And the pepper seeds that fall to 2 top surfaces of pepper skin collection layer from screen cloth 14 move to 21 one ends of discharge openings along the inclined pepper skin collection layer 2 gradually, and spray pipe 8 also can fall to 2 top surfaces of pepper skin collection layer through the water body of screen cloth 14, and the water body drives the pepper skin to move to 21 ends of discharge openings under the action of self weight, thereby accelerating the movement speed of pepper skin. In addition, when the water body flows, the water body is recovered into the water collecting tank 3 through the drainage hole so as to be used again. In addition, a certain amount of sodium chloride can be added into the water collecting tank 3, so that the water in the water collecting tank 3 is a sodium chloride solution, when the sodium chloride solution is sprayed on the surfaces of the pepper seeds through the spraying holes of the spraying pipe 8, the sodium chloride solution covers the surface of the film on the surface of Hu Jiaozi, the surface of Hu Jiaozi is not easy to react with oxygen in the air and be oxidized, meanwhile, the film on the surface of the pepper seeds is enabled to be more compact by the sodium chloride solution, the film is not easy to damage under the washing of certain pressure, and the quality of the product phase of Hu Jiaozi is effectively ensured.

In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the water on the surface of the pepper seeds is separated by the draining plate 15, and meanwhile, the pepper peels falling to the top surface of the pepper peel collecting layer 2 are also separated from the water on the surface of the pepper peel collecting layer through the drainage holes, so that the water is finally recovered into the water collecting tank 3 and reused, thereby fully utilizing the water body, avoiding wasting water resources, reducing the workload of water body recovery and pepper seed drying, and also reducing the working strength of pepper peel transportation.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the master control circuit controls the variable frequency vibration motor 18 to generate a certain vibration effect on the skin-seed separation layer frame 11, and the skin-seed separation layer frame 11 is matched with the inclined structural arrangement from the feeding hole 13 to the discharging hole 16, so that the Hu Jiaozi automatically moves to the discharging hole in the shaking process. Meanwhile, a pressure gauge 7 and a pressure sensor 71 are arranged between the centrifugal pump 5 and the spray pipe 8, the pressure gauge 7 is convenient for process monitoring personnel to detect the water pressure value in real time, and the pressure sensor 71 can be used as a signal source for controlling the work of the centrifugal pump 5 and the variable-frequency vibration motor 18 by a master control circuit. Therefore, the automation degree of the whole scheme is high, and the control and management are convenient.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the pressure value of the water body is detected in real time by the pressure gauge 7 and the pressure sensor 71, so that pepper seeds are prevented from being damaged by the high-pressure water body and the problem that the low-pressure water body cannot effectively separate Hu Jiaozi from pepper peels is avoided.
