Description

Tectorial membrane support conveyer
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical appliances, and discloses a covered stent conveyer.
Background
Interventional therapy of aneurysms and aortic dissection is a new technique applied clinically in recent years. The principle is that a section of tectorial membrane bracket with proper size is pre-loaded into a conveying and releasing device, then is guided into a human body, and is released at the diseased region of the aorta and tightly attached to the wall of the aorta under the monitoring of X-ray equipment, thereby blocking the way of obtaining blood at the diseased region, leading the diseased region of the aorta to gradually form thrombus, eliminating the danger of massive hemorrhage caused by the rupture of the aorta and achieving the treatment purpose.
Various tectorial stents have been designed in the prior art to promote the effect of blocking the lumen of the aneurysm and diverting blood, but complications such as endoleak often occur during the procedure, so that the speed of the intra-luminal thrombosis of the aneurysm is relatively slow, and the risk of rupture and hemorrhage still exists. There is therefore a need for a therapeutic method and corresponding medical device that increases the rate of thrombosis in the lumen of an aortic aneurysm.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a covered stent conveyor for accelerating thrombus in an aneurysm cavity.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
A tectorial membrane stent conveyer, which comprises a guide head (1), a catheter (2), a shaft tube (3), a sheath tube (4), a sheath tube handle (5) and a shaft tube handle (6); the front end of the catheter (2) is sleeved in the guide head (1), the shaft tube (3) is sleeved on the catheter (2), the rear end of the catheter (2) is fixedly connected with the shaft tube (3), the sheath tube (4) is sleeved on the shaft tube (3), the shaft tube (3) is further provided with a support positioning piece (32), the front end of the sheath tube handle (5) is provided with a locking knob (51), the relative position of the sheath tube (4) can be fixed by the locking knob, and an interventional therapy tube (7) is arranged between the sheath tube (4) and the shaft tube (3).
The end of the guide head (1) is fixedly connected with an annular protection ring (11), and the head end of the shaft tube (3) is provided with a bracket locking piece (31) which is matched with the annular protection ring (11) at the end of the guide head to lock the bare metal bracket at the head end of the tectorial membrane bracket (8) in the annular protection ring.
The area between the bracket locking piece (31) and the bracket positioning piece (32) is used for placing the covered bracket (8), and the area and the sheath tube (4) form an annular cavity.
The head end of the interventional therapy tube (7) is positioned in an annular cavity between the shaft tube and the sheath tube and is positioned outside the tectorial membrane bracket (8), and the tail end of the interventional therapy tube (7) is arranged on the sheath tube handle (5) and is connected with an injection interface (52).
The support locating piece (32) is of a hollow pipe structure, and the shaft pipe (3) and the guide pipe (2) penetrate through the support locating piece (32).
The outer circumferential surface of the bracket positioning piece (32) is textured.
The bracket locating piece (32) is axially provided with a groove (321) or a through hole (322).
The annular protection ring (11) is made of heavy metal and alloy thereof, stainless steel or harder self-developing polymer materials.
The bracket locking piece (31) adopts heavy metal and alloy thereof, stainless steel or harder self-developing polymer material.
The front end of the sheath tube (4) is provided with a developing mark (41).
When the invention is used, one guide wire is firstly sent to the diseased vessel, then the covered stent conveyer is gradually sent to the diseased region along the guide wire (the guide wire is inserted into the catheter (2)), the sheath tube (4) is removed, and the front end of the covered stent (8) is released firstly and then the rear end of the covered stent is released. Adjusting the shaft tube handle (6), moving out the bracket locking piece (31) at the end of the shaft tube (3) outside the annular protection ring (11), releasing the bare metal bracket at the end of the covered stent (8), and completely supporting the released covered stent (8) at the vascular lesion position; through an injection interface (52) on the sheath handle (5), the sealant or the spring ring acceptable to human bodies is injected into the tumor cavity between the covered stent and the tumor wall through the interventional therapy tube (7), so that the thrombus formation in the tumor cavity is accelerated. The sheath tube handle (5) is operated to restore the sheath tube (4) to the original position, the sheath tube is fixed through the locking knob (51), and the conveyor is withdrawn from the body by operating the shaft tube handle (6).
The invention introduces the interventional therapy tube into the covered stent conveyor for the first time, improves the traditional operation treatment method of the operation, and can inject the sealing glue or spring ring acceptable by human body into the tumor cavity through the interventional therapy tube before or after the covered stent is released according to the specific illness state of a patient. Effectively fills the tumor cavity outside the covered stent, reduces the occurrence of internal leakage and accelerates the healing of the aneurysm.
The invention realizes the sequential release of the covered stent and the sealing glue/sealing ring in the same operation, does not need to puncture and inject the patient, has simple, safe, rapid and effective intravascular interventional therapy operation, small damage and quick recovery, develops a new path for the treatment of the aneurysm, and improves the treatment efficiency and the treatment effect.
