本发明涉及一种制备方法,具体地,涉及一种膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法。
背景技术
现在的密封胶其仍然会对某些材料有腐蚀性,同时对人体有一定的危害,不环保,保质期短,应用面太少。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其更环保,保质期更长,对基材没有腐蚀性,应用面更加广泛。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将烷氧基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷、增塑剂、交联剂、偶联剂进行混合;
步骤二,混合均匀后,加入填料,在-0.08~-0.1MPa真空下混合;
步骤三,混合完成后,加入催化剂,再用行星搅拌器进行混合。
优选地,所述步骤一至步骤三中,各原料的比例为烷氧基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷:36.2%、增塑剂:36.1%、交联剂:7.2%、偶联剂:1.8%、填料:18%、催化剂:0.7%。
优选地,所述增塑剂为三甲氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选地,所述交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷。
优选地,所述偶联剂为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
优选地,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
优选地,所述填料为气相法白炭黑。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:本发明更环保,保质期更长,对基材没有腐蚀性,应用面更加广泛。

本发明膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将烷氧基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷、增塑剂、交联剂、偶联剂进行混合;
步骤二,混合均匀后,加入填料,在-0.08~-0.1MPa真空下混合;
步骤三,混合完成后,加入催化剂,再用行星搅拌器进行混合。
步骤一至步骤三中,各原料的比例为烷氧基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷:36.2%、增塑剂:36.1%、交联剂:7.2%、偶联剂:1.8%、填料:18%、催化剂:0.7%。
增塑剂为三甲氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷,这样能提高不挥发性。
交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷,这样能提高防潮性能。
偶联剂为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,这样容易发生水解反应和交联反应。
催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,这样具有优良的润滑性、透明、耐候性。
填料为气相法白炭黑,这样可以耐高温。
综上所述,本发明更环保,保质期更长,对基材没有腐蚀性,应用面更加广泛。

步骤二,混合均匀后,加入填料,在-0.08~-0.1MPa真空下混合;
步骤三,混合完成后,加入催化剂,再用行星搅拌器进行混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一至步骤三中,各原料的比例为烷氧基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷:36.2%、增塑剂:36.1%、交联剂:7.2%、偶联剂:1.8%、填料:18%、催化剂:0.7%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为三甲氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
7.根据权利要求1所述的膏状醇型有机硅密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述填料为气相法白炭黑。
