本发明公开了一种防腐环氧粉末涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域,解决现有的环氧粉末耐候性差的技术问题,防腐环氧粉末涂料包括组份A和组份B;组份A包括以下组份及各组分的重量比为:60~80份环氧树脂、3~5份固化剂、1~3份流平剂、1~3份脱气剂安息香、20‑40份硫酸钡;组份B包括以下组份及各组分的重量比为:50~60份氟碳树脂、10~15份固化剂、1~3份流平剂、1~3份脱气剂安息香、20~30份钛白粉、5‑8份硫酸钡、0.5~1份消泡剂。本发明将环氧粉末与氟碳粉末混合,具有优异耐候性能、卓越的防腐性能、良好机械性能、简单的施工性能和优异附着力。

本发明属于涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种防腐环氧粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
环氧粉末涂料为20世纪60年代开发的热固性粉末涂料,是我国粉末涂料中生产量最多、涂膜外观类型和花色品种也最多、应用范围最广泛的粉末涂料品种。其涂膜具有优良的物理机械性能,涂膜对底材有较好的附着力,电绝缘性好,且耐化学腐蚀性能优良。现已被广泛应用于化工、电器、仪表、机械及运输管道的内外防腐,在防腐涂料中占据主导地位。但是,由于环氧树脂本身的特性,环氧粉末涂料在实际应用中耐候性较差、涂膜易粉化,不宜用作户外涂装,限制了环氧粉末涂料的应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种防腐环氧粉末涂料及其制备方法,解决现有的环氧粉末耐候性差的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种防腐环氧粉末涂料,包括组份A和组份B;

进一步的,一种防腐环氧粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将组份A和组份B按比例预混合后分别通过挤出机挤出固体材料A和固体材料B,固体材料A和固体材料B冷却后分别用高速粉碎机粉碎成粉末材料A和粉末材料B,粉末材料A以150目过筛,粉末材料B以200目过筛;
2)将步骤1)得到的粉末材料A和粉末材料B以1:1的质量比充分混合,以100目过筛得到防腐环氧粉末涂料。
本发明的有益效果为:将环氧粉末与氟碳粉末混合,利用氟碳树脂的迁移上浮分层原理,制备了具有优异耐候性能、卓越的防腐性能、良好机械性能、简单的施工性能和优异附着力的超耐候防腐粉末涂料。
