本发明涉及异种难焊材料熔化焊领域,具体地说是一种钼合金电子束焊接专用填充材料,其特征在于所述钼合金中各元素质量百分含量为:Re:20‑50%,Zr:1‑5%,Hf:0.5‑1%,C:0‑0.01‑0.1%余量:Mo,通过改变填充材料的成分,有效将Ti与Ni元素隔离开来且避免焊缝中形成脆性金属间化合物,本发明由于采用上述材料,解决了现有技术中的实质性技术问题,具有焊缝致密度高、接头脆性小、氧化物杂质少、无气孔及裂纹、且能避免焊缝中形成脆性金属间化合物等优点。

Description

一种钼合金电子束焊接专用填充材料
技术领域
本发明涉及异种难焊材料熔化焊领域,具体地说是一种钼合金电子束焊接专用填充材料。
背景技术
随着航空航天工业的飞速发展,特别是航空航天器飞行距离的不断增加,使得不断提高发动机推重比成为了航空航天发动机设计和制造的重要目标。为了增加工件材料的强韧性,钼的高温力学性能特别好,可加工性好,当温度低于500摄氏度时,钼在空气或水中有零号的稳定性。上述优点使得钼在冶金、航空、航天、核能、军事等领域有着至关重要的应用。然而,钼本质上是硬脆性材料,焊接性能稽查。由于钼的熔点太高,一般须采用粉末冶金的方式加工制备,材料含气量较高;同时,钼在高温下对O、N、C等杂质十分敏感,特别是熔化焊熔池凝固是,O、N、C等杂质元素易在品界处偏析,使熔焊焊接强度极差,制约了钼在结构材料领域的应用。
为了解决上述技术问题,CN106944741公开了一种添加Zr提高钼及钼合金熔焊焊缝强韧性的微合金化方法的发明,该专利方法的实质性不足是:通过试验表明:单一添加Zr元素时,由于Zr与Mo的固溶有限,过多的Zr元素加入会形成金属间化合物,同时造成晶界的弱化,形成沿晶断裂。而低于5%的少量的Zr元素虽然能起到净化晶界的作用,对接头力学性能的提高有一定效果,但还比较有限,致使接头抗拉强度达到母材的60%。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种焊缝致密度高、接头脆性小、氧化物杂质少、无气孔及裂纹、且能避免焊缝中形成脆性金属间化合物的介于钛镍合金间的钼合金电子束焊接专用填充材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种钼合金电子束焊接专用填充材料,其特征在于所述钼合金中各元素质量百分含量为:Re:20-50%,Zr:1-5%,Hf:0.5-1%,C:0-0.01-0.1% 余量:Mo,通过改变填充材料的成分,有效将Ti与Ni元素隔离开来且避免焊缝中形成脆性金属间化合物,从而达到焊缝致密度高、脆性小、无气孔及裂纹的目的。
本发明由于采用上述材料,解决了现有技术中的实质性技术问题,具有焊缝致密度高、接头脆性小、氧化物杂质少、无气孔及裂纹、且能避免焊缝中形成脆性金属间化合物等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1:如附图所示,一种介于钛镍合金间的钼合金电子束焊接专用填充材料,其特征在于所述钼合金中各元素质量百分含量为:Re:20-50%,Zr:1-5%,Hf:0.5-1%,C:0-0.01-0.1% 余量:Mo,通过改变填充材料的成分,有效将Ti与Ni元素隔离开来且避免焊缝中形成脆性金属间化合物,从而达到焊缝致密度高、脆性小、无气孔及裂纹的目的。
本发明所述熔炼过程为:按比例称好各元素单质原料重量,并置于水冷铜坩埚内,抽取真空至5×10-2Pa,充入99.99%纯度氩气,用钨极为阴极,引燃电弧加热置于铜坩埚内的原料,待原料全部熔化并混合均匀后,熄灭电弧,冷却至室温后取出。
实施例:采用填充层尺寸100*3*0.3mm,成分为:48%Re,1.7%Zr,0.5%Hf,余量Mo。焊接3mm厚TZM钼合金,加速电压70kV,束流35mA,焊接速度350mm/min。焊后晶界无氧化物析出,接头抗拉强度610MPa,为穿晶断裂模式。
本发明由于采用上述材料,解决了现有技术中的实质性技术问题,具有焊缝致密度高、接头脆性小、氧化物杂质少、无气孔及裂纹、且能避免焊缝中形成脆性金属间化合物等优点。
