本发明属于畜牧养殖技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高效的畜牧棚清理方法。
背景技术
在畜牧养殖业当中,将牲畜关在畜牧棚当中进行养殖已经越来越常见了,但是在对畜牧棚的杀菌消毒过程中,通常的杀菌消毒只是喷洒消毒剂用于杀菌,但是消毒剂的作用比较有限,很多喷洒不到的地方就无法进行杀菌,导致杀菌不够全面,短时间之后细菌又会卷土重来。

本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种全面消毒的高效的畜牧棚清理方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种高效的畜牧棚清理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)对畜牧棚清理的预处理:在所述畜牧棚当中喷洒消毒剂,喷洒的量为800-1200ml;
2)消毒剂的配置:选用乙二醇硬脂酸酯9-13份、柠檬酸3-7 份、十二烷基硫酸钠10-19份、碳酸钠9-13份、铝酸钠 13-32 份、阴离子或非离子表面活性剂9-17 份、莫西沙星 11-23份、月桂酸 19-23 份、水 720-830份;
3)畜牧棚的清洗:使用高压水枪对畜牧棚墙壁进行冲洗,在冲洗完成之后对畜牧棚的地面进行清洗;
4)畜牧棚的消毒:将步骤1)中的消毒剂对畜牧棚进行喷洒,喷洒的时间为5-6小时;然后让消毒剂晾干,使用高压水枪进行喷洗,在喷洗完成关闭畜牧棚的门窗,使用紫外线灯进行照射;在畜牧棚内释放臭氧;
5)畜牧棚清理收尾:将畜牧棚的门窗全部打开。

实施例一:
一种高效的畜牧棚清理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)对畜牧棚清理的预处理:在所述畜牧棚当中喷洒消毒剂,喷洒的量为800ml;对畜牧棚当中的粪便通过清扫集中在一起,使用车辆将粪便拉走;使用笤帚对畜牧棚的蜘蛛丝等进行清扫;对墙壁当中的粘附的粪便使用铲刀进行铲除;
2)消毒剂的配置:选用乙二醇硬脂酸酯9份、柠檬酸3 份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、碳酸钠9份、铝酸钠 13 份、阴离子或非离子表面活性剂9份、莫西沙星 11份、月桂酸 19 份、水720份;
3)畜牧棚的清洗:使用高压水枪对畜牧棚墙壁进行冲洗,在冲洗完成之后对畜牧棚的地面进行清洗;使用抹布对墙壁进行仔细的擦拭;在擦拭完成之后对地面进行擦拭;然后使用高压水枪对墙壁和地面进行二次冲洗;对畜牧棚喷洒清洗剂,然后进行擦拭;
4)畜牧棚的消毒:将步骤1)中的消毒剂对畜牧棚进行喷洒,喷洒的时间为5小时;然后让消毒剂晾干,使用压力为55MPa的高压水枪进行喷洗,在喷洗完成关闭畜牧棚的门窗,使用紫外线灯进行照射8小时;在畜牧棚内释放臭氧,其中臭氧浓度为19ppm;

1)对畜牧棚清理的预处理:在所述畜牧棚当中喷洒消毒剂,喷洒的量为1200ml;对畜牧棚当中的粪便通过清扫集中在一起,使用车辆将粪便拉走;使用笤帚对畜牧棚的蜘蛛丝等进行清扫;对墙壁当中的粘附的粪便使用铲刀进行铲除;
2)消毒剂的配置:选用乙二醇硬脂酸酯13份、柠檬酸7 份、十二烷基硫酸钠19 份、碳酸钠13份、铝酸钠32 份、阴离子或非离子表面活性剂17 份、莫西沙星 23份、月桂酸 23 份、水830份;
3)畜牧棚的清洗:使用高压水枪对畜牧棚墙壁进行冲洗,在冲洗完成之后对畜牧棚的地面进行清洗;使用抹布对墙壁进行仔细的擦拭;在擦拭完成之后对地面进行擦拭;然后使用压力为100MPa的高压水枪对墙壁和地面进行二次冲洗;对畜牧棚喷洒清洗剂,然后进行擦拭;
4)畜牧棚的消毒:将步骤1)中的消毒剂对畜牧棚进行喷洒,喷洒的时间为6小时;然后让消毒剂晾干,使用高压水枪进行喷洗,在喷洗完成关闭畜牧棚的门窗,使用紫外线灯进行照射7小时;在畜牧棚内释放臭氧,其中臭氧浓度为23ppm;
