Abstract

本发明公开了物料干燥机,包括筒体、筛网、隔热套及翻料机构,其中,筒体侧壁构成有风料进口,筒体下端封口且其上端开口构成风料出口,隔热套套设于筒体侧壁上。筛网构成上大下小的锥筒状结构,筛网上构成有若干个均匀分布的筛孔,筛网固定于筒体内且设于风料进口接通风料出口的通道上。翻料机构包括转轴、刮板及驱动电机,转轴穿过筒体且横向水平设置,转轴设于风料进口下方,刮板设于筒体内且固定在转轴上,驱动电机设于筒体外且用于驱动转轴转动。本发明整体结构简单,便于实现,成本低,在本发明应用时便于对湿粉料进行干燥,并能避免湿粉料出现结块的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及物料干燥技术,具体是物料干燥机。
背景技术
为了便于收藏和运送物料,常常会将物料加以干燥。目前在对物料进行干燥时,一般都是先将物料倒入烘干塔内烘干,再采用流化床进行进一步的干燥,该干燥方式在医药、食品、化工行业得到广泛应用。目前湿粉料在烘干塔内干燥时,湿粉料极易结块,湿粉料不能被完全干燥,这对粉料的干燥性能造成严重影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种物料干燥机,其应用时便于对湿粉料进行干燥。
本发明解决上述问题主要通过以下技术方案实现:物料干燥机,包括筒体、筛网、隔热套及翻料机构,所述筒体侧壁构成有风料进口,筒体下端封口且其上端开口构成风料出口,所述筛网构成上大下小的锥筒状结构,筛网上构成有若干个均匀分布的筛孔,筛网固定于筒体内且设于风料进口接通风料出口的通道上;所述翻料机构包括转轴、刮板及驱动电机,所述转轴穿过筒体且横向水平设置,转轴设于风料进口下方,所述刮板设于筒体内且固定在转轴上,所述驱动电机设于筒体外且用于驱动转轴转动;所述隔热套套设于筒体侧壁上。
进一步的,所述筛网的数量有多个,多个筛网由下至上等间距排布。
进一步的,所述筛网的数量为3个。
进一步的,所述筒体的内底部构成半球状结构,所述刮板下端构成弧形结构。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:(1)本发明整体结构简单,便于实现,成本低,在本发明应用时,驱动电机驱动转轴来带动刮板转动,物料和热风由风料进口进入,在热风的带动下,粉末状的物料通过筛网再从风料出口排出,本发明应用时在翻料机构的作用下,能避免物料沉积,进而能避免湿粉料出现结块的现象。
(2)本发明的筛网构成上大下小的锥筒状结构,如此,在本发明应用时,能避免筛网上沉积物料,更便于物料的排出。
(3)本发明的筒体侧壁套设有隔热套,在隔热套的作用下,能减缓筒体内热量散失,能进一步提升本发明的干燥性能。

实施例1:
如图1所示,物料干燥机,包括筒体1、筛网2、隔热套8及翻料机构,其中,筒体1侧壁构成有风料进口3,筒体1下端封口且其上端开口构成风料出口4。本实施例的筛网2构成上大下小的锥筒状结构,筛网2上构成有若干个均匀分布的筛孔,筛网2固定于筒体1内且设于风料进口3接通风料出口4的通道上。本实施例的翻料机构包括转轴5、刮板6及驱动电机7,其中,转轴5穿过筒体1且横向水平设置,转轴5设于风料进口3下方,刮板6设于筒体1内且固定在转轴5上,驱动电机7设于筒体1外且用于驱动转轴5转动。本实施例在具体设置时,隔热套8套设于筒体1侧壁上。
本实施例应用时,驱动电机7驱动转轴5转动,转轴5带动刮板6转动,物料和热风由风料进口3进入,在热风的带动下,粉末状的物料通过筛网2的筛孔,再从风料出口4排出.
实施例2:
为了提升本实施例应用时筛分粉末状物料的性能,本实施例在实施例1的基础上做出的如下进一步限定:本实施例中筛网2的数量有多个,多个筛网2由下至上等间距排布。本实施例在具体设置时,筛网2的数量优选为3个。
实施例3:
为了避免本实施例应用时筒体1底部沉积物料,本实施例在实施例1或实施例2的基础上做出的如下进一步限定:本实施例的筒体1的内底部构成半球状结构,刮板6下端构成弧形结构。

1.物料干燥机,其特征在于,包括筒体(1)、筛网(2)、隔热套(8)及翻料机构,所述筒体(1)侧壁构成有风料进口(3),筒体(1)下端封口且其上端开口构成风料出口(4),所述筛网(2)构成上大下小的锥筒状结构,筛网(2)上构成有若干个均匀分布的筛孔,筛网(2)固定于筒体(1)内且设于风料进口(3)接通风料出口(4)的通道上;所述翻料机构包括转轴(5)、刮板(6)及驱动电机(7),所述转轴(5)穿过筒体(1)且横向水平设置,转轴(5)设于风料进口(3)下方,所述刮板(6)设于筒体(1)内且固定在转轴(5)上,所述驱动电机(7)设于筒体(1)外且用于驱动转轴(5)转动;所述隔热套(8)套设于筒体(1)侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物料干燥机,其特征在于,所述筛网(2)的数量有多个,多个筛网(2)由下至上等间距排布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的物料干燥机,其特征在于,所述筛网(2)的数量为3个。
