工程机械是中国装备工业的重要组成部分。概括地说,凡土石方施工工程、路面建设与养护、流动式起重装卸作业和各种建筑工程所需的综合性机械化施工工程所必需的机械装备,称为工程机械。工程机械的作业环境相对比较恶劣,工期也相对较长,经常会在高温和高负荷的状态下作业,润滑油是必不可少的。
现有的用于工程机械的润滑油,虽然能降低发动机使用过程中油泥的生成量,但不能防止发动机的磨损,稳定性,抗氧化能力也一般,不能满足工程机械野外长期运转、工况复杂、热负荷重、频繁换油等要求。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在稳定性差、抗氧化能力弱和抗磨效果差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的问题,提供一种高效抗磨润滑油及其制备方法,具有稳定性好、抗氧化能力强、抗磨效果显著,减少机械磨损,延长机械的使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高效抗磨润滑油,包括如下重量配比的组分:基础油40-60份、氯化石蜡30-40份、磷酸三苯酯20-30份、纳米石墨10-30份、纳米金属氧化物10-20份、纳米铝5-15份、海泡石3-8份、云母粉5-10份、钠基膨润土2-8份、碳酸钙4-10份、抗氧剂1-5份、防锈剂0.5-3份、消泡剂0.4-0.8份和降凝剂0.2-0.8份。

一种高效抗磨润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用计量装置将物料按照比例精确计量;
(2)将基础油、氯化石蜡、磷酸三苯酯依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀,得到混合油A;
(3)将纳米石墨、纳米金属氧化物、纳米铝、海泡石、云母粉、钠基膨润土、碳酸钙与步骤(2)得到的混合油A混合,在40-50℃下搅拌40-60min,得到混合油B;
(4)向混合油B中加入抗氧剂、防锈剂、消泡剂和降凝剂,在60-80℃下搅拌30-50min,即得高效抗磨润滑油。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中搅拌均匀条件:以400-600r/min的转速搅拌60-80min。

(2)将基础油、氯化石蜡、磷酸三苯酯依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀,得到混合油A;
(3)将纳米石墨、纳米金属氧化物、纳米铝、海泡石、云母粉、钠基膨润土、碳酸钙与步骤(2)得到的混合油A混合,在40℃下搅拌40min,得到混合油B;
(4)向混合油B中加入抗氧剂、防锈剂、消泡剂和降凝剂,在60℃下搅拌30min,即得高效抗磨润滑油。
其中,所述步骤(2)中搅拌均匀条件:以400r/min的转速搅拌60min。
实施例3
一种高效抗磨润滑油,包括如下重量配比的组分:基础油60份、氯化石蜡40份、磷酸三苯酯30份、纳米石墨30份、纳米金属氧化物20份、纳米铝15份、海泡石8份、云母粉10份、钠基膨润土8份、碳酸钙10份、抗氧剂5份、防锈剂3份、消泡剂0.8份和降凝剂0.8份。
其中,所述基础油包括如下重量配比的组分:硫化蓖麻油35份、多元醇脂30份和加氢矿物油20份。
其中,所述纳米金属氧化物为纳米氧化硅、纳米氧化镍或纳米氧化铬。
其中,所述抗氧剂为胺类抗氧剂、酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸脂类抗氧化剂。
其中,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
其中,所述降凝剂为烷基萘或聚α-烯烃。
一种高效抗磨润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用计量装置将物料按照比例精确计量;
(2)将基础油、氯化石蜡、磷酸三苯酯依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀,得到混合油A;
(3)将纳米石墨、纳米金属氧化物、纳米铝、海泡石、云母粉、钠基膨润土、碳酸钙与步骤(2)得到的混合油A混合,在50℃下搅拌60min,得到混合油B;
(4)向混合油B中加入抗氧剂、防锈剂、消泡剂和降凝剂,在80℃下搅拌50min,即得高效抗磨润滑油。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中搅拌均匀条件:以500r/min的转速搅拌70min。

1.一种高效抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,包括如下重量配比的组分:基础油40-60份、氯化石蜡30-40份、磷酸三苯酯20-30份、纳米石墨10-30份、纳米金属氧化物10-20份、纳米铝5-15份、海泡石3-8份、云母粉5-10份、钠基膨润土2-8份、碳酸钙4-10份、抗氧剂1-5份、防锈剂0.5-3份、消泡剂0.4-0.8份和降凝剂0.2-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油50份、氯化石蜡35份、磷酸三苯酯25份、纳米石墨20份、纳米金属氧化物15份、纳米铝10份、海泡石5.5份、云母粉7.5份、钠基膨润土5份、碳酸钙7份、抗氧剂3份、防锈剂1.5份、消泡剂0.6份和降凝剂0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油包括如下重量配比的组分:硫化蓖麻油15-35份、多元醇脂20-30份和加氢矿物油10-20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述纳米金属氧化物为纳米氧化硅、纳米氧化镍或纳米氧化铬。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为胺类抗氧剂、酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸脂类抗氧化剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为烷基萘或聚α-烯烃。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高效抗磨润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用计量装置将物料按照比例精确计量;
(2)将基础油、氯化石蜡、磷酸三苯酯依次加入容器中,搅拌均匀,得到混合油A;
(3)将纳米石墨、纳米金属氧化物、纳米铝、海泡石、云母粉、钠基膨润土、碳酸钙与步骤(2)得到的混合油A混合,在40-50℃下搅拌40-60min,得到混合油B;
(4)向混合油B中加入抗氧剂、防锈剂、消泡剂和降凝剂,在60-80℃下搅拌30-50min,即得高效抗磨润滑油。
9.根据权利要求7所述的高效抗磨润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中搅拌均匀条件:以400-600r/min的转速搅拌60-80min。
