本发明涉一种机床滑台齿轮传动装置,属于组合机床通用部件技术领域,本发明改变现有伺服数控组合机床中伺服电机与丝杠经联轴节相联的结构,由伺服电机经具有不同转速的一对齿轮与丝杠连接,从而实现了提高输出扭距,提高进给力的目的,通过调节复合主动齿轮中主动齿轮和主动齿轮副的位置,改变主动齿轮和主动齿轮副的齿厚,再共同啮合从动齿轮实现正、反向无间隙,通过主动齿轮与从动齿轮与各自的轴设置胀紧套实现无间隙连接,本发明结构简单,具有很强的实用性。

本发明涉一种机床滑台齿轮传动装置,属于机床通用部件技术领域。
背景技术
伺服数控技术现已经常运用于组合机床领域,一般伺服数控机械滑台的伺服电机与丝杠通常是由联轴节相联,也就是说伺服电机输出转速与丝杠输入转速的转速比为1︰1,扭距比也为1︰1,如实际工作需要较大的进给力,则需相应配置较大的伺服电机,增加了经济费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机床滑台齿轮传动装置,解决现有伺服数控组合机床中因伺服电机与丝杠经联轴节相联,存在转速比和扭距比均为1︰1,若要有较大的进给力,则需相应配置较大的伺服电机的不足,通过本发明实现提高输出扭距,提高进给力,同时克服传动齿轮间的间隙。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种机床滑台齿轮传动装置,包括伺服电机和丝杠,其特征是,所述的伺服电机固定在设置的过渡箱体上,伺服电机的轴上固定置于过渡箱体内的复合主动齿轮,复合主动齿轮由主动齿轮和主动齿轮副构成,主动齿轮和主动齿轮副共同啮合套置固定在丝杠一端的从动齿轮,主动齿轮副套置主动齿轮的阶梯外径上;主动齿轮和从动齿轮的内表面均设置胀紧套,胀紧套经旋接螺栓的具有筒状体的压盖挤压。
所述复合主动齿轮中的主动齿轮的端部设置若干腰形孔,螺栓经主动齿轮腰形孔与主动齿轮副连接固定。
所述复合主动齿轮与从动齿轮的转速比为1︰2。
本发明改变现有伺服数控组合机床中伺服电机与丝杠经联轴节相联的结构,由伺服电机经具有不同转速的一对齿轮与丝杠连接,从而实现了提高输出扭距,提高进给力的目的,通过调节复合主动齿轮中主动齿轮和主动齿轮副的位置,改变主动齿轮和主动齿轮副的齿厚,再共同啮合从动齿轮实现正、反向无间隙,通过主动齿轮与从动齿轮与各自的轴设置胀紧套实现无间隙连接,本发明结构简单,具有很强的实用性。

具体实施方式
结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明,如图1所示,本发明由伺服电机1,复合主动齿轮,从动齿轮3,过渡箱体4,丝杠5构成。伺服电机1安装于过渡箱体4上,复合主动齿轮安装于伺服电机1的轴上,复合主动齿轮由主动齿轮2和主动齿轮副9构成,主动齿轮2和主动齿轮副9共同啮合套置固定在丝杠5一端的从动齿轮3,主动齿轮副9套置主动齿轮的阶梯外径上经螺栓7固定,调节主动齿轮2和主动齿轮副9的位置,改变主动齿轮2和主动齿轮副9的齿厚后与从动齿轮3实现正、反方向无间隙联接,满足伺服数控要求。复合主动齿轮与从动齿轮3的速比一般采用1︰2,
如图3所示,复合主动齿轮中的主动齿轮2的端部设置若干腰形孔8,螺栓经主动齿轮2的腰形孔8与主动齿轮副9连接固定。
如图1、2所示,主动齿轮2和从动齿轮3的内表面均设置胀紧套10,胀紧套10经旋接螺栓11的具有筒状体的压盖6挤压。主动齿轮2与从动齿轮3与各自的轴通过设置的胀紧套实现无间隙连接。

1.一种机床滑台齿轮传动装置,包括伺服电机和丝杠,其特征是,所述的伺服电机固定在设置的过渡箱体上,伺服电机的轴上固定置于过渡箱体内的复合主动齿轮,复合主动齿轮由主动齿轮和主动齿轮副构成,主动齿轮和主动齿轮副共同啮合套置固定在丝杠一端的从动齿轮,主动齿轮副套置主动齿轮的阶梯外径上;主动齿轮和从动齿轮的内表面均设置胀紧套,胀紧套经旋接螺栓的具有筒状体的压盖挤压,复合主动齿轮中的主动齿轮的端部设置若干腰形孔,螺栓经主动齿轮腰形孔与主动齿轮副连接固定。
