本发明的一种高强度防水建筑材料,其主要成分有粉煤灰、橡胶颗粒、硅石粉、阻燃剂、分散剂、减水剂、硅藻泥、生石灰、锐钛矿型钛白粉和木质纤维;本发明的优点在于:采用本配方制得的建筑材料添加了橡胶颗粒减轻材料的质量,在材料中添加了减水剂,使材料具有较好的减水防渗透耐作用,添加木质纤维能够提高建筑材料的强度。且本配方制得的建筑材料轻质、节能环保,强度高,施工方便,制备简单。

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种高强度防水建筑材料。
背景技术
传统的建筑材料一般采用混凝土,混凝土材料容易造成污染,并且综合功能较差,保温隔热,隔音,防水等性能有待提高,并且较重,如果用在承重效果较弱的墙体上,具有一定的风险。
目前,建筑领域所使用的粘土类和以水泥为胶凝剂的墙体建筑材料,存在着高耗资源和燃料、工艺复杂、极易对环境造成污染。虽然一些环保材料在一定程度上克服了上述材料存在的缺点,基本做到了轻质、环保,但也同时带来了一些问题,制成的建筑材料质地较松散,强度不够,容易影响总体建筑质量,且有的原料存量很少,受地域条件的限制,大规模生产不现实。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种高强度防水建筑材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种高强度防水建筑材料,其主要成分有粉煤灰、橡胶颗粒、硅石粉、阻燃剂、分散剂、减水剂、硅藻泥、生石灰、锐钛矿型钛白粉和木质纤维;其按质量分数比,粉煤灰30-50份、橡胶颗粒20-25份、硅石粉3-5份、阻燃剂5-15份、分散剂3-6份、减水剂5-8份、硅藻泥2-5份、生石灰4-6份、锐钛矿型钛白粉1-5份和木质纤维0.6-1.5份。
优选的,所述的橡胶颗粒的粒径为0.2-0.8mm。
优选的,所述的减水剂为粉末状。
优选的,一种高强度防水建筑材料,其按质量分数比,粉煤灰40份、橡胶颗粒22份、硅石粉4份、阻燃剂10份、分散剂5份、减水剂6份、硅藻泥3份、生石灰5份、锐钛矿型钛白粉4份和木质纤维1份。
本发明的优点在于:采用本配方制得的建筑材料添加了橡胶颗粒减轻材料的质量,在材料中添加了减水剂,使材料具有较好的减水防渗透耐作用,添加木质纤维能够提高建筑材料的强度。且本配方制得的建筑材料轻质、节能环保,强度高,施工方便,制备简单。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防水建筑材料,其特征在于:优选的,所述的橡胶颗粒的粒径为0.2-0.8mm。
