上设置卡扣装置,使定位精度高,中心轴与星形套之间间隙小,使用寿命延长;其次,中心轴上的垫片加厚,使用性能更好;钢球移动的球道为圆弧形,使得精度更好。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
如图1所示,一种等速万向节驱动轴,包括中心轴1、钟形壳2、卡簧槽3、卡扣装置4、球道5、钢球6、星形套7、垫片8和固定架9,钟形壳2内设有星形套7,该星形套7外壁与钟形壳2内壁之间设有固定架9,固定架9为弧形;固定架9上设有钢球6,钢球6有多个,该钢球6移动的球道5位于钟形壳2内壁上,该球道5为圆弧形,星形套7外壁与钟形壳2内壁之间的距离为一个钢球6直径的长度;中心轴1贯穿钟形壳2内部与星形套7连接;中心轴1与星形套7连接处设有卡簧槽3,该卡簧槽3上设有卡扣装置4;中心轴1位于钟形壳2外侧设有垫片8,垫片8的长度大于中心轴1直径的长度,垫片8厚度为1-2cm。
固定端万向节最大摆动角度为45°,可移动式万向节最大摆动角度为22°。
装配时,在固定万向节及防尘罩内注入足量的二硫化钼锂基润滑脂,在移动式万向节及防尘罩内注入足量的航空用锂基润滑脂;
固定万向节端的防尘罩装配时用卡箍锁紧,保证内外气压相同;
移动式万向节端的防尘罩装配时用卡箍锁紧,保证在该位置时防尘罩内外气压相同。

1.一种等速万向节驱动轴,其特征在于:包括中心轴和钟形壳,所述钟形壳内设有星形套,该星形套外壁与钟形壳内壁之间设有固定架;所述固定架上设有钢球,该钢球移动的球道位于钟形壳内壁上,该球道为圆弧形;所述中心轴贯穿钟形壳内部与星形套连接;所述中心轴与星形套连接处设有卡簧槽,该卡簧槽上设有卡扣装置;所述中心轴位于钟形壳外侧设有垫片。
