Abstract

本发明提供的一种生物燃料的制备方法,可制作块状燃料,原料为树皮,并实用淀粉胶作为黏合剂使得树皮可以牢固的成块,运输和使用时不易松散,且淀粉本身为可燃物,燃烧后只有二氧化碳和水,在提高块状燃料热值的同时不会造成污染,可代替传统的煤炭,是一种可再生的清洁能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物燃料领域,尤其是一种生物燃料的制备方法。
背景技术
我国传统的燃料煤炭等燃烧后产生的烟尘使空气严重污染,人类的身体健康受到严重伤害,且煤炭是一种不可再生能源,因此急需寻找一种替代能源。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种生物燃料的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)将树皮进行粉碎,再筛选出粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒,粒径大于0.6cm的树皮颗粒再次进行粉碎;
(2)将筛选后得到的粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒与淀粉胶搅拌,再进行烘干;
(3)将烘干后的树皮颗粒输送至挤压机中进行挤压,形成块状燃料。
优选的,在步骤(2)中,采用气流式烘干机中在150-170℃下进行烘干,烘干至含水率低于15%。
优选的,在步骤(3)中,挤压时的挤压温度160-180℃
本发明提供的一种生物燃料的制备方法,可制作块状燃料,原料为树皮,并实用淀粉胶作为黏合剂使得树皮可以牢固的成块,运输和使用时不易松散,且淀粉本身为可燃物,燃烧后只有二氧化碳和水,在提高块状燃料热值的同时不会造成污染,可代替传统的煤炭,是一种可再生的清洁能源。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例一
(1)将树皮进行粉碎,再筛选出粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒,粒径大于0.6cm的树皮颗粒再次进行粉碎;
(2)将筛选后得到的粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒与淀粉胶搅拌,再采用气流式烘干机中在170℃下进行烘干,烘干至含水率低于15%。;淀粉胶采用玉米淀粉制作,重量配比为玉米淀粉14份,水 86份;树皮颗粒与淀粉胶的重量配比为树皮颗粒10份,淀粉胶3份;
(3)将烘干后的树皮颗粒输送至挤压机中以180℃温度进行挤压,形成块状燃料。
实施例二
(1)将树皮进行粉碎,再筛选出粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒,粒径大于0.6cm的树皮颗粒再次进行粉碎;
(2)将筛选后得到的粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒与淀粉胶搅拌,再采用气流式烘干机中在150℃下进行烘干,烘干至含水率低于15%。;淀粉胶采用红薯淀粉制作,重量配比为红薯淀粉18份,水 82份;树皮颗粒与淀粉胶的重量配比为树皮颗粒10份,淀粉胶2份;
(3)将烘干后的树皮颗粒输送至挤压机中以160℃温度进行挤压,形成块状燃料。
需要说明的是本发明的实施例中所描述的具体的物料配比、工艺条件及其结果仅用于说明本发明,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡是根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应该涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种生物燃料的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)将树皮进行粉碎,再筛选出粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒,粒径大于0.6cm的树皮颗粒再次进行粉碎;
(2)将筛选后得到的粒径小于0.6cm的树皮颗粒与淀粉胶搅拌,再进行烘干;
(3)将烘干后的树皮颗粒输送至挤压机中进行挤压,形成块状燃料。
2.依据权利要求1所述生物燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中,采用气流式烘干机中在150-170℃下进行烘干,烘干至含水率低于15%。
3.依据权利要求1所述生物燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(3)中,挤压时的挤压温度160-180℃。
