Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the reflux valve 15 is disposed at the lowest position of the steam chamber 10.
The cavity wall of the bubble breaking cavity 20 close to the steam inlet 220 is provided with a plurality of backflow holes 221, so that rice grains, porridge and the like which fall back into the bubble breaking cavity 20 can fall back into the steam cavity 10 outside the bubble breaking piece through the backflow holes 221, and the situation that the steam inlet 220 is blocked due to the aggregation of the rice grains, the porridge and the like in the bubble breaking cavity 20 is avoided; and the rice grains, porridge and the like falling back into the steam cavity 10 can flow back into the cooking utensil again through the backflow port 121, so that the loss of food nutrients such as rice and the like is avoided, water drops or porridge and the like formed after steam is condensed are prevented from remaining in the steam valve, and the cleanness of the steam valve is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bubble breaking component includes a cavity cover 21 and a cavity base 22, the cavity cover 21 and the cavity base 22 are connected to form a bubble breaking cavity 20, the cavity base 22 is provided with a steam inlet 220, and the cavity cover 21 is provided with a steam outlet 210.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a circumferential boss 222 is provided at the upper end of the cavity seat 22, a circumferential step is formed between the outer wall surface of the circumferential boss 222 and the outer wall surface of the cavity seat 22, and a latch 223 protruding outwards is provided on the circumferential boss 222; a clamping groove (not shown) matched with the buckle 223 is arranged on the inner wall surface of the lower end part of the cavity cover 21, the lower end part of the cavity cover 21 is supported on the circumferential step, and the buckle 223 is clamped in the clamping groove.
The lower end of the cavity cover 21 is supported on the circumferential step arranged at the upper end of the cavity seat 22, the buckle 223 on the cavity seat 22 is clamped in the clamping groove on the cavity cover 21, the firmness and the reliability of connection of the cavity seat 22 and the cavity cover 21 are effectively guaranteed, and the connecting mode is adopted, the structure is simple, and the assembly is convenient.
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, the valve body comprises a valve cover 11 and a valve seat 12, the valve cover 11 and the valve seat 12 are connected in a sealing mode through a sealing ring 14 to form a steam cavity 10, and the foam breaking piece is detachably installed in the steam cavity 10.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the valve cover 11 and the valve seat 12 are tightly connected by the locking fastener 13 to ensure the firmness of the assembly of the valve cover 11 and the valve seat 12.
The valve cover 11 and the valve seat 12 are connected in a sealing way to form a closed steam cavity 10, so that steam or air is effectively prevented from entering the steam valve or being discharged from the steam valve through the joint of the valve cover 11 and the valve seat 12, and the working reliability of the steam valve is improved; the foam breaking piece is detachably arranged in the steam cavity 10, so that the foam breaking piece can be conveniently detached for cleaning or replacement.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the cavity cover 21 is provided with a convex pillar 211 protruding upwards, and the convex pillar 211 is provided with a fastening position 212 along a circumferential direction thereof; the valve cover 11 is provided with a downwardly protruding annular column 111, the sidewall of the annular column 111 is provided with a fastening hole 112 matching with the fastening position 212, the convex column 211 is inserted into the annular column 111, and the fastening position 212 is fastened in the fastening hole 112.
The cavity cover 21 is provided with a convex column 211 protruding upwards, the valve cover 11 is provided with an annular column 111 protruding downwards, and the mode that a buckling position 212 arranged on the convex column 211 is buckled with a buckling hole 112 arranged on the annular column 111 is adopted, so that the cavity cover 21 is firmly fixed on the valve cover 11, the structure is simple, and the assembly is convenient.
Of course, the above object can also be achieved by providing an annular column 111 protruding upward at the upper end of the cavity cover 21, providing a fastening hole 112 on the sidewall of the annular column 111, correspondingly, providing a convex column 211 protruding downward on the lower end surface of the valve cover 11, and providing a fastening position 212 on the convex column 211 along the circumferential direction thereof; the detachable connection between the chamber cover 21 and the valve cover 11 can also be realized by means of a screw connection.
An embodiment of another aspect of the present invention provides a cooking appliance (not shown in the drawings), comprising: the steam valve 1 of any embodiment, the upper cover has a mounting cavity, and the bottom of the mounting cavity is provided with a steam exhaust hole; the steam valve 1 is installed in the installation cavity, and the steam inlet 120 of the steam valve 1 is communicated with the steam exhaust hole.
In the cooking appliance provided by the above embodiment of the invention, the steam valve 1 is mounted on the upper cover, and the steam inlet 120 of the steam valve 1 is communicated with the steam exhaust hole, so that water steam generated in the cooking appliance can enter the steam valve 1 through the steam exhaust hole, and the steam pressure in the cooking appliance is relatively high, so that rice grains, porridge and the like in the cooking appliance enter the bubble breaking cavity 20 in the steam valve 1 along with the steam, because the longitudinal sectional area of the bubble breaking cavity 20 is gradually smaller from the middle to the two ends, namely, the bubble breaking piece has an inner cavity similar to a submarine, which can extrude the steam, so that rice grains, porridge and the like mixed in the steam are gradually separated from the steam in the bubble breaking cavity 20 and fall back into the bubble breaking cavity 20, a good bubble breaking effect is achieved, and the situation that the rice grains, porridge and the like overflow to the outside of the cooking appliance is effectively avoided, the convenience of cleaning for the user is improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the cooking appliance is an electric rice cooker.
Of course, the cooking appliance may be other cooking appliances that use a steam valve to prevent rice water and the like from overflowing, besides the rice cooker, and the cooking appliance is within the protection scope of the present invention as long as the design concept of the present invention is not departed.
In summary, according to the steam valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the bubble breaking piece is arranged in the steam cavity of the valve body, the bubble breaking piece is provided with the bubble breaking cavity, the longitudinal sectional area of the bubble breaking cavity is gradually smaller from the middle part to the two ends, namely, the bubble breaking piece is provided with the inner cavity similar to a submarine, so that when the steam pressure in the cooking appliance is larger, and rice grains, porridge and the like in the cooking appliance enter the bubble breaking cavity in the steam valve along with the steam, the inner cavity similar to the submarine can extrude the steam, so that the rice grains, porridge and the like mixed in the steam are gradually separated from the steam in the bubble breaking cavity and fall back into the bubble breaking cavity, a good bubble breaking effect is achieved, the condition that the rice grains, the porridge and the like overflow to the outside of the cooking appliance is effectively avoided, the convenience for cleaning a user is improved, and the experience effect of the user is improved.

the steam valve comprises a valve body, a steam inlet and a steam outlet, wherein the valve body is provided with a steam cavity; and
the bubble breaking piece is arranged in the steam cavity, a bubble breaking cavity is formed in the bubble breaking piece, and a steam inlet hole communicated with the steam inlet and a steam outlet hole communicated with the steam outlet are formed in the bubble breaking cavity;
the longitudinal sectional area of the bubble breaking cavity is gradually reduced from the middle part to the two ends;
the bubble breaking cavity is in an ellipsoid shape.
2. The steam valve of claim 1,
the bubble breaking body is arranged in the bubble breaking cavity and can be disturbed in the bubble breaking cavity under the combined action of self gravity and steam thrust.
3. The steam valve of claim 2,
the bubble breaking body is a plastic ball or a hollow ball, and the weight of the bubble breaking body is not more than 2 g.
4. The steam valve of claim 2,
the steam inlet is arranged at the lowest position of the bubble breaking cavity, and the bubble breaking body can fall back to the steam inlet under the action of self gravity.

the bubble breaking piece comprises a cavity cover and a cavity seat, the cavity cover is connected with the cavity seat to form the bubble breaking cavity, the cavity seat is provided with the steam inlet hole, and the cavity cover is provided with the steam outlet hole.
8. The steam valve of claim 7,
a circumferential boss is arranged at the upper end of the cavity seat, a circumferential step is formed between the outer wall surface of the circumferential boss and the outer wall surface of the cavity seat, and a buckle protruding outwards is arranged on the circumferential boss;
the inner wall surface of the lower end part of the cavity cover is provided with a clamping groove matched with the buckle, the lower end part of the cavity cover is supported on the circumferential step, and the buckle is clamped in the clamping groove.
9. The steam valve of claim 7,
the valve body comprises a valve cover and a valve seat, the valve cover and the valve seat are connected in a sealing mode to form the steam cavity in a surrounding mode, and the foam breaking piece is detachably installed in the steam cavity.

the cavity cover is provided with a convex column protruding upwards, and the convex column is provided with a buckling position along the circumferential direction;
