Abstract
本发明公开了一种高精细分散装置,包括磨砂机、搅拌机和循环泵,所述磨砂机出口通过一号管道连接至搅拌机入口,一号管道上设有滤网,磨砂机入口通过二号管道连接至搅拌机出口,二号管道上设有循环泵,所述搅拌机内设有U型搅拌器,搅拌器通过转动轴制动。本发明与传统技术相比,结构简单,占地面积小,同时可以持续进行分散,保证颜料粒子的滞留时间。

技术领域
本发明属于颜料分散技术领域,具体涉及一种高精细分散装置。
背景技术
关于颜料分散技术,主要有两种方法:一种是通过控制颜料、溶剂、树脂之间的物理化学作用的技术,另一种提高分散设备的性能及效率的技术。颜料粒子的滞留时间分布范围变广的话,分散结束后,粒子的粒度分布也会随着变广。对于高精细分散来说,不仅是要将颜料粒子高微细化,还要使颜料粒子的粒度分布趋于狭窄。因此,要对色浆进行多重循环辗轧分散,进而控制颜料粒子在设备内的滞留时间分布范围趋于狭窄。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高精细分散装置。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来实现的:一种高精细分散装置,包括磨砂机、搅拌机和循环泵,所述磨砂机出口通过一号管道连接至搅拌机入口,一号管道上设有滤网,磨砂机入口通过二号管道连接至搅拌机出口,二号管道上设有循环泵,所述搅拌机内设有U型搅拌器,搅拌器通过转动轴制动。
其中,所述搅拌器底部具有通孔,所述一号管道直接伸入至搅拌器上方。
其中,所述滤网的孔径小于200目。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,结构简单,占地面积小,同时可以持续进行分散,保证颜料粒子的滞留时间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种高精细分散装置,包括磨砂机1、搅拌机2和循环泵3,所述磨砂机1出口通过一号管道4连接至搅拌机2入口,一号管道4上设有滤网5,磨砂机1入口通过二号管道6连接至搅拌机2出口,二号管道6上设有循环泵3,所述搅拌机2内设有U型搅拌器7,搅拌器7通过转动轴8制动;所述搅拌器7底部具有通孔,所述一号管道4直接伸入至搅拌器7上方;所述滤网5的孔径小于200目。
本发明具体工作时,颜料在搅拌机与磨砂机之间形成循环,依靠循环泵的循环,保证了颜料的分散时间,同时,在搅拌器上设有通孔,且磨砂机内的颜料先流入搅拌器再进入搅拌机,保证了搅拌机内的颜料细度,可以随时取走生产。

1.一种高精细分散装置,其特征在于,包括磨砂机(1)、搅拌机(2)和循环泵(3),所述磨砂机(1)出口通过一号管道(4)连接至搅拌机(2)入口,一号管道(4)上设有滤网(5),磨砂机(1)入口通过二号管道(6)连接至搅拌机(2)出口,二号管道(6)上设有循环泵(3),所述搅拌机(2)内设有U型搅拌器(7),搅拌器(7)通过转动轴(8)制动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高精细分散装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌器(7)底部具有通孔,所述一号管道(4)直接伸入至搅拌器(7)上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高精细分散装置,其特征在于,所述滤网(5)的孔径小于200目。
