Abstract

本发明涉及塑料制品,废塑造粒,尤其涉及导热油内外加热塑料挤出机,其特征有。(1)解决传统设备带水分高温生产,单面加热,塑料熔焦,碳化,排放有害气体和塑料高温碳化热劣,提高产品质量。(2)采用导热油作为导热体,热能不限制于用电,可采用家用的煤饼,沼气,天然汽,电,废木头等。(3)由于全方位加热,温度只需要调至塑料的熔解点即可,全方位加热使塑料快速地形成熔体,保证了塑料原有的特性,提高塑料再次循环利用品质,减少磨擦阻力,降低电机能耗。

技术领域:
本发明主要针对塑料制品,尤其涉及造纸厂废塑料的带水分生产,效果明显。
技术背景:
废塑造粒挤出机是由电机,变速箱,螺杆和料筒组成的,料筒上方设有投料口,料筒外径由电热环作为热源,热能由料筒外壁向料筒内壁传递,电机作为动能,电机连动变速箱,变速箱连动螺杆旋转,将投料口的原料不断推进挤压,紧贴料筒内壁的原料,在高温的作用下开始由外向里熔化,在螺杆不断旋转挤压的作用下,均匀向出料口挤出,完成一个造粒环节。
这种挤出机设备,由于是单面受热,受热面的原料已是焦点甚至碳化,里面的原料还未熟,严重影响到产品的质量,同时给旋转的螺杆带来非常大的阻力,所以电机也要很大。
发明实施方案:
为了解决现在技术上的技术问题,本发明提供一种高效节能,结构筒单,使用方便的设备。

一、导热油循环:电机(1)作为动力源带动(2)高温油泵,将加热熔器的导热油(12)抽出,引入进油管道(3),导热油由进油管道进入旋转接头静盘的进油口(4),静盘进油口连接一条静盘进油管作定向油管(28),由定向油管将导热油连续输送,导热油由螺杆另一端部(5)进入空心螺旋叶片,导热油通过螺旋叶片把热能传递给叶片,从另一个端口流出(6),通过(6)的导热油进入旋转接头的动盘,导热油进入旋转接头动盘流到旋转接关静盘,由旋转接头静盘的出油口(7)进入螺杆回油管(8),回油管的导热油进入料筒的进油口(9),导热油在料筒自然流动,从料筒另一个端口(10) 溢流,通过料筒出油管道(11)流出进入加热熔器(12),完成一次单循环。
二、设备,(1)所述的螺旋叶片总成(19)是由螺杆(29)和叶片 (27)焊结构加工组成的,螺旋杆和叶片均为空心,螺旋杆和螺旋叶片都设有进油口(5)和出油口(6),螺旋叶片的进油口和出油口分别和螺杆的进油口和出油口对应焊接,经车床加工得成品,称螺旋叶片总成。
(2)所述料筒(22)由大小二根钢管对应焊接,中间设为空心,料筒上方设有投料口(24),料筒两端设有进油口(9)和出油口(10),料筒两端面都设有焊接相连的发兰盘(18)和(20),用于和轴承固定盘相连接。
(3)传动,电机(13)带动变速箱(14),变速箱和主动链轮连接(15),主动链轮由链条(16)牵引连接被动链轮(17),被动链轮和螺旋杆总成相连接。
三、本发明居于了传统工艺设备的弱点,加以创新,使热能充分利用,全方位受热,提高产品质量,降低成本。
