本发明公开了一种换向节能型梭式窑,包括窑体,所述窑体周边设有炉墙,所述窑体一侧面设有窑门,所述窑门对面设有换风口,所述换风口连通蓄热体,所述窑体底部设有燃烧口,所述燃烧口通过燃气管道连接供气管道,所述窑体底部设有助燃空气管道,所述换风口和蓄热体之间连通并设有换向阀,所述蓄热体另一端连通引风机并在所述蓄热体和引风机之间设有换向阀,所述蓄热体另一端连通鼓风机并在所述蓄热体和鼓风机之间设有换向阀,所述引风机连接烟囱。本发明在解决烟囱余热高效收集的同时,将余热重新利用,既能平衡窑炉上下温度,又提高了燃烧效率,经实测,燃气用量较现有梭式窑可节省30%‑50%。产品烧成质量显著提高,烧成时间缩短,经济效益很好。

一种换向节能型梭式窑
技术领域
本发明属于窑炉领域,尤其涉及一种换向节能型梭式窑。
背景技术
节能减排是目前工业生产中的重中之重,各行各业都在想方设法提高能源的利用率。梭式窑,是间歇烧成的窑,跟火柴盒的结构类似,窑车推进窑内烧成,烧完了再往相反的方向拉出来,卸下烧好的陶瓷,窑车如同梭子,故而称为梭式窑。梭式窑应用广泛,然而梭式窑尾气排放能源损失大,目前虽然有直排式梭式窑烟囱部分换热技术。但是该直排式换热是通过加装在烟囱外部的空气罩进行间接换热。在烟囱达到一定温度的情况下进行。该项技术仅能解决很小部分的热能排放问题。其本身存在很多问题与不足。1.热能转换效率低下,直排式烟囱有很大余热直接排出,浪费能源,影响环境;2.无法控制窑炉内部热气流的均衡性,从而导致窑炉内部上下温差过大,直接影响产品质量。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种换向节能型梭式窑。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种换向节能型梭式窑,包括窑体,所述窑体周边设有炉墙,所述窑体一侧面设有窑门,所述窑门对面设有换风口,所述换风口连通蓄热体,所述窑体底部设有燃烧口,所述燃烧口通过燃气管道连接供气管道,所述窑体底部设有助燃空气管道,所述换风口和蓄热体之间连通并设有换向阀,所述蓄热体另一端连通引风机并在所述蓄热体和引风机之间设有换向阀,所述蓄热体另一端连通鼓风机并在所述蓄热体和鼓风机之间设有换向阀,所述引风机连接烟囱。
其中,所述蓄热体设有4个,分别为蓄热体一、蓄热体二、蓄热体三及蓄热体四,所述换向阀设有4个,分别为换向阀一、换向阀二、换向阀三及换向阀四,所述蓄热体一和所述蓄热体二连通,所述蓄热体三和所述蓄热体四连通,所述换向阀一设于换风口和所述蓄热体一之间,所述换向阀二设于所述蓄热体二和引风机之间,所述换向阀三设于助燃空气管道和所述蓄热体三之间,所述换向阀四设于所述蓄热体四和所述鼓风机之间。
其中,所述蓄热体材质为蜂窝状刚玉。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种换向节能型梭式窑,在解决烟囱余热高效收集的同时,将余热重新利用,既能平衡窑炉上下温度,又提高了燃烧效率,同时大大节省了燃气用量。经实测,燃气用量较现有梭式窑可节省30%-50%。产品烧成质量显著提高,烧成时间缩短,经济效益很好。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示的一种换向节能型梭式窑,包括窑体1,所述窑体1周边设有炉墙3,所述窑体一侧面设有窑门2,所述窑门2对面设有换风口12,所述换风口12连通蓄热体8,其特征是:所述窑体1底部设有燃烧口6,所述燃烧口6通过燃气管道5连接供气管道,所述窑体1底部设有助燃空气管道4,所述换风口12和蓄热体8之间连通并设有换向阀7,所述蓄热体8另一端连通引风机10并在所述蓄热体8和引风机10之间设有换向阀7,所述蓄热体8另一端连通鼓风机11并在所述蓄热体8和鼓风机11之间设有换向阀7,所述引风机10连接烟囱9。本实施例蓄热体8设有4个,分别为蓄热体一81、蓄热体二82、蓄热体三83及蓄热体四84,所述换向阀7设有4个,分别为换向阀一71、换向阀二72、换向阀三73及换向阀四74,所述蓄热体一81和所述蓄热体二82连通,所述蓄热体三83和所述蓄热体四84连通,所述换向阀一71设于换风口12和所述蓄热体一81之间,所述换向阀二72设于所述蓄热体二82和引风机10之间,所述换向阀三73设于助燃空气管道4和所述蓄热体三83之间,所述换向阀四74设于所述蓄热体四84和所述鼓风机11之间。开始工作时,通过调节换向阀7,换风口12连通蓄热体一81,蓄热体二82连通引风机10,助燃空气管道4连通蓄热体三83,蓄热体四84连通鼓风机11,达到预设蓄热时间,本实施例为45秒后,换向阀7都换向,则助燃空气管道4连通蓄热体一81,蓄热体二82连通鼓风机11,换风口12连通蓄热体三83,蓄热体四84连通引风机10,蓄热体一81和蓄热体二82开始加热引风机10引入的空气,蓄热体三83和蓄热体四84开始蓄热,炉内温度升高,加热效果更好,换向阀7每45秒换向一次。在放入高温耐火砖23T左右,烧成温度1400℃时,用气量在2000m3,合每吨产品耗气87m3。较原直排式梭式窑节能33%。在最高温度时,烟囱表温低于120℃,而原有梭式窑烟囱为700℃左右。产品烧成一致性非常好,能耗大大降低。

1.一种换向节能型梭式窑,包括窑体(1),所述窑体(1)周边设有炉墙(3),所述窑体一侧面设有窑门(2),所述窑门(2)对面设有换风口(12),所述换风口(12)连通蓄热体(8),其特征是:所述窑体(1)底部设有燃烧口(6),所述燃烧口(6)通过燃气管道(5)连接供气管道,所述窑体(1)底部设有助燃空气管道(4),所述换风口(12)和蓄热体(8)之间连通并设有换向阀(7),所述蓄热体(8)另一端连通引风机(10)并在所述蓄热体(8)和引风机(10)之间设有换向阀(7),所述蓄热体(8)另一端连通鼓风机(11)并在所述蓄热体(8)和鼓风机(11)之间设有换向阀(7),所述引风机(10)连接烟囱(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种换向节能型梭式窑,其特征是:所述蓄热体(8)设有4个,分别为蓄热体一(81)、蓄热体二(82)、蓄热体三(83)及蓄热体四(84),所述换向阀(7)设有4个,分别为换向阀一(71)、换向阀二(72)、换向阀三(73)及换向阀四(74),所述蓄热体一(81)和所述蓄热体二(82)连通,所述蓄热体三(83)和所述蓄热体四(84)连通,所述换向阀一(71)设于换风口(12)和所述蓄热体一(81)之间,所述换向阀二(72)设于所述蓄热体二(82)和引风机(10)之间,所述换向阀三(73)设于助燃空气管道(4)和所述蓄热体三(83)之间,所述换向阀四(74)设于所述蓄热体四(84)和所述鼓风机(11)之间。
