In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the elastic valve 16 includes a sealing portion 161 and a clamping portion 162 connected to a central position of the sealing portion 161, the upper cover 15 is provided with a mounting hole 152, the clamping portion 162 penetrates through the mounting hole 152 from top to bottom and is clamped on a lower end surface of the mounting hole 152, and the sealing portion 161 can be tilted and deformed upward under the thrust of steam in the bubble breaking cavity 13 to open the steam outlet 151.
In the above embodiment, the elastic valve 16 includes the elastic sealing portion 161 and the clamping portion 162 connected to the sealing portion 161, when there is more steam and the steam pressure in the cooking utensil is relatively high, the steam pushes the elastic sealing portion 161 to warp and deform, and separate from the steam outlet 151, so that the steam passes through the steam outlet 151 and is discharged from the steam outlet 121, thereby achieving a normal steam discharging function, and the elastic deformation of the elastic valve 16 is larger when the internal pressure is higher, the opening degree of the steam outlet 151 is larger, so that fine particles such as rice grains are discharged, and the steam outlet 151 is prevented from being blocked, as shown by the dotted arrow in fig. 2, which indicates the flow direction of the steam; when the cooking utensil stops working or the steam pressure in the cooking utensil is small, the sealing part 161 restores to the horizontal state again under the action of the elastic force of the sealing part, covers the steam outlet 151 and keeps the steam in the bubble breaking cavity 13, so that the beneficial effects of locking food fragrance, avoiding heat loss and the like are achieved.
Besides the above-mentioned snap connection, the elastic valve 16 may be mounted on the upper cover 15 by screwing.
Preferably, the resilient valve 16 is made of rubber, but other resiliently deformable materials may be used.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of steam outlets 151 are formed on the upper cover 15 along the circumferential direction thereof, the cross-sectional areas of the steam outlets 151 are all larger than the maximum cross-sectional area of rice grains, and the elastic valve 16 covers the steam outlets 151.
In the above embodiment, the cross-sectional area of steam outlet 151 is greater than the biggest sectional area of the grain of rice, preferably, the cross-sectional area of design steam outlet 151 is greater than the biggest sectional area of the grain of rice far away, can avoid steam outlet 151 department to appear narrow steam outlet bottleneck like this, thereby effectively avoid steam outlet 151 department to take place because of the condition that cross-sectional dimension undersize is blockked up by fines such as the grain of rice easily, the safety in utilization of product has effectively been guaranteed, and steam outlet 151 department does not have the steam outlet bottleneck, avoid remaining in steam outlet 151 department at the in-process food that washes steam valve 1, thereby be convenient for wash steam valve 1 totally.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the valve body comprises a valve cover 12 and a valve seat 11, the valve cover 12 and the valve seat 11 are hermetically connected to form a steam chamber 10, and a sealing ring 19 is disposed at the joint of the valve cover 12 and the valve seat 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the valve cover 12 is fixed to the valve seat 11 by the locking piece 18.
Preferably, the valve cover 12 is a plastic member, the valve seat 11 is a plastic member, and the locking member 18 is a plastic member or a metal member.
In the above embodiment, the valve cover 12 is fixed on the valve seat 11 by the locking fastener 18, so that the firmness of the assembly of the valve cover 12 and the valve seat 11 is ensured, the valve cover 12 is hermetically connected with the valve seat 11, and steam or air is effectively prevented from entering the steam valve 1 or being discharged from the steam valve 1 through the connection part of the valve cover 12 and the valve seat 11, so that the working reliability of the steam valve 1 is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom wall of the valve seat 11 extends upward to form the steam inlet 111, the bottom wall of the lower cover 14 extends downward to form the steam inlet 141, and the steam inlet 141 is disposed outside the steam inlet 111 and is communicated with the steam inlet 111.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cross-sectional area of the bubble breaking chamber 13 is larger than that of the steam inlet 111.
In the above embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the bubble breaking cavity 13 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the steam inlet 111, so that the flow speed is reduced after the steam enters the bubble breaking cavity 13 from the steam inlet 111, and the situation that the steam entering the bubble breaking cavity 13 is ejected at a high speed due to overlarge steam pressure is effectively avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a backflow passage 17 is formed between the inner wall surface of the steam chamber 10 and the outer wall surface of the bubble breaking chamber 13, and the steam discharged through the steam outlet 151 enters the backflow passage 17 and is discharged through the steam outlet 121.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a return hole 171 is opened at the bottom of the return passage 17, and a return valve 172 for opening or closing the return hole 171 is installed at the return hole 171.
Preferably, the return valve 172 is rubber.
In the above embodiment, the backflow channel 17 is formed between the inner wall surface of the steam cavity 10 and the outer wall surface of the bubble breaking cavity 13, the water vapor in the steam discharged through the steam outlet 151 is discharged from the steam outlet 121 after passing through the backflow channel 17, and the rice water, rice grains and the like in the steam discharged through the steam outlet 151 flows back into the cooking utensil through the backflow valve 172 under the action of gravity after passing through the backflow channel 17, so that the rice water, the rice grains and the like are not easy to overflow the steam valve 1, and thus the loss of the nutritional ingredients of the rice is avoided.
Particularly, the backwash valve 172 is in normally open state under ordinary circumstances, make like this steam or the grain of rice that enters into in the steam valve 1 by steam inlet 111, can flow into cooking utensil again by backwash valve 172 after the condensation in to avoided water droplet or grain of rice to remain in steam valve 1, influence the cleanliness factor of steam valve 1, preferably, can set up backwash valve 172 in the lowest position of disk seat, make more water droplet or grain of rice in timely flow back to electric rice cooker through backwash valve 172, further avoid remaining more water droplet or grain of rice in the steam valve 1.
Preferably, the steam outlet 121 is provided with a baffle 122 extending downwards, so that the steam entering the return channel 17 bypasses the baffle 122 and is then discharged from the steam outlet 121, thereby increasing the flow path of the steam, facilitating the rice water, rice grains and the like in the steam to be sufficiently separated from the steam in the flow process, and finally returning to the pot body through the return valve 172.
An embodiment of another aspect of the present invention provides a cooking appliance (not shown in the drawings), comprising: a cover and the steam valve 1 of any of the above embodiments.
Wherein, the upper cover is provided with an installation cavity, and the bottom of the installation cavity is provided with a steam exhaust hole; the steam valve 1 is installed in the installation cavity, and the steam inlet 111 of the steam valve 1 is communicated with the steam exhaust hole.
In the cooking appliance provided by the above embodiment of the invention, the steam valve 1 is mounted on the upper cover, and the steam inlet 111 of the steam valve 1 is communicated with the steam exhaust hole, so that water steam generated in the cooking appliance can enter the steam valve 1 through the steam exhaust hole, and when the steam pressure in the cooking appliance reaches a certain value, the steam pressure pushes the elastic valve 16 in the steam valve 1 to elastically deform, the steam outlet 151 is opened, so that the water steam in the cooking appliance is exhausted to the outside through the steam outlet 121 on the steam valve 1, and the normal steam exhaust function of the cooking appliance is realized, and in the opening process of the elastic valve 16, bubbles can be squeezed through the extrusion of the elastic valve 16 through the bubbles of the elastic valve 16, so that rice soup is not easy to overflow from the steam valve 1, and the loss of the rice nutrition cost is avoided; if rice grains and other fine particles block the opening of the elastic valve 16 at this stage, the internal pressure of the electric rice cooker is increased, the elastic deformation of the elastic valve 16 is increased, and the opening degree of the elastic valve 16 is increased, so that the rice grains and other fine particles are discharged, and the blockage of a steam outlet is avoided; when steam is not required to be discharged, the elastic valve 16 is in the non-deformation state again, so that the steam cavity 10 on the steam valve 1 is in the closed state, and the beneficial effects of locking the moisture and the fragrance of the rice, improving the taste of the rice and the like are achieved.
In summary, according to the steam valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the steam outlet on the bubble breaking component is opened or closed by the elastic valve, the steam pressure in the steam valve is larger, the opening degree of the elastic valve is larger, the extrusion effect of the elastic valve on steam mixed with rice grains, porridge soup and the like is larger, and the beneficial effects that the steam outlet is prevented from being blocked by fine particles such as rice grains and the like and bubbles of the rice soup are broken, the rice soup is not easy to overflow, the rice soup is refluxed by the reflux valve, the nutritional ingredients of rice are prevented from being lost and the like are achieved, the elastic valve is in elastic contact with the bubble breaking component in the process of opening or closing the steam outlet, noise is avoided, and the service performance of a product is ensured; and above-mentioned structure, simple structure easily assembles safe and reliable.

1. A steam valve, comprising:
the steam valve comprises a valve body, a steam inlet and a steam outlet, wherein the valve body is provided with a steam cavity; and
the bubble breaking assembly is arranged in the steam cavity, a bubble breaking cavity is formed in the bubble breaking assembly, a steam inlet and a steam outlet which are communicated with the steam inlet are formed in the bubble breaking cavity, and an elastic valve is covered at the steam outlet to open or close the steam outlet;
the bubble breaking assembly comprises an upper cover body, the upper cover body is provided with the steam outlet, and the elastic valve is fixedly arranged on the upper cover body.
2. The steam valve of claim 1,
the bubble breaking assembly further comprises a lower cover body, the upper cover body and the lower cover body are connected to form the bubble breaking cavity in an enclosed mode, and the lower cover body is provided with the steam inlet.
3. The steam valve of claim 2,
the center position of the elastic valve is fixedly connected with the upper cover body, and the edge of the elastic valve can be upwarped and deformed under the action of steam thrust in the foam breaking cavity so as to open the steam outlet.
4. The steam valve of claim 3,
the top wall surface of the upper cover body is an inclined surface or an arc surface which gradually inclines upwards from the periphery to the center.
5. The steam valve of claim 3,
the elastic valve comprises a sealing part and a clamping part connected with the center of the sealing part, a mounting hole is formed in the upper cover body, the clamping part penetrates through the mounting hole from top to bottom, and the clamping part is clamped on the lower end face of the mounting hole, the sealing part can be used for upwarping and deforming under the action of steam thrust in the steam cavity to open the steam outlet.
6. The steam valve of claim 5,
the sealing part is a circular silica gel sheet, and the diameter of the circular silica gel sheet is within the range of 20-60 mm; the aperture of the mounting hole is in the range of 4 mm-10 mm.
7. The steam valve of claim 2,
the upper cover body is provided with a plurality of steam outlets along the circumferential direction, the cross sectional areas of the steam outlets are larger than the maximum cross sectional area of rice grains, and the elastic valves cover the steam outlets.
8. The steam valve of any of claims 2 to 7,
the valve body comprises a valve cover and a valve seat, and the steam cavity is enclosed by the valve cover and the valve seat in a sealing connection mode.
9. The steam valve of claim 8,
the bottom wall of the valve seat extends upwards to form the steam inlet, the bottom wall of the lower cover body extends downwards to form the steam inlet, and the steam inlet is sleeved on the outer side of the steam inlet and communicated with the steam inlet.
10. The steam valve of claim 9,
the cross-sectional area of the bubble breaking cavity is larger than that of the steam inlet.
11. The steam valve of any of claims 1 to 7,
a backflow channel is formed between the inner wall surface of the steam cavity and the outer wall surface of the bubble breaking cavity, and steam discharged from the steam outlet enters the backflow channel and is discharged from the steam outlet.
12. The steam valve of claim 11,
and a backflow hole is formed in the bottom of the backflow channel, and a backflow valve is installed at the backflow hole.
13. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the upper cover is provided with an installation cavity, and the bottom of the installation cavity is provided with a steam exhaust hole; and
the steam valve of any one of claims 1 to 12, mounted within the mounting cavity with a steam inlet of the steam valve in communication with the steam vent.
