本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其涉及一种建筑用混凝土搅拌机。本发明采用的技术方案是：一种建筑用混凝土搅拌机，包括搅拌筒，搅拌筒的一侧设有进料装置，搅拌筒的上部设有液压油箱，搅拌筒内上部设有与液压油箱相连的液压缸，液压缸的下端连接有可在搅拌筒内上下滑动的水平固定板，水平固定板下端面上装有可转动的转轴，转轴经其上的皮带轮与水平固定板上电机的动力输出轴相连，所述转轴的下端连接有与转轴垂直的横杆，横杆上连接有若干搅拌棒，所述搅拌筒的左右两侧内壁上对称设有滑槽，所述搅拌筒的底部设有卸料口。本发明的优点是：本发明的混凝土搅拌机，结构合理，搅拌面积大，搅拌均匀，有利于提高产品质量和市场竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其涉及一种改进的混凝土搅拌机。
背景技术
混凝土搅拌机是用来将水泥、砂石和水混合并搅拌成混凝土混合料的机械设备，在建筑工地上使用广泛。采用机械化的混凝土搅拌机搅拌水泥，可节省大量的人力物力。现有的混凝土搅拌机在使用时搅拌轴的高度都是固定不变的，致使搅拌面积比较小，搅拌均匀性不够，不能满足使用需求。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理，使用效果好的建筑用混凝土搅拌机。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种建筑用混凝土搅拌机，包括搅拌筒，所述搅拌筒的一侧设有进料装置，所述搅拌筒的上部设有液压油箱，所述搅拌筒内上部设有与液压油箱相连的液压缸，所述液压缸的下端连接有可在搅拌筒内上下滑动的水平固定板，水平固定板下端面上装有可转动的转轴，转轴经其上的皮带轮与水平固定板上电机的动力输出轴相连，所述转轴的下端连接有与转轴垂直的横杆，横杆上连接有若干搅拌棒，所述搅拌筒的左右两侧内壁上对称设有滑槽，所述搅拌筒的底部设有卸料口。
进一步的技术方案：
所述进料装置包括一混合料斗，所述混合料斗上端右侧设有物料传送带，混合料斗正上方同时连接混合仓，混合仓上端的进料管分别连接水泵和浆泵，所述混合料斗底部出料口连接进料管道，所述进料管道内设有螺旋推料杆。
所述搅拌筒的下方设有连接座，所述连接座通过弹簧、支撑座与底座连接。
所述物料传送带的两侧设有S型护栏。
由于上述技术方案的应用，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
本发明的建筑用混凝土搅拌机，在使用的过程中搅拌棒可以在液压油箱和液压缸的带动下上下运动，这样的结构设计可以使得搅拌筒内部的不同位置上的混凝土原料都可以搅拌到，增加了搅拌空间，有利于提高搅拌的均匀性和产品质量。

如图1所示，本发明一种建筑用混凝土搅拌机，包括搅拌筒3，所述搅拌筒3的一侧设有进料装置，所述搅拌筒3的上部设有液压油箱4，所述搅拌筒3内上部设有与液压油箱4相连的液压缸5，所述液压缸5的下端连接有可在搅拌筒3内上下滑动的水平固定板6，水平固定板6下端面上装有可转动的转轴7，转轴7经其上的皮带轮与水平固定板6上电机19的动力输出轴相连，所述转轴7的下端连接有与转轴垂直的横杆8，横杆8上连接有若干搅拌棒9，所述搅拌筒3的左右两侧内壁上对称设有滑槽10，所述搅拌筒3的底部设有卸料口。
优选的，作为一可实施例，所述进料装置包括一混合料斗1，所述混合料斗1上端右侧设有物料传送带2，混合料斗1正上方同时连接混合仓12，混合仓12上端的进料管13分别连接水泵14和浆泵15，所述混合料斗1底部出料口连接进料管道16，所述进料管道16内设有螺旋推料杆17。
优选的，作为一可实施例，所述搅拌筒3的下方设有连接座20，所述连接座20通过弹簧21、支撑座22与底座23连接。
优选的，作为另一可实施例，所述物料传送带2的两侧设有S型护栏18。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述进料装置包括一混合料斗(1)，所述混合料斗(1)上端右侧设有物料传送带(2)，混合料斗(1)正上方同时连接混合仓(12)，混合仓(12)上端的进料管(13)分别连接水泵(14)和浆泵(15)，所述混合料斗(1)底部出料口连接进料管道(16)，所述进料管道(16)内设有螺旋推料杆(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌筒(3)的下方设有连接座(20)，所述连接座(20)通过弹簧(21)、支撑座(22)与底座(23)连接。
