Abstract

本发明涉及锻造领域,具体是一种长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,包括以下步骤:加热坯料至1220℃,保温9小时,使用上平板,下转台,坯料经过一次镦粗、一次拔长、二次镦粗至1320mm×1040mm,1200mm高,回炉;使用头冲进行冲孔,翻面,用头冲冲穿并切除芯料,回炉;用二冲拔长至1450mm长,整形后脱出冲头,回炉;用成型芯棒拔长到位,精整方身成型。本发明采用冲孔拔长锻造工艺,提高了产品芯部的紧密度,对于产品后续本体机械性能有着明显的提高,延长了产品的使用寿命;降低了加工成本和加工周期,增加了市场吸引力。

Description

一种长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及技术领域,具体地说,是一种长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺。
背景技术
长阀体坯料(如图1所示),长度超出宽度和厚度很多,该类型阀体出坯成方块冲孔,由于长度长还需要通过后续拔长才能保证锻件尺寸,但是拔长后锻件中心孔容易变形成椭圆或不规则菱形,不但没有达到节约材料的目的,反而导致机加工困难,浪费工时和刀具,严重的甚至因为内孔变形太大导致余量不足致产品报废,所以以往该类型阀体的锻造都是出成方块,中间孔通过后续机加工出来。
上述常规锻造方案,均存在加工余量大,加工成本高(内孔需要先打底孔再通过镗孔的方式加工到位,机加工费用高,加工周期长),在成本控制和交货期上存在严重不足,对客户没有吸引力。
急需针对该类产品,设计出一套更加有效的锻造工艺。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题:首先,降低成本,提高市场竞争力;其次,方身冲孔锻件中心孔容易变形成椭圆或不规则菱形,导致机加工困难或余量不足致产品报废。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:加热坯料至1220℃,保温9小时,使用上平板,下转台,坯料一次镦粗至850mm高;
S2:一次拔长至1060mm×780mm方,2000mm长;
S3:二次镦粗至1320mm×1040mm,1200mm高,回炉;
S4:使用头冲进行冲孔,翻面,用头冲冲穿并切除芯料,回炉;
S5:用二冲拔长至1450mm长,整形后脱出冲头,回炉;
S6:用成型芯棒拔长到位,精整方身成型。
所述的成型芯棒,φ260/φ210×2000mm长。(注:原芯棒设计都是带有钳把的,而本发明改进了原有的芯棒生产设计,芯棒是没有钳把的。)
优选的,所述的S3中,炉温1220℃,保温5小时出炉。
优选的,所述的S4中,头冲冲头尺寸:大端φ330mm,小端φ300mm,长度800mm。
优选的,所述的S4中,炉温1220℃,保温3小时出炉。
优选的,所述的S5中,二冲冲头尺寸:大端φ260mm,小端φ210mm,长度1500mm。
优选的,所述的S5中,炉温1200℃,保温2小时出炉。
优选的,所述的S6中,精整时压下量均匀,校圆内孔。
优选的,所述的S1~S3中,墩粗比4.5,拔长比4.7。
本发明优点在于:
1、采用冲孔拔长锻造工艺,提高了产品芯部的紧密度,对于产品后续本体机械性能有着明显的提高,延长了产品的使用寿命;
2、降低了加工成本和加工周期,增加了市场吸引力。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
本发明的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其中:
1、出坯尽量高,减少毛坯拔长长度,在拔长过程中及时脱出芯棒,防止芯棒温度太高产生变形而无法拔出芯棒;
2、工装改进:a)制作头冲,头冲外径要大,便于二冲能够放入;
b)制作二冲,中间过渡拔长;
c)制作成型长芯棒,最终拔长、精整用。
具体包括以下步骤:
针对图1的坯料,下料:13200kg;该批生产锻件钢锭头部尺寸1105mm/尾部尺寸1000mm,锭身1940mm长八角锭。
S1:加热坯料至1220℃,保温9小时,使用上平板,下转台,坯料一次镦粗至850mm高;
S2:一次拔长至1060mm×780mm方,2000mm长;
S3:二次镦粗至1320mm×1040mm,1200mm高,回炉(炉温1220℃,保温5小时出炉);
S4:使用头冲(共两个,冲头尺寸:大端∮330mm,小端φ300mm,长度800mm)进行冲孔,翻面,用头冲冲穿并切除芯料,回炉(炉温1220℃,保温3小时出炉);
S5:用二冲拔长至1450mm长(冲头尺寸:大端φ260mm,小端φ210mm,长度1500mm),整形后脱出冲头,回炉(炉温1200℃,保温2小时出炉);
S6:用成型芯棒拔长到位,精整方身成型(精整时压下量均匀,校圆内孔)。

Claims (8)

1.一种长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:加热坯料至1220℃,保温9小时,使用上平板,下转台,坯料一次镦粗至850mm高;
S2:一次拔长至1060mm×780mm方,2000mm长;
S3:二次镦粗至1320mm×1040mm,1200mm高,回炉;
S4:使用头冲进行冲孔,翻面,用头冲冲穿并切除芯料,回炉;
S5:用二冲拔长至1450mm长,整形后脱出冲头,回炉;
S6:用成型芯棒拔长到位,精整方身成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,所述的S3中,炉温1220℃,保温5小时出炉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,所述的S1~S3中,墩粗比4.5,拔长比4.7。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,所述的S4中,头冲冲头尺寸:大端φ330mm,小端φ300mm,长度800mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,所述的S4中,炉温1220℃,保温3小时出炉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,所述的S5中,二冲冲头尺寸:大端φ260mm,小端φ210mm,长度1500mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,所述的S5中,炉温1200℃,保温2小时出炉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的长阀体冲孔拔长锻造工艺,其特征在于,所述的S6中,精整时压下量均匀,校圆内孔。
