Abstract

一种空间自位型高刚度轧机,其上、下两个轧辊的轴承座2通过凸球面齿轮垫4和螺母3装配于带有右、左螺纹的立柱5上,凸球面齿轮垫与轴承座镗孔内的可调内齿轮块6相咽合,形成以轧辊轴承座为主动件的双铰一滑副机构单自由度杆系,因而该轧机在轧辊同时承受轧制力和水平力情况下具有良好且可靠的空间自位性能和轴向高刚度性能。
该发明确保了轧机轴承的设计工作寿命,提高轧制产品的尺寸精度和负公差率,将获得显著的经济效益。

Description

空间自位型高刚度轧机
本发明属于型钢和线材连轧及复二重轧制生产用高刚度轧机。
近年来随着精密轧制生产技术的发展,在国内外相继出现红圈式〖POMINI news-30,January,1993〗、卡盘式〖DANIELI消息-108号,1988-11〗、三铰拉杆方柱型〖申光宪等,专利号ZL9110932.7〗、GY型〖钟廷珍等,GY-1型短应力线轧机的特点及有关力学性能的初步分析,北京钢铁学院学报,No.2,1983.6〗和SY型〖李健,SY型高刚度轧机及其在轧钢技术改造中的应用,钢铁,1989年国际轧钢会议专辑〗等高刚度轧机,在钢铁企业的型钢和线材的一些工厂中得到应用和推广,受到行业界的重视和好评。
上述高刚度轧机的轧辊轴承皆采用四列短圆柱滚子轴承。在轧机负荷和轧辊轴向固定状态下,保证四列短圆柱滚子轴承每列均载的特性定义为轧机自位性能。GY型及SY型高刚度轧机不具有自位性能。红圈式、卡盘式及三铰拉杆方柱型高刚度轧机只具有轧制力作用方向的自位能力即平面自位性能,因而不适用于水平力较大的复二重轧机及连轧机(水平轧机或水平-立轧机)上。
本发明的目的是为了提供适用于复二重轧机及连轧机的空间自位型高刚度轧机。依据重型机构杆系特征和弹性理论设计的具有空间自位机构的高刚度轧机,确保轧辊轴承座的空间自位(轧制力和水平力方向)性能和轧辊轴承的设计寿命。轧辊的轴向串动量控制在止推轴承的游隙内,提高轧制制品的精度和负公差率。
空间自位型高刚度轧机由轧辊、轴承、轴承座、轧辊径向和轴向调节***、底座、万向接轴、传动***和电机等零部件组成。其要点是:将上、下两个轧辊的轴承座2通过凸球面齿轮垫4和螺母3装配于带有右、左螺纹的立柱5上,凸球面齿轮垫与轴承座镗孔内的内齿轮块6相啮合,成为以轧辊轴承座为主动件的双铰一滑副机构。当轧辊同时承受轧制力和水平力场合,轴承座随轧辊弯曲变形而倾斜相应角度,使多列滚子轴承各列均载。当轧辊卸载时,轴承座随轧辊的弹性回复而返回原位。内齿轮块相对轴承座通过压板和螺钉可调整,以消除与凸球面齿轮垫的啮合侧隙。轧辊轴向力的传递点位于轧辊轴线上,以消除双支点引起的附加力矩,提高了轧机轴向刚度。

图1是本发明公开的一个实施例。在图1、图2中,1-轧辊,2-轴承座,3-螺母,4-凸球面齿轮垫,5-立柱,6-内齿轮块。只要改动GY型、SY型及三铰拉杆方柱型高刚度轧机的轧辊辊缝调节***和三角架或方柱连结***以及改动红圈式和卡盘式高刚度轧机的轧辊辊缝调节***的个别零件,就将上述高刚度轧机改造成空间自位型高刚度轧机。上述高刚度轧机的轧辊、轴承、轴承座、轧辊辊缝调节***、轧辊轴向调节***、万向接轴、底座、传动***及电机继续留用。因此,将本发明的技术用于改造现有的各类高刚度轧机,可提高产品精度并节省大量的设备改造费用,具有重要的技术和经济价值。

Claims (2)

1.一种空间自位型高刚度轧机,由辊系装置、底座、万向联轴节、传动***和电机所组成,其特征在于:将上、下两个轧辊的轴承座(2)通过凸球面齿轮垫(4)和螺母(3)装配于带有右、左螺纹的立柱(5)上;凸球面齿轮垫与轴承座镗孔内的内齿轮块(6)相啮合,成为以轧辊轴承座为主动件的双铰一滑副机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高刚度轧机,其特征在于:内齿轮块(6)通过压板和螺钉可调整,以消除与凸球面齿轮垫的啮合侧隙;轧辊轴向力的传递点位于轧辊轴线上,提高轴向刚度。
