Abstract

本发明涉及一种纤维混编织物。玻璃纤维因其密度高、强度模量相对低满足不了设计的要求。本发明特征在于经向方向铺入主体结构的玻璃纤维层,同时相同经向方向铺入主体结构的碳纤维层,两层纤维层沿同一方向铺入,构成一个上下平铺叠层结构,然后在织物的背面铺入90度方向的纬向纱线层,再由涤纶丝通过经编捆绑编织上述的纤维层构成一个整体结构的结构,织物为一次成型的预定向结构产品,重点突出风力叶片大梁单轴方向上承受力学性能的高要求。本发明在减轻织物的重量的前提下,力学性能反而得到显著提高。

一种纤维混编织物
技术领域
本发明属于新型材料技术领域,涉及一种工业用纺织品,特别涉及一种纤维混编织物。
背景技术
在复合材料领域应用最为广泛的纤维中,碳纤维是相对玻璃纤维具有很高的比强度和比模量的高性能纤维,同时其密度反而低于玻璃纤维,因此在航天航空、大型风力叶片的复合材料领域。玻璃纤维因其密度高、强度模量相对低满足不了设计的要求,特别是在大型叶片的主体受力部分,叶片的长度加长,叶片必须向轻重理、高强度高模量性能发展,碳纤维的应用成为可能,根据现有开发的情况,由于碳纤维成本很高,所以碳玻混编织物可以在成本、力学性、可操作性几个方面为产品的开发提供可能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的问题,从而提供一种纤维混编织物,具有优良的力学性能和工艺性能,具有较低的成本。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于经向方向铺入主体结构的玻璃纤维层,同时相同经向方向铺入主体结构的碳纤维层,两层纤维层沿同一方向铺入,构成一个上下平铺叠层结构,然后在织物的背面铺入90度方向的纬向纱线层,再由涤纶丝通过经编捆绑编织上述的纤维层构成一个整体结构的结构,织物为一次成型的预定向结构产品,重点突出风力叶片大梁单轴方向上承受力学性能的高要求。
所述的玻璃纤维层的规格为1500TEX-3300TEX。
所述的碳纤维层的规格为10-14K。
所述的碳纤维层的规格为12K。
所述的纬向纱线层为100TEX-300TEX规格的玻璃纤维纱线。
所述的玻璃纤维层密度不小于12.5根/英寸。
所述的碳纤维层密度不小于3根/英寸。
所述的纬向纱线层密度不小于10根/英寸。
所述的织物轴向拉伸强度可达到1100-1300MPa及以上,轴向模量可达到55-80GPa以上。
本发明是一种突出织物性能的织物结构,通过使用平行双层的碳纤维与玻璃纤维混编,既提高了织物的力学性强度和模量,又不影响两种纤维编织产生的张力问题,在后道处理中不会因为两种纤维的混合而产生不能融合均匀的问题,在减轻织物的重量的前提下,力学性能反而得到显著提高。
本发明也可以根据对织物的纱线、轴向密度、结构的调整进行多种设计,适应不同的应用需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明一种纤维混编织物进行说细描述:
如图1所示:本发明以2400TEX的玻璃纤维,通过经向纱架将纱线均匀的铺入到多轴向设备的编织区,形成经向纤维层1,同时以12K的碳纤维,通过合理的装置将纤维经向均匀铺入到多轴向编织设备的编织区,形成经向纤维层2,以100TEX的玻璃纤维通过衬纬装置,衬入编织区,形成纤维层3,纤维层1密度不小于12.5根/英寸,纤维层2密度不小于3根/英寸,纤维层3密度不小于10根/英寸,所有纤维层在编织区通过涤纶纱捆绑成一个整体。
本发明织物轴向拉伸强度可达到1100-1300MPa及以上,轴向模量可达到55-80GPa以上。目前的高模量玻璃纤维较好的产品其拉伸强度也只能达到1000MPa,轴向模量48GPa。
以上列举的仅是本发明的具体实施例子,本发明不限于以上实施例子,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于经向方向铺入主体结构的玻璃纤维层(1),同时相同经向方向铺入主体结构的碳纤维层(2),两层纤维层沿同一方向铺入,构成一个上下平铺叠层结构,然后在织物的背面铺入90度方向的纬向纱线层(3),再由涤纶丝通过经编捆绑编织上述的纤维层构成一个整体结构的结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维层(1)的规格为1500TEX-3300TEX。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的碳纤维层(2)的规格为10-14K。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的碳纤维层(2)的规格为12K。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的纬向纱线层为100TEX-300TEX规格的玻璃纤维纱线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维层(1)密度不小于12.5根/英寸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的碳纤维层(2)密度不小于3根/英寸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的纬向纱线层(3)密度不小于10根/英寸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维混编织物,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维层(1)的规格为2400K,所述的碳纤维层(2)的规格为12K,所述的纬向纱线层(3)为100TEX的玻璃纤维纱线。
