Abstract

本发明公开了一种超高速轴承加工磨削液,由月桂二酸、苯并三氮唑、2‑氨基‑2‑甲基丙醇、三异丙醇胺、N,N,N',N'‑四甲基‑1,6‑己二胺、壬酸、新癸酸、非离子氟碳表面活性剂、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、聚乙烯胺、聚醚改性硅油、水组成。本发明使产品具有极佳的冷却性能和磨屑沉降性能,提高加工精度、延长刀具使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承加工磨削液。
背景技术
超高速轴承加工磨削加工要求极高,由于国内研发工作起步较晚以及工艺、技术落后等原因,现在国内使用的这类磨削液大都从日本等发达国家进口,目前国内也有不少厂家纷纷开发此磨削液,但是存在诸多缺陷:一是冷却性能一般,容易引起工件表面局部烧伤;二是磨屑沉降性差,影响加工工件的表面粗糙度;三是加入了硫、氯等对人体和环境有害的物质。这些弊端制约了产品在超高速轴承加工行业中的推广。而本公司研究开发的“超高速轴承加工磨削液”项目,有效地解决了以上三大弊端,在实际的使用中获得了用户的广泛亲睐和肯定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种却性能好、磨屑沉降性能好、产品安全卫生质量高的超高速轴承加工磨削液。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种超高速轴承加工磨削液,其特征是:由下列质量百分比的成分组成:
月桂二酸 3~8%
苯并三氮唑 0.2~0.8%
2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇 3~9%
三异丙醇胺 5~15%
N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺 2~4%
壬酸 3~8%
新癸酸 2~5%
非离子氟碳表面活性剂 10~15%
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物 3~8%
聚乙烯胺 1~4%
聚醚改性硅油 0.2~0.8%
水 40~60%;
上述各组分用量之和为100%。
所述的高速轴承加工磨削液,由下列质量百分比的成分组成:
月桂二酸 5%
苯并三氮唑 0.5%
2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇 6%

N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺 3%
壬酸 5%
新癸酸 3%
非离子氟碳表面活性剂 12%

水 47.5%。
本发明选用性能优良的非离子氟碳表面活性剂与优质助剂配伍,使产品的冷却性能得到较高提升(经实验室测试,5%稀释液时,接触角≤25°)。本产品选用性能优良的低泡型脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物组伍,使产品的磨屑沉降性得到较大提高(5%稀释液时,磨屑沉降时间≤5S)。本产品中原料不使用危及人体健康和环境安全的有害物质,使产品的安全卫生质量得到大幅提升(经检测,产品急性经口毒性LD50≥5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性LC50≥5000mg/m3,呼吸道粘膜刺激强度为0级)。
本发明使产品具有极佳的冷却性能和磨屑沉降性能,提高加工精度、延长刀具使用寿命。

一种高速轴承加工磨削液,由下列质量百分比的成分混合搅拌制成:
月桂二酸 5%
苯并三氮唑 0.5%
2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇 6%
三异丙醇胺 10%
N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺 3%
壬酸 5%
新癸酸 3%
非离子氟碳表面活性剂 12%
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物 5%
聚乙烯胺 2.5%
聚醚改性硅油 0.5%
水 47.5%。
实施例2:
一种超高速轴承加工磨削液,由下列质量百分比的成分混合搅拌制成:
月桂二酸 3~8%(例3%、4%、8%)
苯并三氮唑 0.2~0.8%(例0.2%、0.4%、0.8%)
2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇 3~9%(例3%、4%、8%)
三异丙醇胺 5~15%(例5%、11%、15%)
N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺 2~4%(例2%、3%、4%)
壬酸 3~8%(例3%、4%、8%)
新癸酸 2~5%(例2%、4%、5%)
非离子氟碳表面活性剂 10~15%(例10%、12%、15%)
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物 3~8%(例3%、4%、8%)
聚乙烯胺 1~4%(例1%、3%、4%)
聚醚改性硅油 0.2~0.8%(例0.2%、0.4%、0.8%)
水 40~60%(例41%、52%、59%)。

月桂二酸 3~8%
苯并三氮唑 0.2~0.8%
2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇 3~9%
三异丙醇胺 5~15%
N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺 2~4%
壬酸 3~8%
新癸酸 2~5%
非离子氟碳表面活性剂 10~15%
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物 3~8%
聚乙烯胺 1~4%
聚醚改性硅油 0.2~0.8%
水 40~60%;
上述各组分用量之和为100%。
