本发明提供一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法,涉及人防工程领域,包括以下步骤:S1人防门表面清理:所述人防门表面清理使用清洗液清洗人防门表面;S2喷涂防火涂层:使用防火涂料涂抹在防火涂料,并处于24~27℃温度区间、20~35%RH湿度区间放置1~1.5h;S3整平:使用耐水腻子刮1~2道,干燥后打磨,直至表面平整;S4喷防火漆:所述喷涂防火涂层过程中,喷涂表面防火漆,并于40~55℃温度区间放置1.5~2h;本发明提供了一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法,重量轻:采用涂层方式,使得整体结构轻;使用时间长久:使用防火涂层,该涂层在人防门上的附着情况好,能够长时间不脱落;耐火性能好:降低传热效率,提高耐火性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及人防工程,具体涉及一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火门,又称防烟门,包括门框和与之配合的门扇,是用来维持走火通道的耐火完整性及提供逃生途径的门。其目的是要确保在一段合理时间内(通常是逃生时间),保护走火通道内正在逃生的人免受火灾的威胁,包括阻隔浓烟及热力。其中,防火门门扇的隔热、耐火性能对其整体性能影响最为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法,使得耐火性能优良。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 人防门表面清理:所述人防门表面清理使用清洗液清洗人防门表面;
S2 喷涂防火涂层:使用防火涂料涂抹在防火涂料,并处于24~27℃温度区间、20~35%RH湿度区间放置1~1.5h;
S3 整平:使用耐水腻子刮1~2道,干燥后打磨,直至表面平整;
S4 喷防火漆:所述喷涂防火涂层过程中,喷涂表面防火漆,并于 40~55℃温度区间放置1.5~2h。
优选地,所述S1中的清洗液由以下重量分数比的原料组成:乙醇 10~15份和丙醇20~25份。
优选地,所述S2中的防火涂料由以下重量分数比的原料组成:硫酸钡30~34份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯26~30份、苯基三氯硅烷30~34份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯26~30份、陶土15~20份、瓷土12~15份、高岭土10~12 份、轻质碳酸钙10~14份、硅灰石10~15份、绢云母粉30~34份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯26~30份、羟丙甲基纤维素30~34份、酚基苯烷环氧树脂26~30份、氧化铝细粉30~34份、玻璃纤维1~3份、混凝土膨胀剂0.5~1份、混凝土膨胀剂0.5~1份、纤维素醚0.1~0.3份、聚丙烯纤维0.1~0.3份、胶粉0.05~0.1份、烷基萘磺酸钠0.05~0.1份。
优选地,所述S3中的耐水腻子按腻子粉:水=1:0.3~0.5的重量比,混合均匀后即可。
本发明提供了一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法,重量轻:采用涂层方式,使得整体结构轻;使用时间长久:使用防火涂层,该涂层在人防门上的附着情况好,能够长时间不脱落;耐火性能好:降低传热效率,提高耐火性能。

一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 人防门表面清理:所述人防门表面清理使用清洗液清洗人防门表面;
S2 喷涂防火涂层:使用防火涂料涂抹在防火涂料,并处于24~27℃温度区间、20~35%RH湿度区间放置1~1.5h;
S3 整平:使用耐水腻子刮1~2道,干燥后打磨,直至表面平整;
S4 喷防火漆:所述喷涂防火涂层过程中,喷涂表面防火漆,并于 40~55℃温度区间放置1.5~2h.
优选地,所述S1中的清洗液由以下重量分数比的原料组成:乙醇 10~15份和丙醇20~25份。

优选地,所述S3中的耐水腻子按腻子粉:水=1:0.5的重量比,混合均匀后即可。
实施例2:
一种人防门耐高温表面涂层及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 人防门表面清理:所述人防门表面清理使用清洗液清洗人防门表面;
S2 喷涂防火涂层:使用防火涂料涂抹在防火涂料,并处于24~27℃温度区间、20~35%RH湿度区间放置1~1.5h;
S3 整平:使用耐水腻子刮1~2道,干燥后打磨,直至表面平整;
S4 喷防火漆:所述喷涂防火涂层过程中,喷涂表面防火漆,并于 40~55℃温度区间放置1.5~2h.
优选地,所述S1中的清洗液由以下重量分数比的原料组成:乙醇 10~15份和丙醇20~25份。

优选地,所述S3中的耐水腻子按腻子粉:水=1:0.3的重量比,混合均匀后即可。
试验
将实施例1、2制得的人防门耐高温表面涂层进行试验,并与市面普通人防门耐高温表面涂层进行对比;试验结果如下:
试验证明:本发明提供的耐高温表面涂层各方面性能优越,其中拉伸强度实施例1中涂层厚度和涂层剥离强度具有优越性,使得整体结构轻;使用时间长久,该涂层在人防门上的附着情况好,能够长时间不脱落;实施例2中的导热系数良好,降低传热效率,提高耐火性能。

S1人防门表面清理:所述人防门表面清理使用清洗液清洗人防门表面;
S2喷涂防火涂层:使用防火涂料涂抹在防火涂料,并处于24~27℃温度区间、20~35%RH湿度区间放置1~1.5h;
S3整平:使用耐水腻子刮1~2道,干燥后打磨,直至表面平整;
S4喷防火漆:所述喷涂防火涂层过程中,喷涂表面防火漆,并于40~55℃温度区间放置1.5~2h。
2.如权利要求1所述的人防门耐高温表面涂层,其特征在于,所述S1中的清洗液由以下重量分数比的原料组成:乙醇10~15份和丙醇20~25份。
3.如权利要求1所述的人防门耐高温表面涂层,其特征在于,所述S2中的防火涂料由以下重量分数比的原料组成:硫酸钡30~34份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯26~30份、苯基三氯硅烷30~34份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯26~30份、陶土15~20份、瓷土12~15份、高岭土10~12份、轻质碳酸钙10~14份、硅灰石10~15份、绢云母粉30~34份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯26~30份、羟丙甲基纤维素30~34份、酚基苯烷环氧树脂26~30份、氧化铝细粉30~34份、玻璃纤维1~3份、混凝土膨胀剂0.5~1份、混凝土膨胀剂0.5~1份、纤维素醚0.1~0.3份、聚丙烯纤维0.1~0.3份、胶粉0.05~0.1份、烷基萘磺酸钠0.05~0.1份。
