本发明公开了一种进水端与大海连通的阀门,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),所述阀体(2)的进水管腔(4)内径大于出水管腔(5)内径2‑5毫米。由于所述阀体(2)的进水管腔(4)内径大于出水管腔(5)内径内径2‑5毫米,水流到达所述阀体(2)中部时,必产生向上的剧烈搅动,冲击各密封面,破坏了贝壳类生物着床所需的平静条件,阻止贝壳类生物在所述阀体(2)内腔特别是各密封面上着床,从而使闭阀顺畅。

本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种进水端与大海连通的阀门。
背景技术
位于船舶底层的,供轮机冷却***用之阀门,其进水端与大海连通,由于船舶长久地浸泡在海上,尤其是在易繁衍贝壳类生物的近岸海域,因贝壳类生物特喜欢在光滑的平面着床,而船舶则需持续地让该阀门长久处于开启状态,以致阀体内腔的各密封面会叮布贝壳类生物,导致闭阀受阻,当检修与该阀门连通之相关设备时,海水必经该阀门漏入船内,这是令船舶业主们所一直困忧的问题,因此,提供一种进水端与大海连通的阀门,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种进水端与大海连通的阀门。
本发明一种进水端与大海连通的阀门,包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体的进水管腔内径大于出水管腔内径2-5毫米。
本发明具如下有益效果:
由于所述阀体的进水管腔内径大于出水管腔内径,水流到达所述阀体中部时,必产生向上的剧烈搅动,冲击各密封面,破坏了贝壳类生物着床所需的平静条件,阻止贝壳类生物在所述阀体内腔特别是各密封面上着床,从而使闭阀顺畅。
