Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于飞行器型装置的导电紧固件,一种获得此类紧固件的方法,以及一种在结构元件组装时安装此类紧固件的方法。
新一代的飞机包括由碳纤维强化复合材料制成的结构件,其具有显著降低飞机的重量的优势,并且与金属材料相反,其不易受腐蚀并且不易出现疲劳现象。然而,与金属结构件相反,这些复合材料为电的不良导体,在释放电流方面产生问题,因此在抵抗雷击方面产生问题。因此,任何可能存在于紧固件和安装有紧固件的孔之间的间隙都需要被消除,以使紧固件与孔紧密接触。此接触有助于电流通过,并防止火花的产生和一定量空气的存在。一旦通过强电流,空气就转化为加压的等离子体,所述等离子体在紧固件安装于箱体结构件的情况下易于点燃燃料。为此,近年来在由复合材料制成的结构件的领域中,为了释放闪电产生的强电流,套筒紧固件设备的过盈配合安装变得广泛。
因此,根据专利文献US 8382413和WO 2011/050040,从现有技术中已知具有局部涂层的套筒紧固件。这些紧固件包括螺钉和安装在带有间隙的孔中的衬套。当螺钉的轴***衬套中时,衬套在结构件中径向膨胀,轴的外径比衬套的内径大。为了使螺钉的轴***,这些轴在其外表面的环形部上包括含有颜料的润滑清漆,例如二硫化钼(MoS2),或者包括含有铝颜料和润滑颜料的有机涂层。由于有机绝缘树脂的存在,这两者均合理地被认为是电绝缘的。螺钉进一步包括裸露的、导电的环形轴部分。使衬套裸露,以使电流从螺钉流到复合结构件。
将部分润滑涂层涂覆于轴的方法涉及遮盖每单位的螺钉部分的复杂操作,并且不允许批量工业处理大量的紧固件。另外,套筒紧固***的使用昂贵且增加飞机的重量。
还已知螺纹金属紧固件,其用于通过过盈配合直接***无套筒的结构件中。可以各种方式处理这些紧固件:紧固件材料在钝化操作后裸露;或使用称作“IVD”的方法经纯铝涂布;或者由在专利US 3979351和EP 2406336中公开的基于酚醛树脂的防腐蚀涂层涂布,该涂层包括由HI-SHEAR公司销售的HI-KOTETM1或HI-KOTETM1NC型铝颜料;或在硫酸中阳极化处理;或经镉涂布。全部紧固件通过润滑油脂十六醇最终层来润滑,以使螺母组装于螺纹部。在手动操作期间、在运输期间或在自动装配***中震动、或者甚至在使用布清洁操作期间,十六醇容易被移除。
铝显示出非常好的导电性并减小螺纹中的摩擦力。然而,其润滑能力太弱而无法使紧固件通过过盈配合安装在结构件中。实际上,涂布有铝的螺钉,即使涂布有十六醇,在安装于内径比螺钉的直径小时,且此时螺钉可能不完全安装到结构件或衬套中,尤其是在待紧固的结构件的厚度很大时,螺钉可迅速被卡住。
铝颜料涂层保护接触部分免受电偶腐蚀,并防止拧紧螺母时螺钉的螺纹与螺母的螺纹卡住。该铝颜料涂层不是导电体。
硫酸阳极氧化按常规在铝、钛或铝合金或钛合金部分上进行,以增加该部分的抗腐蚀性。当层厚小于1μm时其不具有润滑能力并且可导电。
由于轴的润滑性不足或由于阻挡闪电电流通过的防腐涂层的电阻过量,这些紧固件都不能通过过盈配合安装在飞机可能被闪电击中的区域中。
本发明的目的在于解决这些问题。因此,本发明的目的是提供一种用于过盈配合组装至少两个结构元件的金属紧固件,上述至少两个结构元件包括一个通孔,所述紧固件包括一个扩大的头部以及安装前外径比所述通孔的内径大的一个轴,所述轴包括一个导电表面。安装前,至少导电表面涂布有润滑层,润滑层的组成包括至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物,包括至少80%重量的聚烯烃和聚四氟乙烯,以确保具有充分的粘附性从而防止由手动操作造成紧固件的磨损,并且粘附性足够弱以在紧固件的过盈配合组装期间至少部分从所述导电表面剥离。
在轴的外表面上的润滑层具有高润滑能力和低粘附性,而上述特性足以使润滑层无法通过简单的手动操作移除。当金属紧固件通过过盈配合***结构件中时,润滑层逐渐并部分从轴剥离,留下轴的外金属表面的一部分与结构件接触,使闪电的电流在结构件中传播。
当然,本发明适用于组装混合材料结构件,例如使用复合和金属材料,并适用于组装纯金属结构件。
根据本发明的紧固件可进一步包括单独或组合采用的以下特征中的至少一个:
-聚烯烃为聚乙烯或聚丙烯;
-润滑层进一步包括干燥剂和生物杀灭剂;
-导电表面包括厚度小于1μm的硫酸阳极氧化层;
-导电表面为已历经钝化操作的金属;
-导电表面为在真空条件下沉积的铝层;
-导电表面包括轴的整个外表面;
-导电表面包括轴的外表面的一部分;
-导电表面包括紧固件的轴的环形部;
-导电表面包括紧固件的轴的轴向部;
-润滑层进一步涂布紧固件的螺纹部;
-紧固件进一步包括牵引尾部和会在一定拉伸应力下断裂的剪切槽。
本发明进一步涉及一种用于获得过盈配合组装至少两个结构元件的金属紧固件的方法,其中上述至少两个结构元件包括一个通孔,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供一个金属紧固件,其包括一个扩大的头部以及安装前外径比所述通孔的内径大的一个轴,所述轴包括一个导电表面;
-用碱性溶液喷射所述紧固件的至少一部分或在所述碱性溶液中浸泡所述紧固件的至少一部分,所述碱性溶液包括60%到80%重量的水基溶剂以及20%到35%重量的至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物;
-干燥所述紧固件以获得干燥的润滑聚合物层,其包括至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物。
用于制造根据本发明的紧固件的方法可进一步包括单独或组合采用的以下特征中的至少一个:
-干燥在60℃到80℃的温度之间进行;
-在浸泡后且干燥前进行离心步骤;
-在喷射或浸泡步骤之前进行沉积铝层的步骤或硫酸阳极氧化的步骤。
本发明进一步涉及一种用于通过穿过至少两个结构元件的一个孔来安装金属紧固件的方法,所述紧固件包括一个扩大的头部以及安装前外径大于所述孔的内径的一个轴,所述轴包括一个导电表面。在安装前,至少导电表面涂布有润滑聚合物层,其包括至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物。在安装期间,在将螺钉的轴通过过盈配合***结构件中的步骤时,润滑层从螺钉的轴上部分剥离。
本发明进一步涉及根据本发明的一个实施方式的至少一种金属紧固件的用途,其中紧固件穿过一个孔(20),该孔(20)贯穿一个飞行器的至少两个结构元件(22,24),而在至少紧固件的头部被闪电击中时,使至少一个结构元件中的电流消耗。
下面结合附图说明实施方式,以利更好地理解本发明及其应用。这些指示性的附图对本发明不具有任何限制作用,其中:

图1示意性示出了安装于孔20之前的紧固件10的侧视图,孔20在截面图所示的结构元件22、24中形成。优选地,至少一个结构件由复合材料制成,在此情况下结构件24由复合材料制成。
金属紧固件10包括一个头部12、一个具有外径D1的圆柱形轴14以及一个螺纹形式的阻隔部16,螺纹的外径D2在螺纹的顶部测量得到,且D2小于D1。一个过渡部18将圆柱轴14与螺纹部16连接。安装紧固件10之前,孔20的直径D3小于轴14的外径D1且大于螺纹部的直径D2,因此在将紧固件10引入孔20中时不会损坏螺纹。
在所示的实例中,紧固件10为已历经硫酸阳极氧化的钛合金,产生覆盖紧固件的整个外表面厚度小于1μm的一个阳极氧化层。螺纹部16和过渡部18的外表面28涂布有第二涂层,该层为润滑防腐涂层,其含有HI-KOTETM1NC型铝颜料。因此,表面28是绝缘的(其在图1到图3和图6中示为点状背景)。头部12和轴14的表面26是导电的。
在图1的实例中,轴14的整个表面是导电的。然而,只有轴的环形部(26A)(图2),或轴的整个高度上或轴的部分高度上的一个或多个轴向部(26B)(图3)可导电。因此,其他部可涂布有含有铝颜料的润滑防腐涂层。
在图1到图3和图6的实例中,紧固件10完全被润滑层30涂布,在图中示为点划线。润滑层30的厚度范围可为5μm到25μm,该厚度不会影响紧固件的机械性能或导电性。
本申请人惊奇地注意到,此类螺钉10可通过过盈配合安装到结构件中并且能够在至少轴的外表面涂布有包括聚烯烃与聚四氟乙烯的混合物的润滑层30时导电。本申请人还注意到,与通过使用十六醇产生的分散相比,将润滑层30涂覆到螺纹部的润滑防腐涂层上显著降低了安装紧固件所需的扭矩的分散。而且,与涂覆润滑层30的基底无关,其润滑能力是高度均匀的。
因此,本申请人测试了两批不同外径(以十六分之一英寸测量)的紧固件10的过盈配合安装,紧固件10涂布有不同厚度的润滑层30。所测试的且表1中所示的构造如下:
-构造1:通过浸湿和离心来涂覆润滑层30;
-构造2:通过喷枪持续1秒来手动涂覆润滑层30;
-构造3:通过喷枪持续15秒来手动涂覆润滑层30;
通过比较模拟结构件的铝制样品中形成的孔的直径D3与安装前紧固件10的轴14的外径D1来测量过盈配合。在***紧固件10之前测量润滑层30的厚度。通过推动头部12将紧固件10安装到孔中,同时测量安装力直到头部接触样品。然后,切割样品以在不损坏轴14的表面的情况下使紧固件10拔出,并且测量安装后仍留存的润滑层30的厚度。这些测量的结果的平均值示于表1。

在所有的情况下,用适度的安装力通过过盈配合将紧固件10***直到头部12与测试样品的表面接触。取决于构造,观察到润滑层30剥离,剩余部分仍包含在头部下方或向外推。***后,润滑层30的厚度高度均匀且在0.9μm到2.1μm之间。
对通过过盈配合安装在由碳纤维复合材料制成的样品中的多个紧固件10进行了闪电测试以证实其导电性。为了完成这些测试,在暗室中安装包括紧固件的样品。紧固件的一些头部12被等同于闪电的极高振幅电流击中。摄像机记录测试以检测紧固件10周围的火花或排气。然后从暗室移除样品,并切割,以用扫描式电子显微镜视觉检查紧固件10的表面。
完成的测试显示测试期间未出现火花或排气。视觉分析显示轴14未被闪电损坏,但***期间润滑层30和阳极氧化层的部分被移除。一个理论是复合材料中碳纤维的粗糙度对轴表面部分具有研磨作用,但该作用在轴的整个高度上并不连续。
根据本发明的一个变形,导电表面26可由形成紧固件的金属的裸露或钝化表面构成,或通过在真空条件下使铝层沉积于形成紧固件的金属的裸露表面而构成。
实际上,本申请人已惊奇地注意到,润滑层30的润滑能力不依靠涂覆的支撑物。因此,本申请人进行了紧固件40的几个***测试,紧固件40包括四个不同直径的牵引尾部50(图6),其包括涂布有十六醇或润滑层30的各种基底。***通过过盈配合使用拉动牵引尾部并测量安装力的牵引机来进行。通过计算来确定紧固件40与***紧固件的结构件之间的摩擦系数。
测试的构造如下所示:
-构造1(HK1NC/AC/MIF):整个紧固件上涂布有第一层HI-KOTETM1NC润滑防腐涂层和第二层十六醇层的紧固件;通过中度过盈配合安装;
-构造2(HK1NC/有机润滑剂/MIF):整个紧固件上涂布有第一层HI-KOTETM1NC润滑防腐涂层和第二润滑层30的紧固件;通过中级过盈配合安装;
-构造3(HK1NC/AC/HIF):整个紧固件上涂布有第一层HI-KOTETM1NC润滑防腐涂层和第二层十六醇层的紧固件;通过高度过盈配合安装;
-构造4(HK1NC/有机润滑剂/HIF):整个紧固件上涂布有HI-KOTETM1NC润滑防腐涂层和第二润滑层30的紧固件;通过高度过盈配合安装;
-构造5(OAS/HK1NC/AC/MIF):紧固件,包括第一硫酸阳极氧化层、仅在螺纹部上涂布的第二层HI-KOTETM1NC润滑防腐涂层以及在整个紧固件上涂布的第三层十六醇层;通过中度过盈配合安装;
-构造6(OAS/HK1NC/有机润滑剂/MIF):紧固件,包括第一硫酸阳极氧化层、仅在螺纹部上涂布的HI-KOTETM1NC润滑防腐涂层以及在整个紧固件上涂布的第三润滑层30;通过中度过盈配合安装。
图4和图5所示为已完成的测试的平均结果。图4所示为现有技术中涂布有十六醇的不同直径的紧固件的摩擦系数的变化曲线;图5所示为根据本发明的一个实施方式的紧固件40的摩擦系数的变化曲线,这些紧固件40几何上与用于测试的涂布有十六醇的紧固件相同且已历经相同的处理,但此处的紧固件40经润滑层30涂布,而非十六醇。
如图4中构造5的曲线所示,相对于具有相同基底的构造1和构造3的曲线向上偏移,十六醇的使用显然依赖于基底。因此,根据直径和基底计算的摩擦系数在0.045到2.10之间。
通过比较,不管直径和基底,使用润滑层30显示摩擦系数在0.035到0.07之间的很小的范围内(图5)。
因此,使用润滑层30允许通过甚至比使用十六醇时更精确的方式,使紧固件以已知的扭矩或安装力安装。由于随紧固件与结构件之间的摩擦系数而变化的安装扭矩或安装力仅略微分散,因此润滑层30可抑制安装期间紧固件断裂的风险。
润滑层30例如从pH在8到10之间的液态碱性溶液中获得,其包括分散在碱的水溶液中的润滑聚合物的至少一种混合物。在液态下,溶液的组成如表2所示。

溶剂例如是水与异丙醇的混合物。由于所述溶剂在工作温度下为液体,因此其溶解和/或稀释其他物质,而不化学改性其他物质和其自身。一旦使用异丙醇,待获得的溶液更快干燥。一经干燥,溶剂就蒸发。
润滑聚合物例如是包括聚烯烃的组合物或聚烯烃的混合物,例如聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯与聚四氟乙烯的混合物。
聚烯烃为具有下式的一般结构的烯烃聚合物:
-(CH2-CRR’)n
其中基团R和R’可为氢原子、甲基(-CH3)、乙基(-C2H5)或丙基(-C3H7)。
溶液中聚烯烃的重量百分数例如在19.5%到30%之间,溶液中聚四氟乙烯的重量百分数在0.5%到5%之间。
溶液可进一步包括至多4%重量的干燥剂,例如硅胶。一旦使用干燥剂,溶液的干燥时间增加。
溶液可进一步包括至多2%重量的表面活性剂,例如聚乙二醇醚。所述表面活性剂促进润滑聚合物在水基溶剂中的分散。一经干燥表面活性剂即蒸发。
溶液可进一步包括少于1%重量的生物杀灭剂,其抑制可能在水基溶液中生长的细菌和真菌的快速形成。
此类溶液的干燥提取物包括润滑聚合物,并且如果干燥剂和/或生物杀灭剂包含在液体溶液中,则其量将会在20%重量到40%重量之间。干燥提取物包括至少80%的润滑聚合物,并且如果溶液既不包括干燥剂也不包括生物杀灭剂,则至多100%的润滑聚合物。
表3显示溶液的优选配方。

该配方的干燥提取物包括润滑聚合物、硅胶和生物杀灭剂,占29.1%重量。此实例中的润滑聚合物构成89.34%重量的干燥提取物(29.1%干物质的26%)。
获得包括润滑层30的紧固件的方式如下所示。
在第一步中,使来自锻造和/或呈加工状态的金属紧固件10脱脂、干燥,然后喷砂,以提供适合于粘附涂层的干净外表面。任选地,在紧固件10的部分或整个外表面上进行真空条件下的铝沉积或阳极氧化。如果必要,用HI-KOTETM1NC型润滑防腐涂层涂布紧固件的螺纹。
在第二步中,将紧固件装入筐中,然后在碱性溶液中浸泡至多一分钟,该碱性溶液包括60%重量到80%重量的水基溶剂以及20%重量到35%重量的分散于溶剂中的聚烯烃与聚四氟乙烯的混合物。
使该筐离心从而分离多余的润滑剂,然后在60℃到80℃之间干燥以使溶剂蒸发。
该方法使在螺钉10的外表面上获得几微米厚的层30,包括至少80%的润滑聚合物。需要注意的是,干燥温度低于聚烯烃的最低熔化温度。实际上,高于150℃的温度导致聚合物层黄化,甚至褐变,并使涂层性能退化。
当紧固件的整个表面可经润滑层30涂布时,此类方法是有利的,因为其允许一次性处理大量紧固件。
涂覆润滑层30的另一方式包括:使用喷枪在整个或部分的紧固件10上喷射碱性溶液,其包括60%重量到80%重量的水基溶剂以及20%重量到35%重量的聚烯烃与聚四氟乙烯的混合物。在此情况下,润滑层30的厚度由操作者控制,并且不需要离心操作。
此类方法主要在只要涂布部分紧固件时使用。例如,如果只要涂布轴的一部分,则必须遮盖头部,以及轴的一部分。在此情况下,紧固件被安装在遮盖非润滑部分的多孔板中,操作者或机械手只向头部的相对侧喷射碱性溶液。
用于将包括润滑层30的螺钉10安装于穿过飞行器的至少两个结构件的孔中的方法如下。
根据待组装的结构件的厚度选择紧固件10的长度,使螺纹部16在***后从结构件24中显现。通过过盈配合将紧固件***结构件中通过以下进行:通过推动头部,或通过拉拽牵引尾部(如果紧固件包括牵引尾部),或在紧固件具有锥形轴的情况下甚至通过将螺母拧到螺纹部。凭借其高润滑能力,润滑层30使螺钉通过过盈配合***。然而,由于在螺钉的轴的外表面与结构件的内表面之间的过盈配合,且由于层30在螺钉的轴上的低粘附性,润滑层30部分从螺钉的轴高度和边缘上剥离,使轴14的导电部裸露。由于螺钉的制造公差以及润滑剂涂覆到螺钉上的方式,未完全移除层30,其可局部形成几微米厚的储存润滑剂的凹槽。
润滑层30充分减小螺钉与结构件之间的摩擦力以允许过盈配合安装。其粘附性足够强以粘附到轴并且耐受任何手动操作,也足够弱以在过盈配合组装期间随着安装进程润滑层30被部分移除。
一旦螺钉10的头部12与结构件22的外表面32接触,外表面32直接朝向飞行器的外部,螺母与结构件24的外表面34接触,外表面34直接朝向飞行器的内部,紧固件10被安装并无间隙组装结构件22和24。当螺钉10的头部12被闪电击中,电流释放到结构元件22、24中,或在复合结构件的情况下,电流经由轴14的金属部分朝向金属框架释放,该金属框架任选地被包括在表面32上或结构元件内部。
当然,本发明不限于上述实施方式。因此,螺钉的轴14可以是圆锥形的,并且可***圆锥形孔或套筒中,套筒的内表面为圆锥形,外表面为圆柱形,套筒安装在圆柱形孔中。包括此类套筒的紧固件公开于本申请人的专利申请FR 2946707中。螺钉的扩大的头部可以是任何已知的形状,例如突出或圆形。
如图6所示,作为变形,紧固件可包括一个牵引尾部,其设有牵引槽并在剪切槽处断裂。紧固件40包括一个突出的头部42、一个圆柱形轴44、一个螺纹部46、在一定的拉伸或弯曲应力下断裂的一个剪切槽48、以及包括牵引槽52的一个牵引尾部50。
在此实施方式中,头部42和轴44具有外导电表面56,螺纹部具有涂布有电绝缘的HI-KOTETM1NC防腐涂层的外表面58。整个紧固件涂布有包括聚烯烃与聚四氟乙烯的混合物的润滑层30,例如通过如前所述的浸泡、离心和干燥。当然,只有轴44可通过喷枪和遮罩仅在环形、轴向或其他形状的部分上涂布有润滑层30。
通过过盈配合将该紧固件40安装到孔中,孔的厚度使牵引尾部52在头部42的相对侧从结构件中显现。包括钳口的工具夹紧牵引槽并将紧固件40拉入孔中。然后,牵引尾部在剪切槽50处通过额外的牵引力或通过使其弯曲而断裂。
通过上述全部类型的紧固件的变形,螺纹阻塞部可由型锻槽代替,所述型锻槽用于接收型锻套管,而非螺母。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于过盈配合组装至少两个结构元件(22,24)的金属紧固件(10;40),所述至少两个结构元件(22,24)包括一个通孔(20),所述紧固件包括一个扩大的头部(12;42)以及安装前外径(D1)比所述通孔的内径(D3)大的一个轴(14;44),所述轴包括一个导电表面(26;56),
在所述紧固件中,至少所述导电表面(26;56)涂布有一个润滑层(30),该润滑层(30)的组成包括至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物,确定所述组成以使其具有充分的粘附性从而防止由手动操作所述紧固件造成的磨损,并且粘附性足够弱以在所述紧固件的过盈配合组装期间至少部分从所述导电表面剥离,其特征在于,所述润滑层(30)包括至少80%重量的聚烯烃和聚四氟乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述聚烯烃为聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述润滑层(30)进一步包括一种干燥剂和/或一种生物杀灭剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述导电表面(26;56)包括一个厚度小于1 μm的硫酸阳极氧化层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述导电表面(26;56)为一种已历经钝化操作的金属。
6.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述导电表面(26;56)为一个在真空条件下沉积的铝层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述导电表面(26;56)包括所述轴的整个外表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述导电表面(26A;26B)只包括所述轴的所述外表面的一部分。
9.根据权利要求8所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述导电表面包括所述紧固件的所述轴的一个环形部(26A)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述导电表面包括所述紧固件的所述轴的一个轴向部(26B)。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的紧固件(10;40),其中所述润滑层(30)进一步涂布所述紧固件的一个螺纹部。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的紧固件(40),进一步包括一个牵引尾部(50)和能够在一定拉伸应力下断裂的一个剪切槽(48)。
13.一种用于获得用于过盈配合组装至少两个结构元件(22,24)的一个金属紧固件(10;40)的方法,其中所述至少两个结构元件(22,24)包括一个通孔(20),所述方法包括以下步骤:
- 提供一个金属紧固件,其包括一个扩大的头部以及安装前外径(D1)比所述通孔的内径(D3)大的一个轴,所述轴包括一个导电表面;
- 喷射步骤或浸泡步骤:用碱性溶液喷射所述紧固件的至少一部分或在所述碱性溶液中浸泡所述紧固件的至少一部分,所述碱性溶液包括60 %到80 %重量的水基溶剂以及20 %到35 %重量的至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物;
- 干燥步骤:干燥所述紧固件以获得一个润滑层(30),其包括至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述干燥步骤在60℃到80℃的温度之间进行。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中在所述浸泡步骤后和所述干燥步骤前进行离心步骤。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中在所述喷射或浸泡步骤之前进行沉积一个铝层的步骤或硫酸阳极氧化的步骤。
17.一种用于通过穿过至少两个结构元件(22,24)的一个孔(20)来安装一个金属紧固件(10;40)的方法,所述紧固件包括一个扩大的头部(12;42)以及安装前外径(D1)比所述孔的内径(D3)大的一个轴(14;44),所述轴包括一个导电表面(26;56),其特征在于,
安装前至少所述导电表面(26)涂布有一个润滑层(30),其包括至少一种聚烯烃与一种聚四氟乙烯的混合物;并且在所述安装期间,在通过过盈配合将螺钉的轴***结构件的步骤时,所述润滑层(30)从所述螺钉的所述轴上部分剥离。
18.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的至少一种金属紧固件(10;40)的用途,所述紧固件穿过一个孔(20),其中该孔(20)贯穿一个飞行器的至少两个结构元件(22,24),而在至少所述紧固件的头部被闪电击中时,使所述至少一个结构元件中的电流消耗。
