Abstract

本发明公开了一种异形岩棉条制备设备，包括一台链板输送机、一台切条机，所述的链板输送机由链板驱动电机、链板及调节夹板构成，岩棉条由链板输送，调节夹板压在岩棉条侧面，确保切割时不会产生偏移，所述的切条机由机架、刀轴、切刀、切刀驱动电机及收尘罩构成，机架的底部设有调节丝杆，根据产品的厚度要求不同做相应的升降调整，共设有四根刀轴，可满足粗精加工的要求，四根刀轴由两台切刀驱动电机分别驱动，在加工过程中会产生大量粉尘，通过一收尘罩吸收到厂房里的除尘装置内。本发明设备操作简单、设计合理，生产稳定，生产效率高。

本发明涉及一种异形岩棉条的制备装置，属于异形岩棉生产技术领域。
背景技术
目前异形岩棉条的生产是靠线切割加工来完成，因线切割每完成一次岩棉条的加工，都须将新的岩棉条放置到原点位置，再等切割丝回到原始位置后进行切割加工，且线切割进给速度缓慢，故生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种异形岩棉条的制备装置，其设备操作简单、设计合理，生产稳定， 生产效率高。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：一种异形岩棉条的设备装置，包括一台链板输送机及一台安装于其侧面的切条机，所述的链板输送机由链板驱动电机、链板及调节夹板构成，岩棉条由链板输送，调节夹板压在岩棉条侧面，确保切割时不会产生偏移；所述的切条机由机架、刀轴、切刀及切刀驱动电机构成，所述切刀驱动电机安装在机架下方，所述刀轴安装在电机上方，所述切刀固定在刀轴上，所述机架的底部还设有调节丝杆，根据产品的厚度要求不同做相应的升降调整；所述机架上方设有收尘罩，用以吸收加工过程中的粉尘。
优选地，所述的调节夹板安装固定在链板输送机的侧面，通过丝杆调节夹板的位置。
优选地，所述的切条机设有四根刀轴，可满足粗精加工的要求，四根刀轴由两台切刀驱动电机分别驱动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例，以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
一种异形岩棉条的制备装置，包括一台链板输送机及一台安装于其侧面的切条机，链板输送机由链板驱动电机1、链板2及调节夹板3构成，岩棉条由链板2输送，调节夹板3压在岩棉条侧面，确保切割时不会产生偏移。切条机由机架4、刀轴9、切刀6及切刀驱动电机8构成，切刀驱动电机8安装在机架4下方，刀轴9安装在电机8上方，切刀6固定在刀轴9上，机架4的底部还设有调节丝杆7，分别安装于机架的四个底角上，根据产品的厚度要求不同做相应的升降调整，调节丝杆正转则底角下降，反转则底角上升。机架4的上方设有收尘罩5，在加工过程中会产生大量粉尘，通过收尘罩5吸收到厂房里的除尘装置内。
上述实施例中，调节夹板3安装固定在链板输送机的侧面，通过丝杆调节夹板的位置。
上述实施例中，切条机设有四根刀轴9，可满足粗精加工的要求，四根刀轴9由两台切刀驱动电机8分别驱动。
具体实施时，通过下述步骤来完成：
（1）调节切条机底部的调节丝杆至所需加工异形条的高度；
（2）调节链板输送机的调节夹板至所需加工异形条的宽度；
（3）将切条机及链板输送机开启，并确定厂房内的除尘装置已开启；
（4）人工将岩棉板放置到链板输送机上输送进行加工。

1.一种异形岩棉条的制备装置，其特征在于：包括一台链板输送机及一台安装于其侧面的切条机，所述的链板输送机由链板驱动电机、链板及调节夹板构成，岩棉条由链板输送，调节夹板压在岩棉条侧面，确保切割时不会产生偏移；所述的切条机由机架、刀轴、切刀及切刀驱动电机构成，所述切刀驱动电机安装在机架下方，所述刀轴安装在电机上方，所述切刀固定在刀轴上，所述机架的底部还设有调节丝杆，根据产品的厚度要求不同做相应的升降调整；所述机架上方设有收尘罩，用以吸收加工过程中的粉尘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异形岩棉条的制备装置，其特征在于：所述的调节夹板安装固定在链板输送机的侧面，通过丝杆调节夹板的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异形岩棉条的制备装置，其特征在于：所述的切条机上设有四根刀轴，可满足粗精加工的要求，四根刀轴由两台切刀驱动电机分别驱动。
