本发明公开了种钛管自动焊接装置,包括底板,底板顶面设有一对竖置升降支架,该对升降支架的顶端分别设有旋转台,各旋转台上分别设有用于固定钛管的管夹;一焊接机械手设于上述对升降支架之间;所述焊接机械手上方设有吸烟罩,吸烟罩连接抽气管。本发明钛管自动焊接装置,其便于一对钛管的对接焊接。

本发明涉及钛管自动焊接装置。
背景技术
钛管质量轻,强度高,机械性能优越,广泛应用于热交换设备,如列管式换热器、盘管式换热器、蛇形管式换热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和输送管道等。
一些应用场所,需要将两根钛管对接后焊接在一起,但钛管焊接缺乏专用工装,焊接不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钛管自动焊接装置,其便于一对钛管的对接焊接。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种钛管自动焊接装置,包括底板,底板顶面设有一对竖置升降支架,该对升降支架的顶端分别设有旋转台,各旋转台上分别设有用于固定钛管的管夹;
一焊接机械手设于上述对升降支架之间;
所述焊接机械手上方设有吸烟罩,吸烟罩连接抽气管。
优选的,所述抽气管上设有烟气过滤装置。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种钛管自动焊接装置,其便于一对钛管的对接焊接。
通过调节两个升降支架,将两个旋转台调整至同一高度,通过转动两个旋转台,使两个管夹共轴心,将一对钛管分别贯穿该两个管夹,使该对钛管共轴心且对接,且使该对钛管对接处位于焊接机械手的操作范围,管夹将对应钛管固定,焊接机械手在该对钛管对接处焊接,抽气管通过吸烟罩抽气,将焊接时产生的气体抽走。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
如图1所示,一种钛管自动焊接装置,包括底板1,底板1顶面设有一对竖置升降支架2,该对升降支架2的顶端分别设有旋转台3,各旋转台3上分别设有用于固定钛管的管夹4;
一焊接机械手5设于上述对升降支架2之间;
所述焊接机械手5上方设有吸烟罩6,吸烟罩6连接抽气管7。
所述抽气管7上设有烟气过滤装置。
通过调节两个升降支架2,将两个旋转台3调整至同一高度,通过转动两个旋转台3,使两个管夹4共轴心,将一对钛管81、82分别贯穿该两个管夹4,使该对钛管共轴心且对接,且使该对钛管对接处位于焊接机械手5的操作范围,管夹4将对应钛管固定,焊接机械手5在该对钛管对接处焊接,抽气管7通过吸烟罩6抽气,将焊接时产生的气体抽走。

1.钛管自动焊接装置,其特征在于,包括底板,底板顶面设有一对竖置升降支架,该对升降支架的顶端分别设有旋转台,各旋转台上分别设有用于固定钛管的管夹;
一焊接机械手设于上述对升降支架之间;
所述焊接机械手上方设有吸烟罩,吸烟罩连接抽气管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钛管自动焊接装置,其特征在于,所述抽气管上设有烟气过滤装置。
