Abstract

本发明公开一种飞织工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)根据花型和工艺要求将编制程序导入所述的飞织机中;(2)通过飞织机织制成与物品相适配的面料;(3)将飞织机织好的面料套在相适配的物品模具上,撑开成一定形状;(4)将步骤(3)中的面料放入蒸汽机中;(5)将位于蒸汽机中加热定型的面料取出将面料从模具中取出。本发明减少了生产工序,提高了生产效率,在一定程度上降低了生产成本;另外,在面料中设置耐磨层,增加了面料的耐磨性,使飞织物品使用更长久,耐磨层为活性炭纤维层,因此,面料也具有了吸附性,能够吸附掉在使用过程中产生的刺激性气体;另外,增加了透气性,增加了温度的疏散能力,防止产生闷热的情况。

一种飞织工艺
技术领域
本发明属于飞织工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种飞织工艺。
背景技术
传统的面料一般采用经建材的切片面料进行缝合及后处理制备得到,制备工 序流程长且复杂,面料花样较复杂,加工就越繁琐,成本就越高,而且裁剪缝合 的无法做到与物品完全贴合。
面对传统加工工序复杂的缺点,针织面料本身的针织网眼及设计的孔洞结构 使面料的透气性良好,但是,目前的飞织面料由于是用线编织而成,所以用飞织 面料编织成的东西的耐磨性比较低,往往用不了多久就会损坏,因此,飞织面料 需要能达到耐磨的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种飞织工艺,能克服现 有的飞织面料耐磨性低、透气性差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种飞织工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据花型和工艺要求在飞织机的纱嘴上穿上所需纱线,将编制程序导 入所述的飞织机中;
(2)通过飞织机织制成与物品相适配的面料;
(3)将飞织机织好的面料套在相适配的物品模具上,撑开成一定形状;
(4)将步骤(3)中的面料放入蒸汽机中,进行加热定型,所述蒸汽机的温 度为150°-200°,且加热时间为50-100s;
(5)将位于蒸汽机中加热定型的面料取出,在面料温度降低后,将面料从 模具中取出。
优选地,所述纱线为100D的涤纶或者100D的涤纶高弹纱包裹20D的氨纶形 成的包芯纱。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中蒸汽机的温度为180°,加热时间为80s。
优选地,所述模具为鞋型、箱包形状、各类服装型或平板型。
优选地,所述飞织面料中设有耐磨层和透气层。
优选地,所述透气层的中设有通孔,且所述通孔的纵切面形状为锥形,且下 大上小。
优选地,所述耐磨层为活性炭纤维层。
本发明有益效果是:本发明减少了生产工序,提高了生产效率,在一定程度 上降低了生产成本;另外,在面料中设置耐磨层,增加了面料的耐磨性,使飞织 物品使用更长久,耐磨层为活性炭纤维层,因此,面料也具有了吸附性,能够吸 附掉在使用过程中产生的刺激性气体;另外,增加了透气性,增加了温度的疏散 能力,防止产生闷热的情况。
具体实施方式
结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种飞织工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据花型和工艺要求在飞织机的纱嘴上穿上所需纱线,将编制程序导 入所述的飞织机中;
(2)通过飞织机织制成与物品相适配的面料;
(3)将飞织机织好的面料套在相适配的物品模具上,撑开成一定形状;
(4)将步骤(3)中的面料放入蒸汽机中,进行加热定型,所述蒸汽机的温 度为150°-200°,且加热时间为50-100s;
(5)将位于蒸汽机中加热定型的面料取出,在面料温度降低后,将面料从 模具中取出。
实施例1:
本实施例中以一种飞织鞋为例阐述飞织工艺过程。
一种飞织鞋,包括飞织鞋面和鞋底,所述飞织鞋面包括内层和外层,所述外 层包括图案层,所述图案层的内腔设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的内腔设置有透气层, 所述透气层的内腔设有飞织面料层;其中,外层形成外层鞋头部、外层鞋身部、 外层后根部以及外层鞋口部;所述内层包括对应所述外层鞋头部设置的内层鞋头 部、对应所述外层鞋身部设置的内层鞋身部、对应外层后根部设置的内层后根部 以及对应所述外层鞋口部设置的内层鞋口部;所述鞋底上设有卡槽,所述飞织鞋 面的边缘嵌入卡槽使飞织鞋面与鞋底连接,另外,鞋底上设有减震囊,且所述减 震囊突出鞋底底面。
一种飞织鞋面的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据鞋面的花型和工艺要求在飞织机的纱嘴上穿上所需纱线,将编制 程序导入所述的飞织机中,本实施例中,纱线为采用色纱和低熔丝;
(2)通过飞织机织制成与脚型相适配的一体鞋面,所述鞋面包括内层和外 层,所述外层包括图案层,所述图案层的内腔设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的内腔设 置有透气层,所述透气层的内腔设有飞织面料层,其中,所述耐磨层为活性炭纤 维层,所述透气层包括透气芯层和弹性芯层,且所述透气芯层位于弹性芯层内腔; 所述飞织机按照起口、外层鞋头部、外层鞋身部、外层后根部、外层鞋口部、内 层鞋口部、内层后根部、内层鞋身部和内层鞋头部的顺序编织;所述外层鞋口部 和所述内层鞋口部均由氨纶包芯纱交织而成,氨纶包芯纱为100D的涤纶或者 100D的涤纶高弹纱包裹20D的氨纶形成的包芯纱;
(3)将飞织机织好的一体鞋面套进相适配的鞋楦中,将一体鞋面呈鞋型状 撑开,其中,将所述内层与外层从所述外层鞋口部与内层鞋口部处进行穿套,将 所述内层套入所述外层,形成双层的鞋面本体,其中,所述透气层的中设有通孔, 且所述通孔的纵切面形状为锥形,且下大上小;
(4)将步骤(3)中的鞋面放入蒸汽机中,进行加热定型,所述蒸汽机的温 度为180°,且加热时间为90s;
(5)将位于蒸汽机中加热定型的鞋面取出,在鞋面温度降低后,将鞋面从 鞋楦中取出。
(6)将鞋面与鞋底配合固定连接,形成飞织鞋。
实施例2:
本实施例以服装为例阐述飞织工艺。
本实施例的服装为上衣(前开口),且所述上衣面料包括耐磨层和透气层, 其中耐磨层为活性炭纤维层,所述透气层的中设有通孔,且所述通孔的纵切面形 状为锥形,且下大上小。
一种飞织服装的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据服装上衣的花型和工艺要求在飞织机的纱嘴上穿上所需纱线,将 编制程序导入所述的飞织机中,本实施例中,纱线为100D的涤纶或者100D的涤 纶高弹纱包裹20D的氨纶形成的包芯纱;
(2)通过飞织机织制成与上衣相适配的面料,在飞织过程中,是按领口、 背后、左右袖、前身的顺序进行,同时前身部分是分成两部分进行飞织;
(3)将飞织机织好的面料套在相适配的相应模具上,撑开成上衣的形状;
(4)将步骤(3)中的面料放入蒸汽机中,进行加热定型,所述蒸汽机的温 度为150°-200°,且加热时间为50-100s;
(5)将位于蒸汽机中加热定型的面料取出,在面料温度降低后,将面料从 模具中取出,并在相应位置缝制纽扣。
本发明通过上述两个实施例进行阐述,当然,并不仅仅限于两个实施例,还 可以应用到其他物品上,例如,箱包类物品、床上用品、手机壳、表带、服装类 等等。
本发明减少了生产工序,提高了生产效率,在一定程度上降低了生产成本; 另外,在外层设置耐磨层,增加了面料的耐磨性,使飞织物品使用更长久,耐磨 层为活性炭纤维层,因此,面料也具有了吸附性,能够吸附掉在使用过程中产生 的刺激性气体;另外,增加了透气性,增加了温度的疏散能力,防止产生闷热的 情况。
在此说明书中,本发明已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。但是,很显然仍可 以做出各种修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。因此,说明书应被认为是 说明性的而非限制性的。

Claims (7)

1.一种飞织工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据花型和工艺要求在飞织机的纱嘴上穿上所需纱线,将编制程序导入所述的飞织机中;
(2)通过飞织机织制成与物品相适配的面料;
(3)将飞织机织好的面料套在相适配的物品模具上,撑开成一定形状;
(4)将步骤(3)中的面料放入蒸汽机中,进行加热定型,所述蒸汽机的温度为150°-200°,且加热时间为50-100s;
(5)将位于蒸汽机中加热定型的面料取出,在面料温度降低后,将面料从模具中取出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的飞织工艺,其特征在于,所述纱线为100D的涤纶或者100D的涤纶高弹纱包裹20D的氨纶形成的包芯纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的飞织工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中蒸汽机的温度为180°,加热时间为80s。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的飞织工艺,其特征在于,所述模具为鞋型、箱包形状、各类服装型或平板型。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的飞织工艺,其特征在于,所述飞织面料中设有耐磨层和透气层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的飞织鞋面的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述透气层的中设有通孔,且所述通孔的纵切面形状为锥形,且下大上小。
7.根据权利要求5所述的飞织鞋面的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述耐磨层为活性炭纤维层。
