本发明公开一种专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,包括如下步骤:染色后水洗并烘干,经均匀的弹打后固色;焙烘;清洗,过酸处理,高温清洗;置入含第一软化体系的软化池内软化处理;置入含第二软化体系的软化池内软化处理;将纯棉针织布采用混合清洗剂与清水进行交替清洗并烘干,完成固色制软工艺。本发明方案中根据纯棉针织布料的特点,选用特定配方的固色体系在特定的条件下对染色后的纯棉针织布进行固色处理,经过本工艺固色后的织布耐洗色牢度可达4级以上,摩擦牢度达4级以上,具有较好的固色效果,有效避免织物褪色的问题,提高使用安全性,经过固色后,选用特殊的软化剂和软化工艺对固色后的棉布进行制软,提高了织布的柔软度和舒适度。

本发明属于针织布料染色后处理技术领域,具体涉及一种专用于染色后纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺。
背景技术
纺织业是我国的传统行业之一,具有较重要的经济地位,纯棉针织布因其质地柔软、透气性以及吸湿性能较好而得到广泛的喜爱,因要满足市场需求,需要对纯棉针织布进行染色,因纯棉纤维的结构特征,导致染料在纯棉织布上的附着效果不好,因此一般会采用固色的方式提高染色效果,提高色牢度,减少针织布的褪色问题,然而现有的纯棉针织布的固色工艺仅简单的在染色工艺完成后向染布***加入固色剂,然后直接清洗完成固色,此工艺过程虽然简单,但固色效果普遍较差,经固色后的纯棉织布仍然存在易掉色的问题,因此需要针对现有的固色工艺进行改进。经过染色以及固色后的纯棉织布一般失去了较好的柔软性能,因此在后处理过程中还需要对其进行软化。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种固色效果好,避免染色后纯棉织布褪色问题的专用于纯棉针织布的固色及后处理工艺,该工艺得到的纯棉针织布可应用于制造对柔软度要求较高的衣物。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将染色后纯棉针织布先经过水的交替清洗并烘干,再经过弹打装置均匀的弹打后在45~55℃下置入含有固色体系的固色池中,浸渍3~5min;此过程中固色池设有一组固色张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在固色张力辊上,在固色池中浸渍和前行;
(2)将纯棉针织布在95~105℃下焙烘3~6min;
(3)将染色后纯棉针织布置入45~55℃清水中震荡清洗5~10min,然后过酸处理5~10min;过酸处理后将纯棉针织布再次置入清水中震荡清洗5~10min后升高水温至90~100℃,震荡清洗5~10min,之后先以2~3℃/min的速度降温至70~80℃;
(4)在45~55℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第一软化体系的软化池内,软化处理5~15min,然后自然降温至30~35℃,然后以0.8~1.2℃/min的速度降至20~25℃;此过程中软化池内设有一组软化张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在软化张力辊上,在软化池中浸渍和前行;
(5)在25~35℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第二软化体系的软化池内,软化处理5~20min,然后自然降温至20~25℃;此过程中纯棉针织布自然状态在软化池中浸渍和前行;
(6)将纯棉针织布采用混合清洗剂与清水进行交替清洗并烘干,完成固色制软工艺。
进一步地,为提高固色效果,所述固色体系为反应性水性聚氨酯固色体系,其中反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的添加量为23~26g/L。
进一步地,作为优选,所述反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法如下:
将摩尔比例为1:3~5:1~3的聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇和聚四亚甲基醚二醇加入反应器中,氮气保护下减压除水2~3h,将体系温度控制在92~95℃,加入2.8wt%的二羟甲基丙酸,继续搅拌0.5h后分批加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯进行本体聚合,然后依次加入二乙烯三胺和环氧氯丙烷,最后加入水搅拌分散均匀,得到反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂。

有益效果:(1)本发明方案中根据纯棉针织布料的特点,选用特定配方的固色体系在特定的条件下对染色后的纯棉针织布进行固色处理,经过本工艺固色后的织布耐洗色牢度可达4级以上,摩擦牢度达4级以上,具有较好的固色效果,有效避免织物褪色的问题,提高使用安全性,经过固色后,选用特殊的软化剂和软化工艺对固色后的棉布进行制软,提高了织布的柔软度和舒适度;(2)本工艺中通过布料弹打装置和张力辊以及固色时间、温度等的控制,提高了染色后布料与固色剂、以及软化剂的接触均匀度,进而提高了固色以及软化效果;(3)本工艺中以直链型水性聚氨酯固色剂进行固色,然后经过两次软化处理,避免对固色层破坏的同时提高纯棉针织布的柔软性;(4)本发明中选用特制的水性聚氨酯固色剂,提高了固色效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。本实施方式中所使用的药品如未特殊说明,均为市售。
实施例1:一种专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将染色后纯棉针织布先经过水的交替清洗并烘干,再经过弹打装置均匀的弹打后在50℃下置入含有固色体系的固色池中,浸渍4min;此过程中固色池设有一组固色张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在固色张力辊上,在固色池中浸渍和前行;
固色体系为反应性水性聚氨酯固色体系,其中反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的添加量为25g/L;
所述反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法如下:
将摩尔比例为1:4:2的PPG400、PEG1000和PTMEG1000加入反应器中,氮气保护下减压除水2.5h,将体系温度控制在94℃,加入2.8wt%的二羟甲基丙酸,继续搅拌0.5h后分批加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯进行本体聚合,然后依次加入二乙烯三胺和环氧氯丙烷,最后加入水搅拌分散均匀,得到反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
(2)将纯棉针织布在100℃下焙烘5min;
(3)将染色后纯棉针织布置入50℃清水中震荡清洗8min,然后过酸处理8min;过酸处理后将纯棉针织布再次置入清水中震荡清洗8min后升高水温至95℃,震荡清洗8min,之后先以2.5℃/min的速度降温至77℃;
(4)在50℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第一软化体系的软化池内,软化处理10min,然后自然降温至32℃,然后以1.1℃/min的速度降至22℃;此过程中软化池内设有一组软化张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在软化张力辊上,在软化池中浸渍和前行;
第一软化体系包括如下组分:
(5)在30℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第二软化体系的软化池内,软化处理15min,然后自然降温至22℃;此过程中纯棉针织布自然状态在软化池中浸渍和前行;
第二软化体系包括如下组分:
(6)将纯棉针织布采用混合清洗剂与清水进行交替清洗并烘干,完成固色制软工艺;
所述混合清洗剂包括如下组分:

(4)在45℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第一软化体系的软化池内,软化处理5min,然后自然降温至30℃,然后以0.8℃/min的速度降至25℃;此过程中软化池内设有一组软化张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在软化张力辊上,在软化池中浸渍和前行;
第一软化体系包括如下组分:
(5)在25℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第二软化体系的软化池内,软化处理20min,然后自然降温至20℃;此过程中纯棉针织布自然状态在软化池中浸渍和前行;
第二软化体系包括如下组分:
(6)将纯棉针织布采用混合清洗剂与清水进行交替清洗并烘干,完成固色制软工艺;
所述混合清洗剂包括如下组分:
本工艺中,为使得布料进入固色池之前各方向能均匀的舒展,保证布料与固色剂接触的均匀性,提高固色均匀度,步骤(1)中所述布料弹打装置设置在固色池的布料入口端,布料的上侧和下侧对称设置所述布料弹打装置,所述布料弹打装置包括驱动装置,弹打臂和弹打接触块,弹打臂与驱动装置连接,弹打接触块通过缓冲弹簧固定于弹打臂端部;由驱动装置驱动弹打臂上下运行,弹打臂带动弹打接触块弹性捶***织布;弹打过程中的弹打力为50~60牛顿;弹打频率为500次/min;步骤(1)所述固色张力辊与步骤(4)中所述软化张力辊的排布方式一致,分为上层辊和下层辊,各个张力辊等间距设置,下层张力辊的高度统一;上层张力辊的高度逐渐提高。
通过本实施例固色制软的纯棉织布耐洗色牢度可达4级,摩擦牢度达4级,柔软度较好,具有较好的固色制软效果。
实施例3:一种专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将染色后纯棉针织布先经过水的交替清洗并烘干,再经过弹打装置均匀的弹打后在55℃下置入含有固色体系的固色池中,浸渍3min;此过程中固色池设有一组固色张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在固色张力辊上,在固色池中浸渍和前行;
固色体系为反应性水性聚氨酯固色体系,其中反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的添加量为26g/L;
所述反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法如下:
将摩尔比例为1:5:3的PPG400、PEG1000和PTMEG1000加入反应器中,氮气保护下减压除水3h,将体系温度控制在95℃,加入2.8wt%的二羟甲基丙酸,继续搅拌0.5h后分批加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯进行本体聚合,然后依次加入二乙烯三胺和环氧氯丙烷,最后加入水搅拌分散均匀,得到反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
(2)将纯棉针织布在105℃下焙烘3min;
(3)将染色后纯棉针织布置入55℃清水中震荡清洗5min,然后过酸处理10min;过酸处理后将纯棉针织布再次置入清水中震荡清洗10min后升高水温至100℃,震荡清洗5min,之后先以3℃/min的速度降温至70℃;
(4)在55℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第一软化体系的软化池内,软化处理15min,然后自然降温至35℃,然后以1.2℃/min的速度降至20℃;此过程中软化池内设有一组软化张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在软化张力辊上,在软化池中浸渍和前行;
第一软化体系包括如下组分:
(5)在35℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第二软化体系的软化池内,软化处理20min,然后自然降温至25℃;此过程中纯棉针织布自然状态在软化池中浸渍和前行;
第二软化体系包括如下组分:
(6)将纯棉针织布采用混合清洗剂与清水进行交替清洗并烘干,完成固色制软工艺;
所述混合清洗剂包括如下组分:
本工艺中,为使得布料进入固色池之前各方向能均匀的舒展,保证布料与固色剂接触的均匀性,提高固色均匀度,步骤(1)中所述布料弹打装置设置在固色池的布料入口端,布料的上侧和下侧对称设置所述布料弹打装置,所述布料弹打装置包括驱动装置,弹打臂和弹打接触块,弹打臂与驱动装置连接,弹打接触块通过缓冲弹簧固定于弹打臂端部;由驱动装置驱动弹打臂上下运行,弹打臂带动弹打接触块弹性捶***织布;弹打过程中的弹打力为140~150牛顿;弹打频率为200次/min;步骤(1)所述固色张力辊与步骤(4)中所述软化张力辊的排布方式一致,分为上层辊和下层辊,各个张力辊等间距设置,下层张力辊的高度统一;上层张力辊的高度逐渐提高。
通过本实施例固色制软的纯棉织布耐洗色牢度可达4级,摩擦牢度达4级,柔软度较好,具有较好的固色制软效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将染色后纯棉针织布先经过水的交替清洗并烘干,再经过弹打装置均匀的弹打后在45~55℃下置入含有固色体系的固色池中,浸渍3~5min;此过程中固色池设有一组固色张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在固色张力辊上,在固色池中浸渍和前行;
(2)将纯棉针织布在95~105℃下焙烘3~6min;
(3)将染色后纯棉针织布置入45~55℃清水中震荡清洗5~10min,然后过酸处理5~10min;过酸处理后将纯棉针织布再次置入清水中震荡清洗5~10min后升高水温至90~100℃,震荡清洗5~10min,之后先以2~3℃/min的速度降温至70~80℃;
(4)在45~55℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第一软化体系的软化池内,软化处理5~15min,然后自然降温至30~35℃,然后以0.8~1.2℃/min的速度降至20~25℃;此过程中软化池内设有一组软化张力辊,纯棉针织布绕在软化张力辊上,在软化池中浸渍和前行;
(5)在25~35℃下将纯棉针织布置入含第二软化体系的软化池内,软化处理5~20min,然后自然降温至20~25℃;此过程中纯棉针织布自然状态在软化池中浸渍和前行;
(6)将纯棉针织布采用混合清洗剂与清水进行交替清洗并烘干,完成固色制软工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,其特征在于:所述固色体系为反应性水性聚氨酯固色体系,其中反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的添加量为23~26g/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,其特征在于:所述反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法如下:
将摩尔比例为1:3~5:1~3的聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇和聚四亚甲基醚二醇加入反应器中,氮气保护下减压除水2~3h,将体系温度控制在92~95℃,加入2.8wt%的二羟甲基丙酸,继续搅拌0.5h后分批加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯进行本体聚合,然后依次加入二乙烯三胺和环氧氯丙烷,最后加入水搅拌分散均匀,得到反应性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的专用于纯棉针织布的固色及后处理工艺,其特征在于:所述聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇和聚四亚甲基醚二醇的具体型号分别为PPG400、PEG1000和PTMEG1000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述第一软化体系包括如下组分:

8.根据权利要求1所述的专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述布料弹打装置设置在固色池的布料入口端,布料的上侧和下侧对称设置所述布料弹打装置,所述布料弹打装置包括驱动装置,弹打臂和弹打接触块,弹打臂与驱动装置连接,弹打接触块通过缓冲弹簧固定于弹打臂端部;由驱动装置驱动弹打臂上下运行,弹打臂带动弹打接触块弹性捶***织布;弹打过程中的弹打力为50~150牛顿;弹打频率为200~500次/min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的专用于纯棉针织布的固色制软工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述固色张力辊与步骤(4)中所述软化张力辊的排布方式一致,分为上层辊和下层辊,各个张力辊等间距设置,下层张力辊的高度统一;上层张力辊的高度逐渐提高。
