Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of slide rail production equipment, in particular to slide rail spring fork assembly equipment.
Background
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a sliding rail product, wherein one section of the sliding rail is rotatably connected with a spring fork by using a rivet. In the existing production technology, workers are required to put the spring fork into the proper position of the slide rail to enable the spring fork to be mutually aligned with a preset mounting hole on the slide rail, and finally the workers stretch the slide rail to the lower part of the riveting press so that the rivet is pressed into the preset mounting hole. The assembling process needs to align the spring fork with the mounting hole of the slide rail and the rivet by hands, so that the assembling difficulty is high, and the efficiency is difficult to improve; in order to prevent dislocation of the spring fork, a worker is required to press the spring fork by hand, and the worker is easy to be crushed by the squeeze riveter when in squeeze riveting.
