Abstract

本发明提供了一种石墨烯润滑油,其按重量计由以下组份组成:润滑油基础油190‑250份、三硬脂酸甘油酯13‑16份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯10‑15份、聚异丁烯5‑10份,辛基酚10‑13份、氟表面活性剂4‑5份、硅烷偶联剂14‑18份、二异氰酸酯7‑10份,氧化石墨烯粉末5‑15份。上述石墨烯润滑油的添加剂与基础油相容性较好,通过聚甲基丙烯酸酯和聚异丁烯的联合作用能够明显提高了润滑油的粘度指数,同时加入石墨烯能提高了润滑油的稳定性;具有更好的防冻、防锈、耐磨润滑性能。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油作为一种重要的、技术含量很高的石油产品,应用范围非常广泛,几乎所有的机械领域都要用到。我国润滑油产品的数量和种类在不断增长,但产品质量和档次与发达国家相比还存在很大的差距,因此改进产品质量、提高产品档次是我国润滑油产业的迫切需要。
润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
粘度指数和稳定性是润滑油的重要指标,其能够直接反映润滑油的作用效果。目前,现有技术中的润滑油普遍存在粘度指数较低、抗磨性低和稳定性较差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯润滑油,其具有粘度指数高、抗磨性高和稳定性好的特点,以解决现有技术中润滑油存在的上述问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种石墨烯润滑油,其按重量计由以下组份组成:润滑油基础油190-250份、三硬脂酸甘油酯13-16份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯10-15份、聚异丁烯5-10份,辛基酚10-13份、氟表面活性剂4-5份、硅烷偶联剂14-18份、二异氰酸酯7-10份,氧化石墨烯粉末5-15份。

本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述润滑油的添加剂与基础油相容性较好,同时添加作为新型纳米材料的石墨烯,石墨烯应用于润滑油中具有传统纳米颗粒不具备的诸多优势。石墨烯本身的摩擦系数接近于零,润滑性能出众,二维结构物理化学性质稳定,具有超高的导热性能,比重小,且容易进行多种改性,可以解决纳米添加剂长期稳定性问题。通过聚甲基丙烯酸酯和聚异丁烯的联合作用能够明显提高了润滑油的粘度指数,提高了润滑油的稳定性,具有更好的防冻、防锈、耐磨润滑性能。

一种润滑油,其按重量计由以下组份组成:润滑油基础油250份、三硬脂酸甘油酯13份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯15份、聚异丁烯5份,辛基酚10份、氟表面活性剂5份、硅烷偶联剂14份、二异氰酸酯7份,氧化石墨烯粉末15份。
实施例三:
一种润滑油,其按重量计由以下组份组成:润滑油基础油200份、三硬脂酸甘油酯14份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯12份、聚异丁烯7份,辛基酚11份、氟表面活性剂5份、硅烷偶联剂15份、二异氰酸酯9份,氧化石墨烯粉末10份。
实施例四:
一种润滑油,其按重量计由以下组份组成:润滑油基础油220份、三硬脂酸甘油酯15份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯13份、聚异丁烯8份,辛基酚12份、氟表面活性剂4份、硅烷偶联剂16份、二异氰酸酯8份,氧化石墨烯粉末12份。
实施例五:
一种润滑油,其按重量计由以下组份组成:润滑油基础油240份、三硬脂酸甘油酯13份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯14份、聚异丁烯9份,辛基酚10份、氟表面活性剂5份、硅烷偶联剂17份、二异氰酸酯9份,氧化石墨烯粉末13份。
