本发明公开了一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),所述阀体(1)在各环形密封面嵌入有环状樟木块(4),在所述门闸(3)顶面接合有樟木块(5)。所述阀体(2)之内腔底壁嵌入有齿条状樟木块(6)。所述阀体(1)内的各樟木块,能持续地缓释出,令贝壳类生物所厌恶的樟脑类物质,促其尽快离开,阻止其在各所述密封面上着床叮布,从而使闭阀顺畅,并且,樟木缓释樟脑类物质具有长久性,微量性,樟木本身在海水中又耐腐,因而不足以损害海洋环境。所述齿条状樟木块(6),让经过之水流产生波动,有利于驱逐贝壳类生物。

本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门。
背景技术
位于船舶底层的,供轮机冷却***用之阀门,其进水端与大海连通,由于船舶长久地浸泡在海上,并且需持续地让该阀门长久处于开启状态,以致阀体内腔,尤其是各密封面会叮布贝壳类生物,导致闭阀受阻,当检修与该阀门连通之相关设备时,海水必经该阀门漏入船内,这是令船舶业主们所一直困忧的问题,因此,提供一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门。
本发明一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门,包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体在各环形密封面嵌入有环状樟木块,在所述门闸顶面接合有樟木块。

所述阀体之内腔底壁嵌入有齿条状樟木块。
本发明具如下有益效果:
所述阀体内的各樟木块,能持续地缓释出,令贝壳类生物所厌恶的樟脑类物质,促其尽快离开,阻止其在各所述密封面上着床叮布,从而使闭阀顺畅,并且,樟木缓释樟脑类物质具有长久性,微量性,樟木本身在海水中又耐腐,因而不足以损害海洋环境。所述齿条状樟木块,让经过之水流产生波动,有利于驱逐贝壳类生物。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1或图2所示,一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门,包括手柄1,阀体2,门闸3,所述阀体1在各环形密封面嵌入有环状樟木块4,在所述门闸3顶面接合有樟木块5。所述环状樟木块4宽度1-2毫米,深度2-5毫米,嵌入时加用粘接剂。所述樟木块5,宜以镙钉与所述门闸3接合。
所述阀体2之内腔底壁嵌入有齿条状樟木块6。

1.一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)在各环形密封面嵌入有环状樟木块(4),在所述门闸(3)顶面接合有樟木块(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防贝壳类生物在内腔叮布的阀门,其特征在于,所述阀体(2)之内腔底壁嵌入有齿条状樟木块(6)。
