本发明涉澄清过滤器领域。
背景技术
多介质过滤器是利用一种或几种过滤介质,在一定的压力下把浊度较高的水通过
一定厚度的粒状或非粒材料,从而有效的除去悬浮杂质使水澄清的过程,常用的滤料有石
英砂、无烟煤、锰砂等,主要用于水处理除浊,软化水,纯水的前级预处理等,现有的多介质过滤器一般均采用顶端进水,进水通过重力沉降经过滤料层进行过滤出水,但长期使用过程中,污泥等杂质会逐渐堆积在滤料表面,过滤效果大大降低,需要大量的水进行反冲洗,水源浪费严重,并且大大增加能耗,滤料使用寿命也较短,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种可自动进行反冲洗,并且无需外部水源进行冲洗,滤料需要反冲洗的周期变长,大大增加滤料的使用寿命的多介质过滤器。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种多介质过滤器,包括方形罐体,其特征在于罐体内设置有锥形隔板将罐体分为上下两个腔室,上腔室为清水箱,下腔室为过滤仓,过滤仓顶端开设有出水管,所述过滤仓内锥形隔板下方设置有过滤填料层,过滤填料层与锥形隔板间的间隔空间构成絮凝紊流通道,絮凝紊流通道中心设置有旋转叶轮,絮凝紊流通道左端罐体上设置有进水管,进水管与过滤填料层齐平,絮凝紊流通道右端罐体外设置有集泥斗,集泥斗的近顶端进泥口与过滤填料层齐平,使进水管、絮凝紊流通道、进泥口形成底面水平贯通的流道,清水箱设置有反冲洗/回水管连接出水管,反冲洗/回水管上设置有双向截止阀。
做为优选,进泥口上端面设置有倾斜向下的导流板。
作为优选,过滤填料层从上至下包括无烟煤层、石英砂层和卵石层,无烟煤层和卵石层中颗粒的粒径大于石英砂层中颗粒的粒径。
本发明的技术关键在于进水的同时也在对滤料表面进行冲刷,在者通过进水的流量对旋转叶轮进行冲击,给予其旋转动力,对污水中的污泥等渣滓不断的进行混合搅拌,使其无法在滤料表面进行堆积,外侧的集泥斗的设计可防止污泥的沉积,控制污泥的浓度,再者由于锥形隔板的设置,使进水限制在絮凝紊流通道内,使流道内产生向下的压力,从而加快过滤出水效率。
本发明有益效果:本发明大大提高过滤效率和滤料的使用寿命,无需外部水源进行反冲洗,大大节约水源和能耗。

实施例1:一种多介质过滤器,包括方形罐体1,罐体1内设置有锥形隔板2将罐体1分为上下两个腔室,上腔室为清水箱1.1,下腔室为过滤仓1.2,过滤仓1.2顶端开设有出水管1.3,所述过滤仓1.2内锥形隔板2下方设置有过滤填料层3,过滤填料层3与锥形隔板2间的间隔空间构成絮凝紊流通道4,絮凝紊流通道4中心设置有旋转叶轮5,絮凝紊流通道4左端罐体1上设置有进水管6,进水管6与过滤填料层3齐平,絮凝紊流通道4右端罐体1外设置有集泥斗7,集泥斗7的近顶端进泥口7.1与过滤填料层3齐平,使进水管6、絮凝紊流通道4、进泥口7.1形成底面水平贯通的流道,清水箱1.1设置有反冲洗/回水管8连接出水管1.3,反冲洗/回水管8上设置有双向截止阀9。进泥口7.1上端面设置有倾斜向下的导流板10。过滤填料层3从上至下包括无烟煤层3.1、石英砂层3.2和卵石层3.3,无烟煤层3.1和卵石层3.3中颗粒的粒径大于石英砂层3.2中颗粒的粒径。所述旋转叶轮5包括旋转轴5.1以及套设于旋转轴5.1上的若干组叶轮5.2。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多介质过滤器,其特征在于进泥口上端面设置有倾斜向下的导流板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多介质过滤器,其特征在于过滤填料层从上至下包括无烟煤层、石英砂层和卵石层,无烟煤层和卵石层中颗粒的粒径大于石英砂层中颗粒的粒径。
