Abstract
本发明涉及一种光伏组件汇流条绝缘胶带、包含该绝缘胶带的汇流条及光伏组件,绝缘胶带包括绝缘基材层、形成在绝缘基材层一面上的涂层及形成在绝缘基材层的另一面上的粘合剂层。涂层的原料配方包括含羟基或者氨基的氟碳树脂、填料、助剂、第一固化剂;粘合剂层的原料配方包括环氧树脂、热塑性树脂和/或合成橡胶、第二固化剂、阻燃剂。该涂层与基材有优异的密着性,即使在经过高温高湿后划格力依然保持0~1级,涂层的紫外阻隔性出色。该粘合剂层不仅与基材层具有优异的密着性,与金属也具有优异的粘合性。绝缘胶带具有抗紫外线、耐热冲击、冷热冲击、湿热等环境老化的性能。将该绝缘胶带热压在金属板或金属汇流条上,可用于光伏组件汇流条的绝缘。

技术领域
本发明属于绝缘胶带领域,涉及一种光伏组件汇流条绝缘胶带、包含该绝缘胶带的汇流条及光伏组件。
背景技术
光伏组件汇流条用于将各个串联在一起的电池片相互连接。目前采用的工艺是先将汇流条与电池片上引出的焊带手工焊接连接在一起,然后汇流条之间使用绝缘隔离膜/绝缘条进行分离,绝缘,固定。
过去的光伏组件汇流条与电池片焊带之间的连接采取的是手工焊接,效率比较低;汇流条与汇流条之间使用胶厚的绝缘膜进行隔离,使得局部区域鼓起,影响外观的平整度;现有的汇流条表层是裸露在封装胶膜(如透明的聚烯烃材料)中的,表观的一些不规则纹理和不规则的焊接点,严重影响外观的美感。
现有的专利文献中对于汇流条或用于汇流条之间绝缘的绝缘膜进行了一些改进,如下所述。
公开号为CN 102856415A的中国专利公开的一种光伏组件用汇流条,包括基材,基材表面具有绝缘区和可焊接区;绝缘区表面覆有绝缘材料层,可焊接区表面覆有可焊接层,绝缘材料层为氟膜塑料或绝缘PET。该汇流条可在无额外绝缘材料和封装工艺的条件下,实现汇流条之间、汇流条和电池串之间的良好绝缘。然而氟膜塑料或绝缘PET与金属之间的粘结力差,耐热冲击、湿热等性能也较差。只能满足手工焊接工艺,不能适用于自动化生产,效率较低。
公开号为CN 103107208A的中国专利公开一种用于太阳能电池组件的电极隔离结构体,该电极隔离结构体包括第一层,两个第二层和至少一个第三层,两个第二层分别设置在第一层的两侧,第三层设置在两个第二层中的至少一个上,第一层由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成,第二层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA制成,第三层由90~99wt%乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA、0~5wt%有机紫外线吸收剂、0~5wt%有机紫外线稳定剂和1~10wt%无机抗紫外线材料制成。然而该绝缘条与金属焊带之间的粘结力差,耐热性不佳,只能满足手工焊接工艺,不能适用于自动化生产,效率较低。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种适用于自动焊接的光伏组件汇流条绝缘胶带。
本发明还提供一种包含有上述绝缘胶带的汇流条及光伏组件。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种绝缘胶带,包括绝缘基材层、形成在所述绝缘基材层一面上的涂层及形成在所述绝缘基材层的另一面上的粘合剂层。

所述第一固化剂是异氰酸酯类固化剂、氨基树脂、酸酐类固化剂中一种或两种以上的组合;

本发明绝缘胶带的粘合剂层不仅与绝缘基材层具有优异的密着性,与金属也具有优异的粘合性,绝缘胶带还具有抗紫外线、耐热冲击、冷热冲击、湿热等环境老化的性能。
优选地,所述绝缘基材层可以是聚酰亚胺薄膜。
优选地,所述涂层中含羟基的氟碳树脂是四氟乙烯/乙烯基醚的共聚物、四氟乙烯/乙烯基醚单体的共聚物、三氟氯乙烯和乙烯基酯共聚物、三氟氯乙烯和乙烯基醚共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
优选地,所述涂层中所述的异氰酸酯类固化剂,优选的是肪族异氰酸酯或脂环族异氰酸酯,而且是双官能以上的异氰酸酯化合物和/或封闭型异氰酸酯。
优选地,所述的助剂是环氧化合物、碳化二亚胺化合物中的一种或两种的混合物,使得所述涂层在耐湿热后附着力可以通过百格交叉实验并达到0~1级的水平。所述环氧化合物为氢化环氧树脂,所述氢化环氧树脂是指含有两个环氧官能团及以上的氢化环氧树脂。
本发明涂层的第一特征是:将上述的氟碳树脂作为A组份,将双官能以上的异氰酸酯化合物和/或封闭型异氰酸酯为B组份,将双官能以上的环氧化合物作为C组份,且A/B(重量比)为80/1~30/25、A/C(重量比)80/0.1~30/10。双官能以上的异氰酸酯化合物和/或封闭型异氰酸酯B组份、双官能以上的环氧化合物C组份,除了作为本发明氟碳涂层的固化剂发挥作用以外,涂层的聚合物因具有氨酯键水解而产生的新羧基,B和C组分在抑制其催化作用的同时具有修复并使被割断的聚氨酯链之间再次结合的功能。另外,异氰酸酯化合物及环氧化合物在提高金属及陶瓷的粘合性方面也具有一定的成效,异氰酸酯化合物及环氧化合物之间也会发生反应。基于这些原因,与端氟碳树脂的反应量相比,将整体设计成含有1倍以上过剩官能团反应量的B组份及C组份。根据以上抗水解性的观点和对涂层的要求,将A/B(重量比)设定为80/1~30/25。若小于30/25时,氟碳涂层本身与基材的粘合性将被破坏。
同样,根据上述抗水解性的观点和对涂层的要求,将A/C(重量比)设定为80/0.1~30/10。换言之,一旦此重量比超过80/0.1就无法获得足够量的环氧基和氟碳树脂的羧基发生反应;而重量比小于30/10的情况下,又会破坏氟碳树脂本身的粘合性。也可以同时使用像异氰酸酯化合物、环氧化合物一样能够与羟基及羧基发生反应的其他化合物(例如,碳化二亚胺化合物、噁唑啉化合物)。
若举例说明本发明是使用的助剂,环氧树脂如氢化型双酚A型树脂,如艾迪科株式会社的EP4080E,新日铁化学的ST3000;碳化二亚胺化合物如朗盛化学的 日清纺株式会社的V-02B,V-04B,V-05。
若举例说明本发明所使用的双官能以上的异氰酸酯化合物,在脂肪族异氰酸酯或脂环族异氰酸酯方面可例举的有六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、间苯二甲基异氰酸酯、4,4”-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯及其二异氰酸酯衍生出的加成物类、缩二脲类、异氰脲酸酯类等3官能异氰酸酯。关于芳香族异氰酸酯,可例举的有2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,5-萘二异氰酸酯及其二异氰酸酯衍生出的加成物类、缩二脲类、异氰脲酸酯类等3官能异氰酸酯。
关于本发明的氟碳涂层,根据最终用途可以选择合适的异氰酸酯,在对粘合剂的耐热性有特殊要求的用途方面,一般采用3官能以上的异氰酸酯作为交联剂。在对耐热性和耐光性都有特殊要求的用途方面,最好使用3官能以上的脂肪族异氰酸酯作为交联剂。
本发明中所用的封闭型异氰酸酯就是如上所述异氰酸酯和封阻剂发生反应的生成物,就封阻剂而言可例举的有甲酰胺肟、羟基乙脒、乙胺肟、丙酮肟,甲乙酮肟等肟类、丙二酸二甲酯、丙二酸二乙酯、乙酰乙酸甲酯、乙酰丙酮等活性二甲基类、以及苯酚、甲苯酚等酚类、己内酰胺等内酰胺类,2-乙基己醇等醇类,2,3-二甲基吡唑等胺类。其中令人满意的是肟类、内酰胺类、胺类的封阻剂。
封闭型异氰酸酯的解离温度推荐在90℃~200℃之间、其中最好为90~150℃。低于90℃的状态下,有可能会在粘合剂的溶剂干燥过程中解离并使粘合性受到破坏,而超过200℃时,又有层压的塑料薄膜发生变质的担忧。
本发明中可并用2种以上的,双官能以上的异氰酸酯化合物和/或封闭型异氰酸酯。异氰酸酯和封闭型异氰酸酯同时使用的情况下,所用的封闭型异氰酸酯的量为两者总重量的20%~100%,这是本发明一大令人满意的实施方式。可兼顾粘合剂的固化特性和长期稳定性。
所述涂层中的填料是二氧化钛、石墨、炭黑、硫酸钡、氧化硅中一种和两种以上的组合。
本发明的涂层的第二特征是将上述的氟碳树脂作为A组份,将上述填料(是二氧化钛、石墨、炭黑、硫酸钡、氧化硅中一种和两种以上的组合)作为D组份,且A/D(重量比)为80/5~30/60,优选的范围是80/10~30/30;若高于80/5,涂层和聚酰亚胺薄膜的叠层物起不到完全阻隔紫外线的效果;若低于30/60,则涂层与基材的密着性欠佳。
若举例说明本发明所使用的二氧化钛,分为金红石型和锐钛型,金红石型比起锐钛型,由于其单位晶格由两个二氧化钛分子组成而锐钛型却是由四个二氧化钛分子组成,故其单位晶格较小且紧密,所以具有较大的稳定性和相对密度,因此具有较高的折射率和介电常数及较低的热传导性。所以本发明优选的是金红石型二氧化钛,而且粒径优选的范围是0.1~2um之间。更为优选的是0.2~1um之间。所述的二氧化钛如杜邦公司的R900,R960,R101,R103,R706等;莎哈利本公司的R405,R420,RD3等;日本石原产业的CR-50,CR-57,CR-super70等。
优选地,本发明所使用的石墨或/和炭黑,是指经过氧化处理过的石墨或/和炭黑,具有相对优异的绝缘性和在聚合物中的分散性。所述炭黑如Orion公司的Special black4,4A,5,6 40等,卡博特公司的Emperor1200,Emperor1600等。
优选地,本发明所使用的硫酸钡的特指的纳米级的硫酸钡,粒径分布D50<0.8um,优选的是D50<0.5um。填料粒径分布D50>0.8um,对于涂层的遮蔽性以及抗紫外线的效果欠佳。
优选地,本发明所使用的二氧化硅特指的是无定型结构的气相沉积法制成的二氧化硅,并且经过有机表面处理,具有优异分散性及增稠作用。所述二氧化硅化合物如德固赛的ACEMATT HK400、ACEMATT HK450、ACEMATT HK460、ACEMATT OK412、ACEMATT OK500、ACEMATT OK520、ACEMATT OK607、ACEMATT OK412LC以及 等,格雷斯的C803、C805、C807、C809、C7000、CP4-8991等。
本发明的涂层的第三个特征是,涂层的厚度范围是1~20um,若厚度小于1um,无法使得涂层的紫外线(280~400nm)阻隔率>90%,如厚度大于20um,则涂层会发生一定的反黏性,而且无经济效益。优选的涂层厚度范围是1~15um。
优选地,所述涂层的原料配方还包含了0.01~2%羟基氟碳树脂的固化促进剂和0.1~2%的分散剂。固化促进剂可以选择叔胺催化剂(包括其季铵盐类)和有机金属化合物中一种或几种的组合。所述分散剂可以是多价羧酸类分散剂、硅烷偶联剂类分散剂、硅酸盐类分散剂、二氧化硅化合物等中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明的环氧粘合剂层的第一个特征是,热塑性树脂和/或合成橡胶的添加量是10~50%,若小于10%,胶层对于薄膜以及金属板的增粘效果不明显,也起不到增韧的效果,胶层整体上偏硬;若添加量高于50%,则胶层的玻璃化转变温度下降较多,影响胶层的耐热性。
若举例说明本发明所使用的环氧树脂为双酚A型、双酚S型、双酚F型、酚醛环氧、联苯型、苯酚型、以及它们的氢化物、脂肪族环氧中的一种或两种的组合。所述环氧树脂分子中具有2个环氧基团或3个及以上环氧基团的化合物此处不做限定,经过有机硅、端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)、丙烯酸、聚氨酯、聚酰胺改性的环氧树脂亦可,环氧树脂分子链段上含有阻燃的溴元素、磷元素、硫磺元素、氮元素亦可。
分子链上含有2个环氧官能团的树脂如由双酚A型、双酚F型、双酚S、二苯乙烯型环氧树脂、脂环型环氧树脂、联苯型环氧树脂。非溴化环氧树脂、市售的如JER828、JER871、JER1001(日本三菱化学)、住友化学工业的ELA115、ELA127、日本化药的NC-3000H等、溴化环氧树脂如jER5050、jER5048、jER5046(日本三菱化学)。
分子链上含有3个环氧官能团的树脂如苯酚型环氧、邻甲酚型环氧、N,N,N',N'-四环氧丙基-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷、市售的如台湾南亚的NPPA-431A70,NPPN631,NPPN638。日本化药的EOCN-1020,XD-1000,NC-2000,NC-3000,EPPN-500。
分子量中有2个环氧基团的环氧树脂,固化后的树脂在柔软性和粘接强度上效果较好;分子量中有3个及3个以上环氧基团的环氧树脂,固化后的树脂的对于提升耐热性以及玻璃化转变温度上面有效果。综合上述特点,本发明所使用的环氧树脂可以是其中一种,或者是两种以上的混用。
优选地,所述热塑性树脂可采用市场上销售的各种热塑性树脂,适用的热塑性树脂有聚酯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、苯氧基树脂和聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂。可选择的有苯氧基树脂PPO*MX-90(SABICINNOVATIVE PLASTICS),Inchem Corp.公司的PKHA,PKHB,PKHB+,PKHC,PKHH,日本三菱化学公司的1256,4250,4275等;聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂Nippon Kayaku Co.,Ltd.公司的Kayaflex系列和含环氧基的丙烯酸类树脂如Hitachi Chemical Co.,Ltd的.KS系列。
优选地,所述合成橡胶是丙烯酸橡胶、丁腈橡胶中的一种或两种的混合物。橡胶的玻璃换转变温度范围是-50~-10℃之间。丙烯酸橡胶如杜邦公司的乙烯丙烯酸橡胶系列,如VMX4017,VMX5015V等,丁腈橡胶如日本JSRJSR-XER32,JSR-XER91等,台湾南帝化学工业股份有限公司的系列,如1072,1072CG,3245C等。
本发明的粘合剂层的第二个特征是,所述第二固化剂的使用量为0.1~10%,若低于0.1%则胶层的交联度不高,耐热性不佳;若高于10%,则交联度过高,表现为胶层偏硬,影响粘结力。
本发明对第二固化剂的使用没有特殊的限制要求,任何通常用作环氧树脂固化剂的材料都可以使用,优选基于多胺的固化剂和基于酸酐的固化剂。其中,基于多胺的固化剂可以选用的有间苯二胺、间苯二甲二胺、二氨基二苯砜、亚苯基二胺、二氨基二苯基甲烷、双氰胺、聚酰胺固化剂。基于酸酐的固化剂可以选用的有邻苯二甲酸酐、均苯四酸酐、六氢邻苯二甲酸酐等。上述的各固化剂可以单独使用,也可以两种或多种组合使用。
本发明的所述粘合剂层还可做以下改进:添加固化剂促进剂0.01-1%,以加快环氧树脂和第二固化剂之间的反应。本发明所述的固化剂促进剂可以采用现有技术中的已有的固化剂促进剂,其中优选咪唑化合物、三有机膦化合物、季铵盐和氟硼酸盐等中的一种或两种以上混合。所述的咪唑化合物可优选采用2-甲基咪唑,1-甲基咪唑,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(2E4MZ)、1-氰乙基-2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(2E4MZ-CN)、2-十一烷基咪唑(C11Z)、1-氰乙基-2-十一烷基咪唑(C11Z-CN)和2-十七烷基咪唑(C17Z),以上各咪唑类化合物可以单独使用,也可以是两种以上的混合使用。所述的三有机膦化合物可优选采用三苯基膦、或者三丁基膦等。所述的季铵盐可优选采用2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚的三(二乙基乙酸)盐、或者2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚的三油酸盐等。所述的氟硼酸盐可选用三氟化硼和单乙胺的络合物、三氟化硼和正丁胺的络合物、三氟化硼和苄胺的络合物以及三氟化硼和二甲基苯胺的络合物等中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
本发明的粘合剂的第三个特征是,所述阻燃剂的添加量是10~70%,若小于10%则胶带的阻燃性能达不到V-2等级,若高于70%则会影响胶层的粘合性能,而且不易于在胶水中分散,影响涂布效果。优选的是20~60%。
优选地,所述阻燃剂是溴(Br)系阻燃剂、氯(Cl)系阻燃剂、磷(P)系阻燃剂、氮(N)系阻燃剂、硅(Si)系阻燃剂、金属氢氧化合物类阻燃剂、金属氧化物阻燃剂、金属硼化物阻燃剂等中的一种或几种的混合。其中优选的是磷(P)系阻燃剂、氮(N)系阻燃剂、硅(Si)系阻燃剂、金属氢氧化合物类阻燃剂、金属氧化物阻燃剂、金属硼化物阻燃剂等中的一种或几种的混合。
若举例说明本发明所使用的含磷阻燃剂可以选择采用有机磷化物,如酚基偶氮磷齐聚物(FP110)等;有机膦酸酯,缩聚型无卤磷酸酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三(二甲苯)酯、丁苯系磷酸酯、丙苯系磷酸酯、苯氧基聚磷腈、甲基膦酸二甲酯、乙基膦酸二乙酯、磷酸异丙基苯基酯、磷酸叔丁基苯二基酯、四芳基亚芳基双磷酸酯、间苯二酚磷酸酯、四苯基双酚A-二磷酸酯、季戊四醇三聚氰胺磷酸酯等;以及亚膦酸盐,例如碱金属的亚膦酸盐:亚膦酸钠、或者亚膦酸钾、多聚磷酸铵盐、二乙基次膦酸铝、二乙基次膦酸锌等。
若举例说明本发明所使用的氮阻燃剂选择氮含量在15-30质量%范围内的含氮阻燃剂,优选氮含量在15-25质量%范围内的含氮阻燃剂。本发明优选含氮的多磷酸盐化合物,例如:三聚氰胺多磷酸盐(MPP)、多聚磷酸铵盐、三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺磷酸盐、三聚氰胺氰尿酸络合物、哌嗪多磷酸盐或它们的混合物。具体的例子有三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐、三聚氰胺三磷酸盐、三聚氰胺五磷酸盐、哌嗪焦磷酸盐、哌嗪三磷酸盐和哌嗪五磷酸盐。
若举例说明本发明所使用的硅系阻燃剂可以为无机二氧化硅类阻燃剂或有机硅类阻燃剂,所述无机二氧化硅类阻燃剂包括白炭黑、硅灰石、云母、高岭土、蒙脱土和滑石粉等;所述有机硅类阻燃剂包括有机硅氧烷类、有机硅环氧树脂、硅橡胶和笼状倍半硅氧烷改性聚合物等。
所述金属氢氧化合物类阻燃剂包括氢氧化铝或氢氧化镁等。
所述金属氧化物包括三氧化二锑、氧化锑、氧化铁、氧化锡等。
所述金属硼化物阻燃剂有硼酸锌、硼酸钡等。
本发明的粘合剂层中还可以添加适量分散剂0.01-2%,有利于提升阻燃填料与树脂之间相容性,所述分散剂可以是多价羧酸类分散剂、偶联剂类分散剂、硅酸盐类分散剂、二氧化硅化合物等中的一种或几种的组合。优选的是钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、有机硅烷偶联剂、有机铬洛合物偶联剂、硼酸酯偶联剂、二氧化硅化合物中的一种或几种的组合,所述偶联剂类分散剂更优选的为钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、有机硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种的组合。
所述钛酸酯偶联剂如异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯等。
所述铝酸酯偶联剂如有铝钛复合物、二(乙酰乙酸乙酯基)铝酸异丙酯、二(乙酰丙酮)铝酸二异丙酯、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯等。
所述有机硅烷偶联剂如氨基硅烷、环氧硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷、乙烯基硅烷、烷基硅烷、含硫硅烷、苯氧基硅烷、异氰酸基硅烷、氟硅烷等。
本发明还可以添加适量的抗氧剂,其添加量0.01-3%。所述的抗氧剂优选采用多元受阻酚型抗氧剂,如抗氧剂lrganox1010(四【3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸】季戊醇酯)、亚磷酸酯抗氧剂168、或者亚磷酸酯抗氧剂626等或它们的混合物。
根据本发明的一个优选方面:所述粘合剂层的原料配方包括以下组分:
本发明还提供一种光伏组件汇流条,包括依次层叠设置的第一绝缘胶带、金属层和第二绝缘胶带,所述第一绝缘胶带和/或第二绝缘胶带为上述绝缘胶带,所述绝缘胶带的所述粘合剂层与所述金属层粘结。
本发明还提供一种光伏组件,其使用的汇流条包含上述的光伏组件汇流条。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比成本更低。
本发明的涂层与聚酰亚胺有优异的密着性,即使在经过高温高湿后划格力依然保持0~1级,涂层的紫外阻隔性出色。
本发明绝缘胶带的粘合剂层通过采用特定含量的特定的环氧树脂,加入特定含量的热塑性树脂和/或合成橡胶以及固化剂和阻燃剂,使得制备粘合剂层不仅与绝缘基材层具有优异的密着性,与金属也具有优异的粘合性。
本发明的绝缘胶带具有抗紫外线、耐热冲击、冷热冲击、湿热等环境老化的性能。将本发明的绝缘胶带热压在金属板或金属汇流条上,可用于光伏组件汇流条的绝缘。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行详细说明。
1、绝缘胶带的制备
将羟基氟碳树脂按质量百分比为50%溶解在醋酸丁酯(或为常用的乙酸乙酯、丙酮、甲苯、二甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等)溶剂中,添加氢化环氧树脂、炭黑填料,分散剂BYK9076、经过分散和砂磨处理。再加异氰酸酯固化剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡固化促进剂,并均匀搅拌,在聚酰亚胺薄膜(PI)上均匀地涂覆5μm厚的涂层,以150℃/5m ins的升温速度将溶剂加热蒸发干,然后收卷备用。
将环氧树脂、热塑性树脂和/或合成橡胶按质量百分比为20%溶解在丁酮(或为常用的丙酮、甲苯)按质量百分比为20%溶解在丁酮(或为常用的丙酮、甲苯、二甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等)溶剂中,然后在树脂溶液中添加阻燃剂,经过分散和砂磨处理。再加第二固化剂、固化促进剂并均匀搅拌。在上述有涂层的聚酰亚胺薄膜(PI)的另外一面均匀地涂覆25μm厚的粘合剂,以100℃/5m ins的升温速度将溶剂加热蒸发干,复合离型膜或离型纸,然后收卷,制得绝缘胶带。
以上涂层和粘合剂在涂布之后,预先对聚酰亚胺薄膜进行表面处理效果会更好,如电晕处理,等离子处理。
2、汇流条的制备
在完成涂布后的PI绝缘胶带上,放置扁平的镀锡铜带(胶面对镀锡铜带),然后在铜带上再放置对称的另一张PI绝缘胶带(胶面对镀锡铜带),经过高温180℃/0.2Mpa/2~3S的滚压即制成光伏Bus bar(汇流条),再经过80~160℃×1~2小时固化交联。
制备实施例、对比例的粘合剂层和原料配方及绝缘胶带及制成的光伏组件汇流条的性能如表1和2所示,表1和表2中的各组分的用量以重量份计。

3、综合性能评价结果
◎:表示综合性能最优;○:表示性能OK,可满足使用要求;
△:表示性能欠佳;×:表示性能极差。
4、上述评价项目的方法
(1)厚度
用万分尺去测量涂层和粘合剂层的厚度。
(2)涂层划格力
涂层与绝缘层之间的密着性,用3M胶带,参照GB/T 9286-1998的标准,密着性等级按照0~5级来划分。
(3)光线阻隔率(280~1100nm)
采用日本岛津UV-3600型分光光度仪来进行测试。
(4)粘结强度
绝缘胶带与镀锡铜带经过高温150~180℃/0.5~2Mpa/0.5~2hrs压合,再经过80~160℃×1~2小时固化交联。恢复至室温25℃,20分钟后,测试绝缘胶带和镀锡铜带之间的粘接强度,单位N/5mm,依据标准,180°角度测试,剥离速度100mm/min。
(5)耐热冲击
涂布后的PI绝缘胶带上,放置扁平的镀锡铜带(胶面对镀锡铜带),然后在铜带上再放置对称的另一张PI绝缘胶带(胶面对镀锡铜带),经过高温150~180℃/0.5~2Mpa/0.5~2hrs压合,再经过80~160℃×1~2小时固化交联。即制成光伏Bus bar(汇流条),边缘封边约3mm。以此制成的汇流条放置于200℃环境下停留10s,然后恢复至室温,观察绝缘胶带与绝缘胶带、以及绝缘胶带与镀锡铜带之间有无发生气泡、分层、收缩等不良。外观无变化则为OK,否则NG。
(6)耐冷热循环性能
样品制样同上,样品放置于冷热循环箱中,-40~105℃/200次循环,-40℃/恒温1H,-40℃升至105℃/0.5H,105℃/恒温1H,105℃降至-40℃/0.5H,以上为3小时一个循环。冷热循环后观察绝缘胶带与绝缘胶带、以及绝缘胶带与镀锡铜带之间有无发生气泡、分层、收缩等不良。外观无变化则为OK,否则NG。
(7)耐湿热老化
样品制样同上,样品放置于高温高湿环境箱中,85℃×85%RH×1000H,湿热老化后绝缘胶带与绝缘胶带之间,以及绝缘胶带与镀锡铜带之间无气泡、脱层、收缩,外观无变化则为OK,否则NG。
(8)阻燃性
涂布完之后的绝缘胶带,按照尺寸长125mm×宽13mm制样,依据UL 94标准,进行燃烧。并依据标准判定阻燃等级。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种绝缘胶带,其特征在于,包括绝缘基材层、形成在所述绝缘基材层一面上的涂层及形成在所述绝缘基材层的另一面上的粘合剂层;
按质量百分含量计,所述的涂层的原料配方包含如下组分:
含羟基或者氨基的氟碳树脂 30~80%;
填料 5~60%;
助剂 0.1~10%;
第一固化剂 1~25%;
所述第一固化剂是异氰酸酯类固化剂、氨基树脂、酸酐类固化剂中一种或两种以上的组合;
按质量百分含量计,所述粘合剂层的原料配方包括以下组分:
环氧树脂 20~60%;
热塑性树脂和/或合成橡胶 5~50%;
第二固化剂 0.1~10%;
阻燃剂 10~70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述的助剂是环氧化合物、碳化二亚胺化合物中的一种或两种的混合物,使得所述涂层在耐湿热后附着力可以通过百格交叉实验并达到0~1级的水平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述含羟基的氟碳树脂是四氟乙烯/乙烯基醚的共聚物、四氟乙烯/乙烯基醚单体的共聚物、三氟氯乙烯和乙烯基酯共聚物、三氟氯乙烯和乙烯基醚共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述填料是二氧化钛、纳米级石墨、炭黑、硫酸钡、氧化硅中一种或两种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述涂层的原料配方还包含了0.01~2%羟基氟碳树脂的固化促进剂和0.1~2%的分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为双酚A型、双酚S型、双酚F型、酚醛环氧、联苯型、苯酚型、以及它们的氢化物、脂肪族环氧中的一种或两种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂为聚酯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、苯氧基树脂和聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂中的一种或两种以上的组合;所述合成橡胶是丙烯酸橡胶、含有端羧基的丁腈橡胶中的一种或两种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述第二固化剂采用基于多胺的固化剂和/ 或基于酸酐的固化剂,所述粘合剂层的原料配方中还包含了0.01~2%环氧树脂的固化促进剂。
9.一种光伏组件汇流条,包括依次层叠设置的第一绝缘胶带、金属层和第二绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘胶带和/或第二绝缘胶带为权利要求1~8中任一项权利要求所述的绝缘胶带,所述绝缘胶带的所述粘合剂层与所述金属层粘结。
10.一种光伏组件,其使用的汇流条包含权利要求9所述的光伏组件汇流条。
