Background
The herbicide is a common measure for weed control in the wheat field at present, has important effects on promoting the improvement of the wheat yield and saving the planting cost, but easily causes the problems of weed resistance, phytotoxicity and the like by continuously using a single variety or a single action mode of chemical herbicide for a long time at a high dose.
The chemical structural formula of the fluopicolide ester is shown as
The herbicide is a recently developed herbicide for cereal fields in Dow Yinong, and can be used for preventing and removing broadleaf weeds on various crops.
Prometryn is a systemic selective herbicide, can be absorbed and conducted by roots and leaves, has the best control effect on just-germinated weeds, has a wide weed control spectrum, and can prevent and kill annual gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds.
Terbuthylazine belongs to triazine herbicides, is mainly absorbed by roots of plants and is used for preventing and removing most weeds.

(2) Indoor biological activity determination:
the weeding effects of the fluroxypyr meptyl, terbuthylazine, prometryn and combinations in different proportions are measured under the greenhouse cultivation condition, and the combined action is evaluated by adopting a Gowing method.
Test targets: chickweed and descurainia sophia.
95% of chloropyridyl ester, 95% of terbuthylazine and 95% of prometryn are all diluted by using 0.1% of emulsifier Tween 80 aqueous solution as a solvent and are diluted as required.
A potted stem and leaf treatment method (NY/T1155.4-2006) is adopted, a certain amount of soil is filled in a 180 х 140mm plastic pot body, the weed seeds to be tested are sown in the soil, then 0.5-1cm of soil is covered according to the particle size of the seeds and is placed in a greenhouse for culturing, stem and leaf spraying treatment is carried out when the weeds are in a 3-4 leaf period, 2m L of liquid medicine is carried out on each pot body for 3 times, the treated seeds are moved into the greenhouse for conventional culture after treatment, a 1-2cm water layer is always kept during the test period, the growth condition of the target weeds is regularly observed, investigation is carried out 20 days after treatment, an absolute log investigation method is adopted, the whole seedling of the surviving weeds is cut off along the soil surface by a blade.
The theoretical fresh weight inhibition (E0 = X + Y-X Y/100) of each treatment combination was calculated by the Gowing method and the type of combined action on weeds was evaluated in comparison with the observed inhibition (E).
Wherein X is the fresh weight inhibition rate when the dosage of the active component A is P; y is the fresh weight inhibition rate of the active component B when the dosage is Q.
Evaluation criteria: when the E-E0 value is more than 10 percent, the synergistic effect is obtained, when the E-E0 value is less than-10 percent, the antagonistic effect is obtained, and when the E-E0 value is between-10 percent and 10 percent, the addition effect is obtained. And the optimal proportion is determined according to factors such as actual control effect, characteristics of the herbicide, balance of the formula and the like.
The results of the combined effect evaluation are shown in the following table:
TABLE 1 results of evaluation of the combination of Clinopyridyl and terbuthylazine
TABLE 2 evaluation results of the combination of fluroxypyr meptyl and prometryn
