本发明选用水性环氧树脂乳液与改性聚氨酯乳液相互配合,可以增加本发明的耐热性、粘附性、硬度和韧性;选用空心玻璃微珠、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的强度和耐热性;2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯以合适比例进行反应,使得聚氨酯中软段和硬段保持合适比例并交互连接,从而增加聚氨酯的强度和韧性,并且以碳碳双键封端得到碳碳双键封端的聚氨酯预聚体溶液;纳米二氧化钛具有良好的耐热性、抗紫外线性能、强度、硬度和耐磨性,但纳米二氧化钛容易团聚,不易分散,其表面含有大量羟基,通过与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,在二氧化钛表面接枝上2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,大大增加了二氧化钛在聚氨酯预聚体溶液中的分散性,并接着与丙烯酸羟乙酯反应,在二氧化钛表面接枝上碳碳双键,可与碳碳双键封端的聚氨酯预聚体溶液发生聚合,形成复杂的交联网络,从而大大增加了聚氨酯的耐热性、抗紫外线性能和机械强度;十二碳醇酯为成膜助剂,增加本发明的成膜性;十二烷基硫酸钠、润湿剂Wet265、甘油相互配合,可以促进各物质均匀分散,抗菌剂、消泡剂、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、流平剂相互配合,可以增加本发明的流变性、稳定性和抗菌性;γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和水性环氧树脂乳液相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明和被涂物的粘结性;上述各物质相互配合使得本发明具有良好的耐热性、抗紫外线性能、强度和韧性。

在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800混匀,升温至50℃,保温搅拌25min,加入二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续保温搅拌1.8h,接着加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌1.2h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将改性二氧化钛加入丙酮中超声分散均匀,然后加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中混匀,继续保温搅拌55min,降温至室温,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、丙烯酸羟乙酯、改性二氧化钛、水的重量比为28:37:2.1:0.055:5:3.4:85;
改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:在氮气氛围中,将纳米二氧化钛、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中混匀,升温至80℃,保温搅拌9h,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌3h,过滤取滤饼,洗涤,干燥得到改性二氧化钛,其中,纳米二氧化钛、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡的重量比为12:0.7:1.5:0.01。
实施例5
一种耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液85份,固含量为32wt%水性环氧树脂乳液25份,填料21份,十二碳醇酯3.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠2.5份,乳化硅油0.28份,润湿剂Wet265 0.13份,甘油0.38份,聚丙烯酰胺0.13份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.25份,流平剂0.45份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.15份,抗菌剂0.12份,水16份,乙醇8.5份;
其中,填料的原料包括:空心玻璃微珠、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙,其中,空心玻璃微珠、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙的重量比为3:1:5;
在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800混匀,升温至45℃,保温搅拌35min,加入二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续保温搅拌1.2h,接着加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌1.8h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将改性二氧化钛加入丙酮中超声分散均匀,然后加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中混匀,继续保温搅拌45min,降温至室温,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、丙烯酸羟乙酯、改性二氧化钛、水的重量比为32:33:2.4:0.045:5.5:3:95;
改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:在氮气氛围中,将纳米二氧化钛、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中混匀,升温至85℃,保温搅拌8h,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌3.5h,过滤取滤饼,洗涤,干燥得到改性二氧化钛,其中,纳米二氧化钛、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡的重量比为10:0.9:1.3:0.012。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液70-90份,水性环氧树脂乳液10-30份,填料20-25份,十二碳醇酯2-4份,十二烷基硫酸钠2-4份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,润湿剂Wet265 0.1-0.2份,甘油0.3-0.4份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1-0.2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1-0.3份,流平剂0.4-0.6份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-1.2份,抗菌剂0.1-0.2份,水12-18份,乙醇8-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续保温搅拌,接着加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将改性二氧化钛加入丙酮中超声分散均匀,然后加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中混匀,继续保温搅拌,降温至室温,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800混匀,升温至40-55℃,保温搅拌20-40min,加入二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续保温搅拌1-2h,接着加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌1-2h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将改性二氧化钛加入丙酮中超声分散均匀,然后加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中混匀,继续保温搅拌40-60min,降温至室温,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇800、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、丙烯酸羟乙酯、改性二氧化钛、水的重量比为25-35:30-40:1.9-2.6:0.04-0.06:4.3-6:2.7-3.7:80-100。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:在氮气氛围中,将纳米二氧化钛、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌,过滤取滤饼,洗涤,干燥得到改性二氧化钛。
6.根据权利要求2-5任一项所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,改性二氧化钛的制备方法为:在氮气氛围中,将纳米二氧化钛、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中混匀,升温至80-90℃,保温搅拌7-9h,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌3-4h,过滤取滤饼,洗涤,干燥得到改性二氧化钛。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性二氧化钛的制备过程中,纳米二氧化钛、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡的重量比为8-12:0.7-1:1-1.5:0.01-0.015。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,消泡剂为乳化硅油或高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,水性环氧树脂乳液的固含量为30-40wt%。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述耐热抗紫外线聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,填料的原料包括:空心玻璃微珠、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙,其中,空心玻璃微珠、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙的重量比为2-3:1-2:3-5。
