When the user finishes taking the vehicle, the lifting device 4 drives the base 2 to rise to the highest point; the telescopic device 5 controls the parking platform 1 to retract to the shortest; the rotating device 6 controls the parking platform 1 to rotate to a vertical position; the lifting device 4 drives the base 2 to descend to the lowest point and seals the concrete lifting well head, so that the parking device is closed.
