本发明公开了多用型防腐保温耐用管体。
背景技术
管体分为很多种类,其运用方式各种各样,而且功能性不相同,其中,保温管体的内壁涂装高附着力、防腐、食品级卫生型的聚乙烯粉末涂或环氧树脂涂料。采用前处理、预热、内涂装、流平、后处理工艺制成的给水镀锌内涂塑管体,可是,现有的管体,其不具有耐温性,耐候性差,多层结构之间连接不均匀,管壁粗糙,使用寿命有限。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了方便快捷,耐候性好,管壁光滑、提高输送效率,使用寿命长的多用型防腐保温耐用管体。
本发明具体技术方案如下:多用型防腐保温耐用管体,包括工作钢套,防腐层,减阻层,隔热层,反射层和外套管,所述工作钢套位于最内层,所述工作钢套外表面抛丸除锈处理和外护管内表面电晕处理,所述工作钢套的整体形状为圆柱形,所述防腐层包裹在工作钢套外,所述减阻层包裹在防腐层外,所述隔热层包裹在减阻层外,所述隔热层内覆盖保温层,所述保温层设有保温材料,所述保温材料为硬质聚氨酯泡沫,所述硬质聚氨酯泡沫的密度为60kg/m3至80kg/m3;所述反射层包裹在隔热层外,所述套管包裹在反射层外,所述外套的材质为高密度玻璃钢或者聚乙烯钢套。
作为本发明进一步限制地,所述聚氨酯泡沫可耐温达到120℃,通过改性或与隔热材料组合可耐温达到180℃。
作为本发明进一步限制地,所述玻璃钢抗压强度 120-220Mpa,抗拉强度210-355 Mpa,抗冲击强度1.0公斤。
本发明的技术效果:本发明的多用型防腐保温耐用管体,通过多层结构的设置,使得其保温性能好,卫生无毒、不积垢,不滋生微生物、保证流体品质,耐化学腐蚀、耐土壤和海洋生物腐蚀,耐阴极剥离,安装工艺成熟、方便快捷,耐候性好,管壁光滑、提高输送效率、使用寿命长。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的多用型防腐保温耐用管体,包括工作钢套1,防腐层2,减阻层3,隔热层4,反射层5和外套管7,所述工作钢套1位于最内层,所述工作钢套1外表面抛丸除锈处理和外护管内表面电晕处理,这样设置,加固定结构。所述工作钢套1的整体形状为圆柱形,所述防腐层2包裹在工作钢套1外,这样设置,防止工作钢套受腐蚀,增加其使用寿命。所述减阻层3包裹在防腐层2外,这样设置,减少阻力。所述隔热层4包裹在减阻层3外,所述隔热层4内覆盖保温层6,所述保温层6的保温材料为硬质聚氨酯泡沫,所述硬质聚氨酯泡沫的密度为60kg/m3至80kg/m3;所述反射层5包裹在隔热层4外,所述外套管7包裹在反射层5外,所述外套管7的材质为高密度玻璃钢或者聚乙烯钢套。引进的高压成套聚氨酯发泡设备生产的三位一体直埋保温管整体性能优良、钢管外表面抛丸除锈处理和外护管内表面电晕处理工艺,进一步提高保温管的粘接性能。保温层材料为密度60kg/m3至80kg/m3的硬质聚氨酯泡沫,充分添满钢管与套管之间的间隙,并具有一定的粘接强度,使钢管、外套管及保温层三者之间形成一个牢固的整体。聚氨酯泡沫具有良好的机械性能和绝热性能,通常情况下可耐温120℃,通过改性或与其它隔热材料组合可耐温180℃。
多用型防腐保温耐用管体具有的优点为:1、保温性能好,热损失仅为传统管材的25%,长期运行可节约大量能源,显著降低能源成本。 2、具有很强的防水和耐腐蚀能力,不需附设管沟,可直接埋入地下或水中,施工简便迅速,综合造价低。 3、在低温条件下也具有良好的耐腐蚀和耐冲击性,可直接埋入地下冻土。4、使用寿命长,正确的安装和使用可使管网维修费用极低,具有机械强度和耐腐蚀性能,安装及使用过程中不受外界因素引起的破坏。
本发明的多用型防腐保温耐用管体,通过多层结构的设置,使得其保温性能好,卫生无毒、不积垢,不滋生微生物、保证流体品质,耐化学腐蚀、耐土壤和海洋生物腐蚀,耐阴极剥离,安装工艺成熟、方便快捷,耐候性好,管壁光滑、提高输送效率、使用寿命长。需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.多用型防腐保温耐用管体,其特征在于:包括工作钢套,防腐层,减阻层,隔热层,反射层和外套管,所述工作钢套位于最内层,所述工作钢套外表面抛丸除锈处理和外护管内表面电晕处理,所述工作钢套的整体形状为圆柱形,所述防腐层包裹在工作钢套外,所述减阻层包裹在防腐层外,所述隔热层包裹在减阻层外,所述隔热层内覆盖保温层,所述保温层设有保温材料,所述保温材料为硬质聚氨酯泡沫,所述硬质聚氨酯泡沫的密度为60kg/m3至80kg/m3;所述反射层包裹在隔热层外,所述套管包裹在反射层外,所述外套的材质为高密度玻璃钢或者聚乙烯钢套。
2.如权利要求1所述的多用型防腐保温耐用管体,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯泡沫耐温达到120℃,通过改性或与隔热材料组合可耐温达到180℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的多用型防腐保温耐用管体,其特征在于:所述玻璃钢抗压强度 120-220Mpa,抗拉强度210-355 Mpa,抗冲击强度 1.0公斤。
