在根据本发明的过滤器装置中特别有益的是,无关两个替代例而使环形过滤器元件在过滤器装置中的安装能够是相对容易的,并且没有更大的费力。以同样的方式,也证明了环形过滤器元件的拆卸是简单的,因为内螺纹部能够将更高的力沿轴向方向传送至环形过滤器元件。

观察图4和图5,能够看出在圆顶11的表面侧18布置有承载几何结构19,其与布置在罩3上的反承载几何结构20协作,使得在罩3的安装时环形的过滤元件4同步旋转直到销8接合到流出通道9中。
环形过滤器元件4在过滤器装置1中的安装构造如下:
首先,带有圆顶11的环形过滤器元件4能够经由第一螺纹3而拧至罩3,这由于闲置通道12而能够是费力少且旋转移动小。随后,以这样的方式预安装的组件被***到过滤器外壳罐2中,并且这样做使罩3被拧至过滤器外壳罐2。由于第一螺纹10被设计为与第二螺纹16相反地延伸,首先经由承载几何结构19和反承载几何结构20进行环形过滤器元件4的同步旋转,直到所述环形过滤器元件与其销8接合到流出通道9中。在时间上从该时刻开始,只有罩3被拧入到最终位置中。通过罩3的进一步的旋拧,内螺纹部15现在能够在它们的外螺纹13的滑动表面17上滑动,并且能够沿径向向外移动直到内螺纹部15再次在下方接合外螺纹13,并且弹簧元件14沿径向向内弹回。
可替换该安装过程地,当然首先同样环形过滤器元件4能够定位在过滤器外壳罐2中,并且罩3只能够随后被拧上。在此销8的正确位置不仅经由承载集合几何机构19而且经由内螺纹部15与外螺纹13的几何结构而实现。通过进一步在罩3上旋拧,内螺纹部15现在能够在它们的外螺纹13的滑动表面17上滑动,并且沿径向向外移动,直到内螺纹部15再次在下方接合外螺纹13,并且弹簧元件14沿径向向内弹回。
环形过滤器元件4从过滤器装置1的拆卸通过罩3的简单的拧下而进行,其中通过与第二螺纹16相反地导向的第一螺纹11,带来环形过滤器元件4的拉起以及由此的销8从流出通道9的拉出。通过外螺纹13以及内螺纹部15二者的楔形几何结构,这两个螺纹部互锁,并且能够实现环形过滤器元件4的可靠的且虽然小力的拉出。
为了能够保证长期且高质量的过滤器性能,承载结合几何结构19和反承载几何结构20以及弹簧元件14的外螺纹13和内螺纹部15以键合/锁定原理的方式协作,使得带有匹配的承载几何结构19和匹配的外螺纹13的环形过滤器元件4专门能够连接至罩3并且***到过滤器装置1中。
Claims (10)
1.一种过滤器装置(1),其具有过滤器外壳并且具有环形过滤器元件(4),所述过滤器外壳带有过滤器外壳罐(2)并且带有能够拧在后者上的罩(3),所述环形过滤器元件布置在所述过滤器装置中,带有用于封闭流出通道(9)的沿轴向突出的销(8),
其特征在于
-所述环形过滤器元件(4)经由第一螺纹(10)连接至所述罩(3),
-所述第一螺纹(10)具有从所述环形过滤器元件(4)的上端盘(5)居中且沿轴向突出的圆顶(11),带有被闲置通道(12)打断的外螺纹(13),并且带有空心圆柱形弹簧元件(14),其从所述罩(3)沿轴向突出并且在其上布置有设计为与所述外螺纹(13)互补的内螺纹部(15),
-每个内螺纹部(15)在比闲置通道(12)长的圆周部上延伸,
-所述第一螺纹(10)被设计为与布置在所述过滤器外壳罐(2)和所述罩(3)之间的第二螺纹(16)相反地延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器装置,
其特征在于
总共八个弹簧元件(14)分别设置有内螺纹部(15)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤器装置,
其特征在于
所述外螺纹(13)具有总共六个闲置通道(12)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的一项所述的过滤器装置,
其特征在于
所述圆顶(11)和所述外螺纹(13)通过其闲置通道(12)而与所述上端盘(5)形成为一体件。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的一项所述的过滤器装置,
其特征在于
所述第一螺纹(10)形成为左螺纹,而所述第二螺纹(16)形成为右螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的一项所述的过滤器装置,
其特征在于
在所述圆顶(11)的表面侧(18)布置有承载几何结构(19),其与罩侧的反承载几何结构(20)协作,使得所述环形过滤器元件(4)在安装所述罩(3)时同步旋转,直到所述销(8)接合到所述流出通道(9)中。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的一项所述的过滤器装置,
其特征在于
所述过滤器装置(1)构成为燃料过滤器或构成为润滑油过滤器。
8.一种环形过滤器元件(4),其用于根据前面权利要求中的一项所述过滤器装置(1),具有
-沿轴向且偏离地突出的销(8),
-圆顶,其居中且沿轴向从带有被闲置通道(12)打断的外螺纹(13)的上端盘(5)向外突出。
9.根据权利要求8所述的环形过滤器元件,
其特征在于
所述外螺纹(13)具有至少两个闲置通道(12),优选地具有六个闲置通道(12)。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的环形过滤器元件,
其特征在于
所述圆顶(11)与所述外螺纹(13)通过其闲置通道(12)而与所述上端盘(5)形成为一体件。
