本发明提出了一种耐寒阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:丙烯酸防水乳液90~110份、松香甘油酯乳液40~60份、苯二烯‑丁二烯共聚物乳液40~60份、无机填料90~110份、氧化石墨烯3~6份、阻燃剂70~80份、防腐填料45~55份、色素4~6份与粘合剂1.5~2.5份。该阻尼涂料解决低温自干快速成膜问题,具有优异的耐酸碱以及耐盐雾等性能,耐最低温度达到‑30℃。

耐寒阻尼涂料
技术领域
本发明属于阻尼涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种自干成膜的耐寒阻尼涂料。
背景技术
高分子聚合物阻尼材料是一种以聚合物为基质抑制振动和降低噪声的功能材料,这种新型的减振降噪阻尼材料,在各个领域如飞机、汽车、机车车辆和轮船等交通工具以及工程机械,精密仪器设备上得到了广泛的应用。阻尼涂料按照分散介质,可分为溶剂型阻尼涂料和水性阻尼涂料。早期应用的阻尼涂料均为溶剂型阻尼涂料,主要有煤焦油—沥青阻尼涂料、溶剂型聚氨酯阻尼涂料等。随着国家产业政策的要求和人们环保意识的提高,含有大量有机溶剂的溶剂型阻尼涂料逐渐被安全环保的水性阻尼涂料所取代。
然而,目前国内生产的水性阻尼涂料大都是烘干型,即涂料膜的干燥需要高温烘烤,才能固化成膜,这给施工带来了一定的限制。不仅要求其具有高阻尼性能、宽温域以及良好的稳定性,还要求其耐寒性好,可适用于低温苛刻环境下使用,进一步扩大其应用范围。
发明内容
本发明提出一种耐寒阻尼涂料,该阻尼涂料解决低温自干快速成膜问题,具有优异的耐酸碱以及耐盐雾等性能,耐最低温度达到-30℃。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种耐寒阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
丙烯酸防水乳液90~110份、松香甘油酯乳液40~60份、苯二烯-丁二烯共聚物乳液40~60份、无机填料90~110份、氧化石墨烯3~6份、阻燃剂70~80份、防腐填料45~55份、色素4~6份与粘合剂1.5~2.5份。
进一步,所述无机填料为纳米蒙脱土、鳞片石墨与云母粉的混合物。
进一步,所述丙烯酸防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400F。
进一步,所述阻燃剂选自氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、磷酸铝与八钼酸铵的一种或任意几种的混合物。
进一步,所述防腐填料为纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉末或者纳米蒙脱土/聚吡咯复合粉末。
进一步,所述色素为黑色浆。
进一步,所述粘合剂为碱性硅溶胶。
进一步,还包括防腐剂23~27份。
本发明的耐寒阻尼涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取丙烯酸防水乳液90~110份、苯二烯-丁二烯共聚物乳液40~60份与松香甘油酯乳液40~60份混合搅拌,转速为80r/min,时间10min左右,然后加入氧化石墨烯、阻燃剂与粘合剂,搅拌5min左右,然后加入功能性填料、防腐填料与色素,搅拌60min左右即可。
本发明有益效果:
本发明的耐寒阻尼涂料主要通过选用丙烯酸防水乳液、苯二烯-丁二烯共聚物乳液与松香甘油酯乳液,辅助氧化石墨烯作为辅助填料,结合无机填料之间调节配比使得涂料的耐寒性能达到了-30℃。本发明制备的耐寒阻尼涂料在-20℃、0℃和60℃的阻尼损失因子均高于0.1,阻尼减振降噪性能佳,具有良好的抗石击性能,ENISO20567抗石击为1,保护漆膜。
本发明实施例中制备的耐寒阻尼涂料的主要性能指标如表1所示:

实施例1
一种耐寒阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
丙烯酸防水乳液100份、松香甘油酯乳液50份、苯二烯-丁二烯共聚物乳液46份、防腐剂25份、无机填料100份、氧化石墨烯4份、氢氧化镁35份、氢氧化铝40份、纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉末50份、黑色浆5份与碱性硅溶胶2份。丙烯酸防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S400F。无机填料为纳米蒙脱土、鳞片石墨与云母粉的混合物。
实施例2
一种耐寒阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
丙烯酸防水乳液90份、松香甘油酯乳液60份、苯二烯-丁二烯共聚物乳液40、防腐剂23份、无机填料90份、氧化石墨烯3份、氢氧化镁70份、纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉末45份、黑色浆4份与碱性硅溶胶1.5份。丙烯酸防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400F。无机填料为纳米蒙脱土、鳞片石墨与云母粉的混合物。
实施例3
一种耐寒阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
丙烯酸防水乳液110份、松香甘油酯乳液40份、苯二烯-丁二烯共聚物乳液60份、防腐剂27份、无机填料110份、氧化石墨烯6份、八钼酸铵30份、氢氧化铝30份、硼酸锌20份、纳米蒙脱土/聚吡咯复合粉末55份、黑色浆6份与碱性硅溶胶2.5份。丙烯酸防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400F。无机填料为纳米蒙脱土、鳞片石墨与云母粉的混合物。

1.一种耐寒阻尼涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
丙烯酸防水乳液90~110份、松香甘油酯乳液40~60份、苯二烯-丁二烯共聚物乳液40~60份、无机填料90~110份、氧化石墨烯3~6份、阻燃剂70~80份、防腐填料45~55份、色素4~6份与粘合剂1.5~2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐寒阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述无机填料为纳米蒙脱土、鳞片石墨与云母粉的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐寒阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400F。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐寒阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂选自氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、磷酸铝与八钼酸铵的一种或任意几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐寒阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述防腐填料为纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉末或者纳米蒙脱土/聚吡咯复合粉末。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐寒阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述色素为黑色浆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐寒阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为碱性硅溶胶。
