其制备方法是将上述重量份计的中药原料放在一起，混合后送入烘干机中进行干燥，干燥时不断翻动，防止糊锅，当水分达到10%时，停止加热，取出，当其温度降到室温后，送入粉碎机中进行粉碎，至通过80目筛时止，装入消毒盒内备用；取蜂蜜放入锅中直火加热，文火炼制，炼成滴蜜成珠时即可；按炼蜜与备用药粉1：1.2～1.5重量比例称取炼蜜，趁热加入备用的药粉中，用粗竹筷进行搅拌，混合均匀后，揉成像面团样，使其内外全部滋润，色泽一致，软硬适中，能随意捏塑；用花生油做润滑剂把药团制成药条，然后按每粒重约10克计算，制成外形圆整光滑蜜丸，放上2～3天，表面***，再用蜡纸或蜡壳包装即可。口服，日服二次，早一丸、晚二丸，饭后服、不忌口，温开水送服，每两周为一疗程。
本发明是一种治疗以高级神经活动失调，并伴有一系列植物神经功能紊乱，神经官能综合症的纯中药制剂。中医认为，本病由于长期过度劳心、劳神、精神紧张、思虑过度、心情不舒等原因，以致阴阳失调，阴血暗伤，神气亏虚，脑失所养导致。其病位在脑，并与心、肝、脾、肾、胆密切相关。其病机多为心脾两虚，心神失养而心神不宁。治疗以益气养阴，宁心安神为主。炒酸枣仁、远志、龙齿、琥珀、五味子、丹参、党参、天竺黄、珍珠母为君药来养心安神、治疗失眠健忘。用川芎、天麻、蔓荆子、石菖蒲、黄芪为臣药，来行气开郁，祛风止痛。用枸杞子、当归、熟地、肉苁蓉、何首乌、白芍为佐药来滋补肝肾，增加免疫功能。用天冬、法半夏、夜交藤、柏子仁、茯苓、合欢皮、稀莶草、甘草为使药来醒神益智、养阴清热、生津。
本发明所选药材配伍相宜，符合中医药和现代医药理论，具有宁心安神、益气养阴、滋补肝肾、行气活血、清热利湿之功效，使用方便，吸收效果好，无不良及毒副作用，经临床验证，可以缓中止痛、滋阴补虚、镇静安眠，达到治疗或减轻神经衰弱的目的。

采用本发明提供的中药所制备的丸剂，从2011年3月～2016年12月，治疗神经衰弱患者126人，其中男性56人，女性70人，年龄18～61岁，病程0 .5～3年。口服，日服三次，每次1丸，温开水送服，每两周为一疗程。治愈的评定标准为：情绪稳定，精神状态良好，头痛等不适症状消失。有效的评定标准为：睡眠等生理功能有所恢复，情绪时而会稍有波动。无效的评定标准为：心理和生理症状无变化。用本发明治疗上述神经衰弱患者，经过1—6个疗程的治疗，治愈102例，占81%，有效18例，占14.3%，无效6例，占4.7%，总有效率为95.2%，未见任何副作用；结果表明，本发明具有疗效确切、见效快、治愈率高。
病例1：刘×，性别：女，年龄：17岁，学生，2015 年 3 月 4 日前来就诊，患者主诉：看书学习稍久，则感头胀、头昏，注意力不集中，记忆力减退，失眠；初诊：神经衰弱。口服本发明中药丸剂，早1丸，晚2丸，饭后服用，服药一疗程后症状减轻，继续服用一疗程后痊愈，三月后复诊临床病症完全消失。嘱其改善生活规律，注意饮食，养成健康的生活习惯，随访，至今没有复发。
病例2：患者王××，女，36岁，2016 年 5 月 16日前来就诊，患者症状：入睡困难，早醒，多恶梦，情绪低落，思维缓慢，反应迟钝。诊断：神经衰弱，治疗：口服本发明中药丸剂，早1丸，晚2丸，饭后服用，一疗程后症状减轻，后又服用两个疗程，痊愈，以后随访，没有复发。
病例3：侯××， 性别： 男， 年龄：28岁，2015 年03 月 21 日，前来就诊，患者症状：一年以来头痛、头晕、失眠健忘、记忆减退，全身不适，体虚无力，偶尔出现阵发性心慌心跳，心悸气短。确诊为神经衰弱，口服本发明中药丸剂，早1丸，晚2丸，饭后服用，服用二个疗程后症状痊愈，以后随访，没有复发。

1.一种治疗神经衰弱的中药组合物，其特征是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：炒酸枣仁12～20份、远志8～18份、龙齿5～15份、琥珀4～15份、天竺黄4～15份、五味子8～20份、枸杞子6～18份、当归5～15份、熟地5～18份、肉苁蓉4～20份、何首乌4～20份、白芍3～15份、川芎6～20份、丹参6～20份、党参3～15、天麻5～18份、蔓荆子5～18份、石菖蒲4～15份、天冬2～10份、法半夏5～20份、夜交藤5～18份、柏子仁5～18份、黄芪8～25份、茯苓5～10份、合欢皮3～10份、稀莶草3～10份、珍珠母3～10份、甘草2～10份。
