本发明提出了一种环保型阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:丙烯酸防水乳液95~105份、醇有机溶剂1.5~2.5份、功能填料79~96份、防腐填料23~27份、色素4~6份与硅酸盐水泥9~11份。该阻尼涂料不仅阻尼系数高,而且具有优秀的保温隔热降噪性能,ENISO20567抗石击为1。

环保型阻尼涂料
技术领域
本发明属于阻尼涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻尼系数高的环保型阻尼涂料。
背景技术
目前国内外阻尼涂料种类较多,但从涂料的溶剂来分主要有溶剂型和水性型两种。前者大多含有机溶剂及沥青,毒性高、挥发性大、污染环境、施工性差,现已较少使用。后者阻尼涂料以水为溶剂,具有低毒低气味、低成本、易施工、环保性,是城轨车辆用阻尼涂料的首选产品。
然而,现有阻尼涂料大部分都存在着阻尼系数低、保温隔热性能不好以及抗石击性能差等问题。
发明内容
本发明提出一种环保型阻尼涂料,该阻尼涂料不仅阻尼系数高,而且具有优秀的保温隔热降噪性能,ENISO20567抗石击为1。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种环保型阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
丙烯酸防水乳液95~105份、醇有机溶剂1.5~2.5份、功能填料79~96份、防腐填料23~27份、色素4~6份与硅酸盐水泥9~11份。
进一步,所述丙烯酸防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400F。
进一步,所述醇有机溶剂为乙醇。
进一步,所述功能填料为粗海泡石、云母粉、漂珠与硅石粉的混合物,其中粗海泡石10~15份、云母粉23~27份、漂珠23~27份与硅石粉23~27份。
进一步,所述色素为黑色浆。
进一步,所述防腐填料为纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉末或者纳米蒙脱土/聚吡咯复合粉末。
本发明环保型阻尼涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取丙烯酸防水乳液95~105份搅拌,转速为80r/min,时间10min左右,然后加入醇有机溶剂、与硅酸盐水泥,搅拌5min左右,然后加入功能性填料与防腐填料,搅拌60min左右即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的环保型阻尼涂料不仅阻尼系数高,而且具有优秀的保温隔热降噪性能,ENISO20567抗石击为1;固含量为65%左右,具有较宽的温域,-60℃~100℃,耐酸、耐盐雾能力好。储存稳定性:易重新搅匀,稠度15~17mm。
本发明实施例中制备的环保型阻尼涂料的主要性能指标如表1所示:

一种环保型阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400 F100份、乙醇2份、粗海泡石12.5份、云母粉25份、漂珠25份、硅石粉25份、纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉25份、黑色浆5份与硅酸盐水泥10份。
实施例2
一种环保型阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400 F95份、丙醇1.5份、粗海泡石10份、云母粉23份、漂珠23份、硅石粉23份、纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉27份、黑色浆4份与硅酸盐水泥11份。
实施例3
一种环保型阻尼涂料,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400 F105份、乙醇2.5份、粗海泡石15份、云母粉27份、漂珠27份、硅石粉27份、纳米蒙脱土/聚吡咯复合粉末23份、黑色浆6份与硅酸盐水泥9份。

1.一种环保型阻尼涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
丙烯酸防水乳液95~105份、醇有机溶剂1.5~2.5份、功能填料79~96份、防腐填料23~27份、色素4~6份与硅酸盐水泥9~11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸防水乳液为德国巴斯夫防水乳液S 400F。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述醇有机溶剂为乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述功能填料为粗海泡石、云母粉、漂珠与硅石粉的混合物,其中粗海泡石10~15份、云母粉23~27份、漂珠23~27份与硅石粉23~27份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保型阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述色素为黑色浆。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述色素为黑色浆。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述防腐填料为纳米蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合粉末或者纳米蒙脱土/聚吡咯复合粉末。
