Claims (9)

1. The method for rejecting the articles based on the unmanned delivery vehicle is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
when an article rejection request sent by an unmanned delivery vehicle is received, article information corresponding to the article rejection request is obtained;
after the article is confirmed to be the article sent by the unmanned sending vehicle according to the article information, video communication with the unmanned sending vehicle is established;
detecting a bandwidth margin of video communication of the unmanned dispatch vehicle;
when the bandwidth allowance is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value and a confirmation instruction which accords with the article rejection condition and is input based on the video communication is received, setting the state of the article as rejection agreement;
when the bandwidth allowance is smaller than a preset threshold value, sending a first shooting instruction to the unmanned delivery vehicle so that the unmanned delivery vehicle shoots a first video and receives the first video fed back by the unmanned delivery vehicle;
acquiring keywords of dialogue information in the first video, and acquiring a prestored picture corresponding to the article information;
extracting a corresponding video frame picture from the first video according to the keyword, extracting a pre-stored picture to be matched corresponding to the keyword from the pre-stored picture, and judging whether the pre-stored picture to be matched is matched with the video frame picture;
and when no video frame picture matched with a pre-stored picture exists in the first video, setting the state of the article as agreement rejection, wherein the pre-stored picture to be matched is not matched with the video frame picture, and judging that no video frame picture matched with the pre-stored video picture exists in the first video.
2. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection method of claim 1, wherein after the step of determining whether the pre-stored picture to be matched matches the video frame picture, further comprising:
and if so, judging that a video frame picture matched with a pre-stored video picture exists in the first video.
3. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection method of claim 1, wherein said step of setting the status of said item as approved for rejection further comprises:
sending a bin gate opening instruction and a second shooting instruction to the unmanned delivery vehicle so as to open the bin gate of the unmanned delivery vehicle and shoot a second video;
after receiving the second video fed back by the unmanned delivery vehicle, judging whether the articles are placed in a bin body corresponding to the bin gate according to the second video;
and when the article is judged to be placed into the bin body and closing operation information based on the bin door is received, setting the state of the article as completion rejection.
4. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection method of claim 3, wherein the unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection method further comprises:
after the state of the article is set to be refused, judging whether a bin gate for distributing the article is closed or not;
and when the door for dispatching the goods is judged to be closed, executing the step of sending a door opening instruction and a shooting instruction to the unmanned dispatching vehicle.
5. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein said step of setting the status of the item as approved for rejection further comprises:
and when the operation request of the unmanned dispatching vehicle is not received within a preset time length, judging that the object rejection is unsuccessful, and sending an object dispatching instruction to the unmanned dispatching vehicle so as to enable the unmanned dispatching vehicle to operate to a next dispatching place.
6. The unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein said step of obtaining item information corresponding to said item rejection request comprises:
when an article rejection request sent by the unmanned delivery vehicle is received, providing an article information interface to the unmanned delivery vehicle;
and acquiring the article information according to the input content of the article information interface.
7. An unmanned cart-based item rejection device comprising a processor, a memory, and an unmanned cart-based item rejection program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the unmanned cart-based item rejection program when executed by the processor implementing the unmanned cart-based item rejection method of any of claims 1-6.
8. An article rejecting system based on an unmanned delivery vehicle is characterized by comprising an article rejecting device based on the unmanned delivery vehicle, the unmanned delivery vehicle and a server, wherein,
the unmanned delivery vehicle is used for sending an article rejection request to the server;
the server is used for acquiring article information corresponding to an article rejection request when receiving the article rejection request sent by an unmanned delivery vehicle, starting video communication between the server and the unmanned delivery vehicle after confirming that the article is the article sent by the unmanned delivery vehicle according to the article information, detecting the bandwidth allowance of the video communication of the unmanned delivery vehicle, setting the state of the article as rejection agreement when receiving a confirmation instruction which is input according to the video communication and accords with the article rejection condition, sending a first shooting instruction to the unmanned delivery vehicle when the bandwidth allowance is smaller than a preset threshold value so that the unmanned delivery vehicle shoots a first video, receiving the first video fed back by the unmanned delivery vehicle, and when a video frame picture matched with a pre-stored picture does not exist in the first video, setting the status of the item as consent-rejection.
9. A storage medium storing an unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection program that when executed by a processor implements an unmanned dispatch vehicle-based item rejection method as claimed in any one of claims 1-6.
